I am a bird lover and the game looked cute so I took a chance and downloaded it. The levels were easy and it was just one of those cute games that made me feel good… BUT after every successful level I would have to watch an ad… and then to claim my new bird I had to watch an ad… and then to claim my new twig I had to watch another ad… and to claim my new background… you guessed it I had to watch another ad. The one that made me unload BirdSortColorPuzzleGame was when I hit “settings” and had to watch an ad to turn the music off. Took the cake for me… DELETE. For whoever made this game and hoped to profit from the ads… you overdid them. I like playing for free, and will sometimes even buy a game if I enjoy it, but I couldn’t even evaluate whether or not I enjoyed it enough to buy it due to the number of ads. Maybe if you decreased the number of ads I have to watch to get stuff I earned in the game and just had an ad after each level? But definitely get rid of the ad when I open settings… that is just WRONG!!!! Also, this is a $2.99 game and not a $4.99 game.

I'm glad to spend a few minutes every now and then with this cute game. It's exactly what you see, plus a random challenge level every now and then. I'm frustrated with other games that are misleading or pay-to-win. Not here! You can buy costumes and backgrounds which are purely cosmetic and you're not missing out on anything game-wise if you don't buy them.

I got stuck on level 1000 it never progressed, just kept replaying the same game,then one day I hop on the game to play the same game for the millionth time, and I could finally move forward only to get stuck on level 2000 I was getting pretty annoyed until I logged in and y’all set me back to level 1,540 what the heck man, but I bare in mind that if I could make it to 2k before, then I could do it again so I move through the levels and finally make it to 2k guess what? I’m stuck there again???🤬🤬🤬 y’all owe me money

Right in BirdSortColorPuzzleGame , there is a survey request. I completed the survey, and it promised an iPad Pro. Then it asks you for money from a “distributor” for a prize you will never receive. It’s 100% a sc@m, don’t fall for it.

It’s a shame because this is a fun game, and I already paid to remove ads. However, I found out after paying that you still must view ads to unlock new birds and scenery.

Seeing the iPad Pro f@ke sc@m from third party distribuors who are only there to collect the “$1-$5 shipping” fee you just pay to receive your “prize” was the last straw for me. Sunk costs or not, I can’t support this unethical practice and am now supporting a different developer of a different bird sorting game that doesn’t include this misleading garbage that allows predators to steal from their users.

Shame on this developer for using your game to subject unsuspecting users to fraudulent activities. Apple App Store Team, please investigate BirdSortColorPuzzleGame, as if they are breaking one law, they might be breaking others too.

This is a great game, for real. I have only played for an hour or so, so I’m not too far into it, but OH MY GOSH. The levels are so easy and fun. I’m probably on level 50 rn and nothing is even hard! BTW I love the bird themes that you get after 5 levels if you watch 3 ads. I totally adore this game!!! You guys have added a new update that has even more features that are cute, I mean seriously you guys, I came across the level where there were sleeping birds and they sooooo adorable!! Anyone who loves birds needs this in their life!! Seriously, this new update added a brand new level of adorableness in my life that I love!

I love birds and I think this game is satisfying, but the bird sounds are TOO ANNOYING!! The sounds are just repeating and repeating and repeating. You should change it into calm peaceful birds that don’t repeat anything. And the game has toooooo many ads i would like to be 2 ad every ten mins . Overall… the game is super good and I love how the cute birds look like. My fav bird is the pink one and the green one . I love how you made your game it is super fun,cute, and addicting but it’s really cool I wish I could make games like that.#birdsaresocute

The game is fine. A matching game that gets harder over time. What’s difficult to like about the game is that there are a lot of stops for ads. The ads themselves are hard to close out of.

You close the ad and it triggers the download screen. You try to close it several times before you’re eventually able to close the ad and the download.

I’m deleting BirdSortColorPuzzleGame. Not worth the ad time involved.

