I purchase a little over 40$ worth of audiobooks before I broke my phone. When I finally got a new phone, I was the told at that time this app was not available on IOS and I would have to wait to restore my purchases because they would not offer any credit/refunds. Finally MONTHS LATER and months of no responses…. I was able to download Tempt again. I reached out to them to inform them of the issues I’d had, forwarded my entire email thread from months ago, only to be told that the books do expire and we inform our customers of that. When I literally corresponded with someone via email letting them know I had NO ACCESS TO Tempt ! They refused to give me any type of credit toward my purchases and two books they said were not expired (value of $5.99 out of $40 something) would placed on my account. Update: THEY WERE NOT!

I would really love it if access for purchases was unlimited, instead of only 90 days. As much as I enjoyed my first free audio listen, I have held off making any purchases due to this limitation.

I might cancel. I do not see a way to download books which means you use up your data plan streaming. I don’t plan increasing my data just so I can listen to Tempt, the creators will change this feature. I do not see a place for settings anywhere on Tempt. There are also no instructions but that is maybe because there are no or little options but no settings? Really?????

Also, also unlike a regular book library, it doesn’t appear that you can see all the selections at once. I haven’t seen a way to eliminate books that you don’t want to see. Sometimes things overlap and I would prefer not to see ones that overlap.

In addition to having to stream, I have not figured out how to delete books that I don’t like off of my book list.

Tempt definitely needs work and I may not have the patience to keep it.

I haven’t had a problem with reading the books all of them are great but why do I have to pay and only have 90 days.

I just got Tempt two days ago and when reading my first book, everything was perfect but now I’m moving onto my second book. Tempt no longer plays when my phone is on the lock screen and I use Tempt to play while I work and I can’t leave my phone on while I’m at work so is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this if so I would love to hear back

I was really starting to get into Tempt. Enjoying listening to the stories, but now it won’t open anymore and just says there’s no connection. I have closed it, restarted my phone. Looked for an update, but nothing. Hope this fixes itself sooner then later or I’ll be forced to find another similar app.

I absolutely loved Tempt. The storylines are great. I am an avid reader and when I found Tempt I was overjoyed with all the hours. I do mean HOURS of listening I was able to do. But suddenly I have to buy the books now. WT, guess I will be deleting Tempt now. I just knew it was too good to be true. It’s no different from any other audiobook app. Overpriced! Guess I will be going back to Kindle to search for books now.

Update: I am not sure if it’s just the current book or what but it isn’t keeping my spot. I hit pause and kill Tempt . When I opened it this morning it was at the end of the book. Odd. I found my place and listened for a while. Hit pause, killed Tempt and worked for a few more hours. Got in my car and it was at the end of the book again. So odd.

Also, it won’t play on my car Bluetooth worth a dang. I end up listening to it on speakerphone.

I actually think it’s a beautiful app as it’s obvious this was going to be the thing to draw us in. I would love to see more vampire stories, as the wolves are overshadowing them. I’m not the biggest werewolf fan as they tend to have more rage and run hot, but i’m giving it a three month trial to see what you give us with the vampires. I hope more stories of my morally grey men who stalk the nights gets added in that time frame. And regular vampires would be nice, they don’t need to be military or mafia. Thank you kindly.

I love the amount of selections in Tempt and the fact that you’re able to customize your searches. Want duo narration? That’s an option. Which I just LOVE. I like that you can pick the troupes and specific genres. Overall I’m very happy with Tempt

I would give 5 stars if you could search by book. Just by trope, series, author & narrator. Even then you have to scroll. Typing in the info would help.

Only reason giving 4 stars is we don’t have an actual search bar. Is we do.. I can’t find it. I love all the books though, easy to use otherwise.
I do find the pricing odd. Per week it’s a lot. But you do get unlimited hours of audiobooks without having to buy each book individually. I suggest the 3 month pricing as it’s the best and I can justify that price.

Great books. Wish I could download the books and listen to them on airplane mode. Also show me if I’ve already started a book but not finished it when I’m scrolling for a new one.

Boy I just love the idea of being able to read without lifting a finger or remembering where I left off. I also don’t miss standing in lines at the bookstore or library to either buy or check out a book. Even worse wanting to read said book and it’s unavailable ugh. Well no more this app has solved my dilemma and to make things even sweeter they have unlimited choices. Yassss unlimited choices!!! I’m not stuck reading some old dull drab love story that wouldn’t even excite my grandmother lol. Thanks this app please keep up the good work. By the way ya could drop the price a bit that’s why 4 instead of 5 stars.

I listen to a lot of audiobooks and have been looking for something like this for awhile. I am an unlimited subscriber which works out well for me. So far I love the narration, this was a problem on some of the other platforms I tried. I would have given it 5 stars if I had the ability to listen offline. I don’t mind streaming but I travel a lot and am either on a plane or out in the boonies where I don’t always have good WiFi or cell service. Otherwise I would recommend this to anyone who loves romance books!

