I purchase a little over 40$ worth of audiobooks before I broke my phone. When I finally got a new phone, I was the told at that time tempt was not available on IOS and I would have to wait to restore my purchases because they would not offer any credit/refunds. Finally MONTHS LATER and months of no responses…. I was able to download the app again. I reached out to them to inform them of the issues I’d had, forwarded my entire email thread from months ago, only to be told that the books do expire and we inform our customers of that. When I literally corresponded with someone via email letting them know I had NO ACCESS TO THE APP! They refused to give me any type of credit toward my purchases and two books they said were not expired (value of $5.99 out of $40 something) would placed on my account. Update: THEY WERE NOT!