Hi I’m new in this game and I’m trying to understand how to play so my problem is I’m on level 143 and it tells me next level is something suppose to let me know anything maybe you should give a how to play game for people like me that’s confused about how to play. I love the game but I really want to know what to expect from it please help me

It’s a very good conversation starter to talk about with your friends and family, it’s also a very time consuming game when you want to get some time off your hands. Very addictive and 10/10 would recommend. The game also has all the different types of birds. Very inclusive with breeds of birds. Would recommend it.

I love this game. I even paid the small fee to go ad free. However, I just reached level 1000 and it won’t go beyond that. It just keeps showing the same level over and over. At least make it where we can start over at level 1 if you aren't going to provide update with more levels. Paying $4.99 to only not be able to play more in less than a week was a waste of money.

It surprised me.. I was going to spin away to another game but it sparked my curiosity for the ‘game’ birds. A relaxing, but still challenging and minimalistic, simply put together, game. It surprisingly keeps you wanting to play “just one more level”. Lol Give it a try, it might surprise you, you can always delete it. 😄

Only buy it if you have nothing else to do cause I’m struggling to put it down lol. It’s so addicting and I started Saturday and am on level 360! And I have things to do lol. It’s that fun. I love stretching my brain with this game as well lol. If you do buy, enjoy the most addicting game on my phone.

I would give 5 stars but I’m on level 161 and haven’t unlocked a new bird since level 60. Makes it less fun. The branches and themes are cute but I found ones I like so I don’t want new ones. Maybe add the option to have timed games - after you’ve unlocked all of the birds, it just becomes a little monotonous. Still fun! Just nothing to work toward.

You have developed a very cute game, it does exactly what it says it will do. I would have given five stars, if the game didn’t snag on a ad. Every time the Merge ad runs you know that the game will freeze. You are unable to close the ad after its run time. The only thing you can do to continue the game is to close the game down and then restart the game. Thank you very for reading this and fixing the bugs.

Like the game. Ads are tolerable until they start advertising those NASTY, GROSS Happy Match Cafe games where the whole goal is to pop huge zits and festering, pus filled “boils” or remove “worm” like creatures from the women laying on the beach. Granted there are some who prefer games of that nature, otherwise ASMR would not have so many of them, I do not appreciate them. Stop please, if it continues I will delete this game.

I love the game. Paid for no ads, and only have them when I want an extra branch, so that’s ok. But I’ve won level 3000 more than 20 times, and the game doesn’t go to level 3001. Why?

this game is so adorable I paid to remove the ads. Typically I find these games one and done, but I like this one the most out of all the sort games. So I paid 3.99 to remove ads and they’re STILL THERE. Hopefully developer responds or fixes this issue. Tried to quit app and restart, also tried restore purchase. Nothing worked. 😕

I downloaded the ‘free’ version of the game and found the ads WAY TO ANNOYING, but enjoying the game. So, I paid the $3.99 to remove ads. I’ve restarted BirdSortColorPuzzleGame and I still get the ads! So you have my money and I still have to watch these annoying ads!?! (one of which is for a similar game sorting birds!). No thank you. I’ll be contacting Apple to refuse payment, since it is not as promised. Don’t find yourself in this same situation! Don’t pay.

It seems fun and cute. The graphics are okay and the game seems fun. There is a lot of ad-milking as others have noted, but so what? All free games have ads. It’s how they make money. If I get tired of ads, I’ll turn off my wifi, or pay to remove ads.

Of course, there are many puzzle games that work on the same principle, but I was impressed by how cute the graphics on this one are. But the fact that the birds fly away once you get a full branch, so the branches keep opening up makes it way too easy. Also, there’s nothing ASMR about it, in fact the music is shrill and annoying.

