How to fix GradeUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GradeUp app on iPhone
Update GradeUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GradeUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GradeUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GradeUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GradeUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GradeUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GradeUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » GradeUp » click [Force Stop]

Update GradeUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GradeUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GradeUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GradeUp.

Fix GradeUp unable to contact server/ GradeUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GradeUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GradeUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GradeUp