I absolutely love it and have been using it for almost a year now.
However i would love to be to download books to be able to listen to them offline as i work as a delivery driver in a spotty cell service area. (It also skips chapters and sometimes tries to skip whole books in series, due to the spotty cell service)

Help! I love Tempt. I love audiobooks as I listen to them as I’m driving. But with Tempt I’m confused of where the purchased books go if you don’t add them to your “to read” list. It would be great if there was a purchased books area. Thanks ❤️

I’ve never been one to like audio books. I like the feel of an actual book in hand. The smell of the pages as they age.

That was until now! I have found that I can listen while I work and love it!

I love listening to the books when I’m in the road or when I’m at work. I have yet found any problems with Tempt yet. The only thing I wish it had was a better search engine for the books other than that don’t change a thing.

I have been a member of an audiobook website/app for over 25 years. Yes, seriously. The same one with a monthly subscription where I get 2 books a month for around $25 plus a “free with subscription” selection of romance books. However, if you are just interested in romance books this app is Tempt that you should be using! Unlimited audiobooks a month for less $ than the one that “shall not be named”. (Nod to HP…) Thank you for this new app!

I used to read a lot of the romance apps on social media, but they got really expensive and there were very few that had an audio option, but it sounded like a it was a computer generated voice. And that made it very easy to get distracted. I really like the chili pepper ratings also! Lol 🌶️🔥🥵💦😂💀

Pro- Finally an app for all the books I enjoy with so many ways to narrow down the genre and specifics that I’m looking to listen to that day. I have also listened to books that I usually didn’t on Audible because of price or didn’t want to use a credit for a novella split up book.

Cons- a little expensive for unlimited weekly access so tried the 3 month option for set price right now.

Because of my work I drive a lot and buying more credits for audiobooks was getting expensive. This is more than worth it. In addition, I’ve discovered authors that I never heard of but enjoy a lot.

So worth the $ each month. I’m on the road traveling for work a lot, so I listen to the radio alot. Listening to these stories with different character voices is perfect for those long drives. Again, so worth the monthly pymt!

I ABSOLUTELY love Tempt! The narrators are more animated, & I can actually envision the characters, & settings of the stories. this app readers actually sound like storytellers unlike the monotoned robot voices that read books on other apps I’ve experienced. I really love how some readers have different accents according to what character they’re reading for, especially the male readers with their deep voices.🥴 The stories are amazing & keep you engaged!
My ONLY wish is for more black heroine stories (my personal preference are interracial experiences).

I usually heard the romance novels on Utube. But sometimes they don’t have all the books and your left wondering what happened, not anymore. I get to hear all the books and in order. Money well spent.

Love Tempt. I’m able to listen/read a book while working, the only interruption I have is a phone or people calling or asking and having to have to stop. So glad to find an app like this!

Tempt is worth the money. I love audio books and this has a huge selection and you pay a monthly fee instead of having to buy each book.

Unlimited access to professionally produced audio is always a win in my book. Some of my favorite authors and new to me authors are on Tempt. If you don’t already have this, get it—NOW!

Great selection and so far after the membership, the stories have been totally free! :) GREAT experience so far. Highly recommend if you like audiobooks. Something for everyone.

I have been reading these books digitally online and when I saw this ad on IG that there were audio versions… I checked it out and I’m hooked. The way Tempt is set up, the layout, user friendly and appealing design, everything is great.

I’m on the road quote often and I have fallen in love with the The Lycan Series by Jenika Snow! I love the fact they are audiobooks and it’s hands free on my commute!! this app has a few other amazing audiobooks I have read but this series has me!!

I have looked for the longest for the best Audio books and Tempt is perfect, not only are the stories the best but the subscription is reasonable, I like the way it is and as long as it’s the way it is I’ll be a member. The stories are super hot and detailed, I really like when there is male and female voices for the characters talking. That’s a bonus for me. Great book cover pictures too. Thanks for this Audio book, I’m into supernatural, werewolves, dragons and all the weres. Thanks for this I been looking for a long time.

I have done countless hours of research and I am an avid reader I read several books a month and unlike other apps where I was disappointed where I had to pay a fee for one credit a month I can read all I want and I will never get bored because they have various styles of romance books if I could make an app for romance books I would make one just like this one I love it!

Finally an app that allows reader to access complete book with no short chapters and more money if you want to complete. This one is well worth the subscription fee.

I’m having a really awesome time using Tempt, very confident with a great selection of books.

I hesitated to commit. The price was a bit steep. But def worth it! I get my money’s worth and have loved every story!! It even has some of my favorite authors. You won’t be disappointed!