I get having some ads to keep games free, but this one is just excessive. Seriously. This “game” is 95% ads and only 5% actual game. Just opening the game triggers a mandatory ad before you can actually play the game. Solve a level, you must watch an ad before you can progress to the next level. Earn a bonus, you gotta watch an ad to claim it. Levels take maybe 10 seconds to solve, then you gotta spend minutes watching mandatory ads before you can play the next level.

The game itself is great, but as it is, it’s basically just an ad viewing platform with very little entertainment value.

The game itself is slightly challenging and very creative. I am 64 yrs old and try to find games that provide some thinking required to keep my brain strong. I really like the designs of the birds and the backgrounds. I paid the $3.99 to be “Ad Free” but it does not stop ALL of the ads. You still have to watch ads to get new bird designs or new background designs. Had I known the $3.99 did not cover ALL the ads I would not have spent the money and would delete the game. The “Ad Free” option seemed quite fraudulent but I admit I did not read the fine print if there was any.

I really love this game because there are so many ads. Ads between each and every level, ads when you upgrade the birds, ads when you upgrade the branches, also ads when you upgrade the level backgrounds.

Sadly, each ad is only 60 seconds long but it sure makes up for it that there are so many of them. I like to watch Netflix while playing this game as you will find lots of non-game time simply by watching ads. I’m sure you can read a good book between the game levels too since you’ll be watching a ton of ads.

If you’re lucky, the game might even freeze up or glitch while you’re watching all those fun ads like it’s done to me countless times. I highly recommend this game for having the Guinness World Record of most ads possible of any game app.

I’m ranking this 4 stars as I wish the ads were longer. 60 second ads are too fast, please let us watch 3 minute ads. I will rank this game 5 stars after I see way longer ads.

I paid extra to get the ad free version of the game and guess what? You still have to watch those ads!! Yippee!! Hooray!!

Okay, I’ve never EVER seen this many ads in a game! They really did overdo it, I mean this is just nuts not to mention insulting to everyone’s intelligence. If I knew for sure I could turn off the music when I paid, I would pay the $5 & add more stars but perhaps no one reads these reviews? Looked like a fun little game when it popped up as an ad in another game that I was playing s9 thought I would try it but it is just way to glitchy. First , I’m playing on my iPad yet BirdSortColorPuzzleGame only loads in landscape mode. The version has ads, which I’m used to from other games, but they just randomly pop up and most of the time you can’t exit them without force closing BirdSortColorPuzzleGame out they just pop up as blank screens then again you have to force close BirdSortColorPuzzleGame . When you earn different awards the game again locks up. Developers need to do some work.

This is an adorable, well-made game but I deleted it because there is more ad time than play time. The ads are constant and last 30+ seconds. I think maybe once I was able to go to the next level without an ad in between, but for all other 20-something levels I suffered through there were ads in between. The nonstop ads make this game unenjoyable despite how good the game itself is.

Unless you LOVE watching lengthy ads, think twice about downloading this game. There is a 30+ minute ad between each level, yet the levels themselves are very easy and super quick, and only take a few seconds to complete. I don’t even see a way to jump to more challenging levels. I tried to skip ahead, but it made me watch a 50 second (!!!) ad and only moved me up one level! It would have taken about 15 seconds to just play that level, and of course I’d still have to watch the lengthy ad after. Maybe I’d consider paying for the ad-free version if it were only $1-$3 as it seems like it could be a mindless way to spend time in line at the store, but it’s not really worth $5 and reading others’ reviews it sounds like “ad-free” isn’t really ad free. And frankly, I’m so frustrated right now by the massive amount of ads that I don’t want to put another penny in the pocket of the developer. Disappointing.

I love this game. Very easy to learn yet challenging…trying to figure out which bird needs to be on which branch. Love it. BUT there are way too many ads popping up every time I decided to replay or go up to the next level. Once the ad is playing I would have to wait 1 minute before getting back into the game. Not only that, another ad would start playing…so I feel like I’m waiting 2 minutes. This isn’t good. It breaks the concentration and the rhythm into getting into this otherwise great game. I will be deleting it because of many ads.

