Overall after two hour of tech support I got my compute to work with this EBay and Etsy have hard settings to configure and using a phone I still have not figure out to size labels, no help or info online, tires of calling for help when directions are far of nothing for issues.

Anyone with issues using their Jadens Printer on JadensPrinter, after speaking with Support, they told me to delete JadensPrinter and download the shipping printer pro app in JadensPrinter Store this should fix any of the issues you are having. I was having a horrible time for a long time using the Jadens Printer app, but when tech-support told me to use this new app, contacting Jaden themselves, all my issues were resolved.

Hi, i used to love this printer before they updated it, i thought updates were supposed to be better, it made it horrible, i used to be able to print hundreds at a time and now they have a limit of 50, which is absurd , and it prints slow now, it used to print way faster, now i have to buy a whole new printer, i’m ditching this one.

It was fine, why did you have to change it? Now I can’t zoom or clip packing slips in JadensPrinter I have to do it through a different app after I’ve downloaded it. This is unnecessary. Oh and now printing photos “isn’t supported” and I have to have a login. This is ridiculous I’m ditching this garbage and moving to a different device. This used to save me time and now it’s not worth it.

JadensPrinter worked fine 4 mos ago when I purchased the printer now doesn’t work. JadensPrinter has rendered the printer useless. The printer and the iPad and iPhone (both are running latest versions) connect through bluetooth fine it’s when you try and select an image or a pdf when JadensPrinter crashes or force closes every time. The printer is worthless without JadensPrinter .

They need to overhaul the awful interface, it’s cumbersome, out dated and not intuitive for new users to look for the most basic things. Please fix JadensPrinter guys

They spent time on a silly new interface but failed to fix the simplest, most importamt feature, whch is how you select files.

PROBLEM: you click on files, then you selext ONE SINGLE FILE and it takes you back to the previous screen. If you need to print 10 files, you have to go through thosesteos over and over and Over. And to make ot worse, everybtime you goback to selext a other file, it moves the one you just selectd to the top. Why?

If you aremt printimg more than mayne 10 labels at a time, its oK. But more tgam that anf its a headachr.

Having said all of that, i will say the printer works really well now. Sucked a copule years ago. I use it over my Rollo daily now. Rollo is relegated to primtimg 2x1 only.

The updated version is horrible! Can’t quickly print directly from app. Makes you go into each file. You can’t preset your shipping preferences. Old version worked so much better. If you are doing a lot of labels at one time this version is not for you and will slow your productivity down. Sad!!

App needs to be fully closed or the last print job reprints even if a new print job is displayed within JadensPrinter .

Consistent connectivity issues between the apps printer and devices.

Occasionally skips pages during print process.

Wow - the old version was so much faster and easier to use. After the recent update, it takes longer to load the label, rotate if needed, and adjust. Also asks for an account sign in or to use guest mode. Previously I could directly open a label into JadensPrinter - Now it automatically goes to a file list. Just more steps to go through. I'm sure they had their reasons to update though.

I am unable to print from my phone due to recent IOS updates. I have to use my iPad that has not yet been updated to print my labels. Please make the necessary changes to JadensPrinter so I can print from my phone!! Thank you!!

Maybe it’s my ignorance, but it’s difficult to size your image on the label. JadensPrinter gets the job done, but it should be easier.

The application should have templates for the common label sizes. Instead of us trying to cut and fit what we have, there should be standard customizable templates for ease of use. That way it’s already sized perfectly.

I only write this review after seeing all the one star saying it doesn't work and two other reviews say they ate fake one star reviews. JadensPrinter work for me as well. Easy setup. When I say can be better because when I print app Says printer disconnect ( I use Bluetooth not USB cable) but all I need is to click on reconnect anywhere in the house without me walking to the printer. So not big deal. Second I would appreciate it when I try to print it would automatically Being portrait layout just click print instead of crop and rotate. But better than printing on paper and cut and tape. So I am putting up with it. But definitely works. Very Very very fast printing label speed for sure like one second.

The ability to crop has been restored and
I like that the printer automatically connects now.
Some pdfs I tried to print were “not supported” with previous update but it seems to have been fixed.

i’ve been using JadensPrinter for a while & it works perfectly fine. took less than 10 minutes to set everything up and print a couple labels, and the printer doesn’t require ink which is cool. i download the labels to my files on my phone and it’s very easy to upload them, crop or rotate them, and do any editing you’d need to do all within JadensPrinter . they take any brand of thermal labels and JadensPrinter has helped me a lot ! i normally don’t write reviews for anything but it is very obvious the 1 star reviews are fake, after using JadensPrinter for weeks now it is 100% functional and works perfectly fine for getting the job done. i’m sure there are other compatible and better apps out there, but this one works fine for me ! :)

I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review but I had to commend the new interface. The old app was just okay. I was able to use it for what I needed, but it wasn’t very intuitive. The update is a huge improvement!

Idk why the reviews for JadensPrinter are so low when I could get my shipping labels printed in less than a minute with this😭 I just ss the shipping label, upload it to files, and use it when it asks for an image/pdf 🤷‍♂️ quick and easy

I love my Jadens printer. It does everything it says its suppose to do. It would be great, however, if you made an app for Mac OS. I downloaded the mobile app to my mac but it isn't able to pull in the pdf's from my computer to print via bluetooth. If you get that fixed, JadensPrinter will be flawless.

Have been using JadensPrinter for years and with the new interface it’s so much more convenient to print, select, and delete more than one label at a time. After having to manually delete files one by one for years the ability to select multiple and bulk edit is such a godsend.

Love the changes. Always been a useful app but so much better now.

1) copy and paste from clipboard or from other apps / internet to DIY label in JadensPrinter

2) search for a particular file already used in app to be used in app

3) Upc-A and other formats needed
Encoding types

4) resizing, center area in the working area
( often we put to the far left of screen and it prints out of print area on paper) needs guide line of where the center is an printable area that is not printed but a guide. But what we do gets printed.