Ads pop up constantly which makes the game less enjoyable. I’ve been putting up with this. Obviously I like the game itself because I around level 1800. But I will soon delete it because now some ads are impossible to close. The makers of the ads have always been tricky by hiding the x which closes the ad. I will never purchase a product that has a hidden x. That’s just plain sorry. But recently some of the ads are impossible to close. This means I have to close the game and start the level over. If this doesn’t stop so. The game will be deleted.

I really enjoy this game and actually bought it to eliminate all the ads. Much more fun that way. My question is, how can i change the background music, or when can i get the “creepy” music that was playing in all the ads I watched. That was one of my main reasons for downloading it and now there is no creepy music to be found. Any suggestions?

This is a really stimulatory puzzle game! I played it for a solid 20 minutes and have really enjoyed it thus far despite the simple premise! However… from what I’ve seen, there’s no way to mute the background music. No settings menu or anything. This I guess isn’t a huge deal, but I like to listen to my own music when playing mobile games like this. If you were to fix this minor detail, I’d say this game is about perfect!

The game is probably more like age 5 and up. I also work with those with intellectual disabilities and physical disability like TBIs. It may be useful and enjoyable for them. I don’t mean this as an insult in the slightest I just know my clients may love it. I can see how it may get the brain going for youngsters. I made it to level 23 super quick. I was thinking it would jump to more hard level but it just jumped around in difficulty but it really wasn’t difficult for average mind or puzzle goers. For what the adds make it look fun it’s super simple. Also there are ATON of adds.

Ad pops up too much and most of time the ads are at least a minute each. For example, when I went to settings to turn off the music I had to watch an ad first before I was able to turn it off. Then while I play the game when the level is finished an ad plays and it isn’t a quick one either. It is so annoying so I deleted BirdSortColorPuzzleGame . If you are patient and can deal with annoying ad popping up all the time then definitely download this game. I was only interested to sort the birds but the amount of ad is too much for me to continue using.

Idk why everyone is complaining about the ads. Maybe they just don’t want to pay. I paid for ad-free and then only got ads if I wanted some of the tools to help me through some of the more difficult levels. I think some of the levels are unsolvable without some of those tools. Every once in a while I would be stuck on a level forever. I tried for a while to not use the tools but eventually decided that if I got super bored with a level why not just make it a little easier to keep playing. I got really good at the game, so I think a few levels needing the tools is just the way it is.

I ended up really liking the game. Some games trick you into spending money constantly (disgusting!) but this game was straightforward. You pay once and you play. When I needed a tool here and there and had to play an ad, I would just mute the ad or my phone and not look at it for the 30-60 second ad.

I liked that I could pick the bird colors, styles, and backgrounds that I like the most. I was set to coast and sort my colorful birds forever. My problem is that after playing for just a few months, I’ve run out of levels. Level 4,400 is the last level. Now what? Delete and start over?

I’m definitely enjoying the game. It’s got enough of a challenge to keep me interested but not so hard that I can’t win! One thing I don’t like much is when I get a “new bird” it’s not actually a new bird but just a bird dressed up in fancy military costume. How about giving us prettier birds? Look at nature – give the birds longer tails, or fancier crests or stripes in their wings. I don’t enjoy the never-ending stream of military costuming.

I used to love this game it was relaxing and calming to sort and watch the birdies fly away. That was until today when apparently the updated version is playing. The new format allows ads to immediately pop up, the ad takes up the entire screen, and you can see maybe the first line of the game.
You are not able to close the ad ( no X) there is no timer, when you do click the ad it will take you to a different site when you X out of their box it takes you back to the game with the ad covering up almost the entire screen. You can't get out of the vicious circle, you have to kill the game…
I reopen the game and it is usually the same exact ad it flashes within seconds and I get to do the same cycle again.
I can't play the game without ads popping up and blocking the limbs. The game is no longer relaxing... I think I'm feeling more like ANGRY BIRDS!

You got an add every time you opened BirdSortColorPuzzleGame or finished a level. Close add or kill BirdSortColorPuzzleGame to get rid of the add window. Annoying, but can tolerate. About May 2024, it started putting up a google add every 10 seconds covering the window. Goggle has a switch to turn off, but it doesn't work. If you give google feed back that it is blocking content, it puts up a window saying it’s closed the add, but that window blocks the game window and you can’t close it. No way to give feedback to developer. ENOUGH. I’m writing this bad review to get your attention. I will stop playing BirdSortColorPuzzleGame and check back in two weeks. If it still is a add-riddled disaster, I’m deleting BirdSortColorPuzzleGame and will avoid anything from this same developer.

I tried this game and really liked it. It may sound strange, but I actually don't mind the ads between games, every game has that, it seems.
2 weeks ago a new type of ad appeared, and I'm about to quit playing this game. It is a half-screen ad that blocks your ability to play until you hit the "X". It halts your progress and is annoying. But worse is that 25% of the time the ad is frozen and hitting the "X" doesn't close the ad. Stupid stupid stupid.
I made it to level 2677, and I'm considering deleting this game.
Did I mention that the 1/2 screen ads are stupid?
BTW, I discovered that you can play this game without internet by putting your phone on airplane mode. No ads at all, but alas, no features.

I really enjoyed this game a lot. I was fine with ads at the bottom and between levels because I don’t want to pay for no ads. But they changed it and now an ad pops up and covers half the screen at random times. It would be fine except most of the time, when you try to close the ad, you are either directed to the ads page or it won’t close and you have to completely exit the game and close BirdSortColorPuzzleGame . Taking a hiatus until this is fixed. I’ll change my review if this changes.

I’ve been playing this game now for many months and not only have I enjoyed it, but my granddaughter has enjoyed it too. It was a simple enjoyable game to play and pass the time. Recently BirdSortColorPuzzleGame has introduced these new pop-up ads that pop up from the bottom up halfway up the screen. You can’t move or proceed in the game until you get rid of the ad and when you do that then another ad pops up. The ads previous to this new change were somewhat intrusive, but not so much so that it would make me not want to play this game anymore. With these new pop-ups happening so frequently, my granddaughter is getting very frustrated with trying to play this game too. I know you want to make money with BirdSortColorPuzzleGame, but you have made this so intrusive and so annoying that there’s just no way I’m going to continue to play this game. I understand that I could probably pay to get rid of all of these ads, but I’m just not going to do that. So, I am deleting BirdSortColorPuzzleGame because it is no longer enjoyable, and I want you to know my granddaughter is going to be very sad. I would forewarn anyone considering downloading this game, don’t do it. The ads are really really intrusive.

I’ve had this game for a few weeks and I just deleted it. I saw all the reviews about the ads but I thought I’d give it a try anyway. Well the game itself is quite fun and the birds are really cute. But the problem is two fold. 1)during your level (on iPhone 11), one half of the screen is cut off but an add. If you hit the close button, slightly wrong, the screen takes you to the ad spot. So you have to close that then go back to the game and try again. Sometimes you are jumping back and forth from the ad spot to the game and you are just trying to remove the ad from your screen. You can’t play the game because the screen is have taken up by the ad spot. 2) you are dealing with regular ads that you have to wait for just like other games. This wouldn’t be the end of the world but it you want to play the actual game. Be prepared to spend 2/3s of your time getting thru the ads and 1/3 time having fun with the game. I’ll spend my time elsewhere thanks.

i don’t mind if there are pop ups throughout the game, i didn’t even mind if it’s after every single level of the game i know the game created wants to make some money howeverr what gets me is the fact the there is an ad after every level AND you’re gonna get pop ups like 2 seconds into the game and i’m not even kidding right as the game loads up the first thing is a pop up ad. then before u can even play the first level there is a pop up that covers half the bottom of the screen that will not go away. i cleared out of the game three times before i was able to play literally one level and then i couldn’t hit the next bottom bc the ad came back was covering it and wouldn’t move, anytime i cleared the game and went back into it the same thing happens. it’s so disappointing when you can clearly tell the ONLY thing about the game is about is how to get your money not making an actual fun game.

Most people give really low expectations to these kinds of mobile games, but seriously this game is legitimately good!!

First off, the game is actually related to the ads. The game was the same birds, graphics, animation, gameplay, and everything! The ads have colorful birds and stuff, the. i play the game and it’s the same!
Most mobile games are notorious for ads almost every twenty seconds. But let me tell you, there are so little ads on this game! And the add are usually playable puzzle games which I have a strong bias for.
Not just is this game efficient, reliable, and high in quality, it’s also extremely fun! I understand puzzles aren’t for everyone, but they’re certainly for me. I also enjoy how the game doesn’t make the first fifty levels easy.

I want to end my review off with a somewhat summary of how far I am in the game, I just love the game and how instead of a completed branch just sitting there, the birds take of and make the level easier. Seriously if you have the time and storage this is an amazing mobile game!!

I literally just got this game, opened it for the first time. Hadn’t even gotten a chance to play it and see if I like it enough to want to pay for it. Next thing I get a big ol’ ad that covered more than half the birds on the one branch for that first level, with their four little heads peeking out at the top. Are you kidding me??? I couldn’t even make my first move!!! This is the stage, where the hand shaped cursor is attempting to show me what to do.

Well, I close the ad and send a Google feedback saying ad covered content, then the big white box says thank you for your feedback, and just sits there, with no way to get rid of it. So I close out the game and come back thinking it should be better this time… Uh! No! The birds fly on to the branches and here comes another ad blocking them and that was my cue to delete the game.

Y’all are jokers and can keep your game.

So when I tried this game from an ad on another ad heavy game I was under no illusion that this game was going to have many ads no big deal, right?!? OMG you can’t even play the game cause the ads are in the way, they take up all the area where the game is. Even if you get one of the ads to go away the other takes up half the screen so u can’t play and it refuses to be minimized. In answer to the person who said just pay for the ad free, I could do that but I don’t even know if I like the game yet cause all I was able to play was the first game. Just dumb! I understand having ads and that everyone needs to make money, but if u can’t play the game the game makers don’t make anything it’s just a thought but try making the game playable, et least, so then people will like it and pay instead of removing it.

I can't play the game anymore. I didn't mind the ads before, but now they've become a problem. I saw a comment suggesting people should just pay to remove the ads, but not everyone can afford that. When I try to play, the ad pops up over the game and blocks the gameplay. I can't even push it back down. I'm playing on my tablet, and I think it would take over the screen if I was on my phone. It's frustrating and makes the game unplayable. I used to enjoy the game, but now I have to force close it every time to get rid of the stuck ads. The game used to be good, and I even made it to almost level 100, but I can't deal with this anymore. It seems like they're trying to force people to pay for no ads, but it's just driving players away. It's a shame because I really liked the game.

I don’t like to complain about ads because I realize that is how we get to play for free. It’s bad enough that there is an ad after every single turn, we’ve grown to accept that, but THEN the banner ad at the bottom pops upward, covering half the game, THEN yet another ad pops up on top of all that and there’s NO WAY to click it away! Forget this game because you might as well just turn on some ads and watch them non-stop. Very very little opportunity to actually appears to be a pretty fun game, but who really knows? You can barely play because this game creator would rather have us watch ads than play this game. Disgusting, really. Never again. Will delete this otherwise fun game. Too bad.

Cute game, works well. But there are banner ads that take up 2/3 of the screen that pop up mid-play and causes you to accidentally click them taking you to god knows what. There are full 30-second ads every 2 levels as well. I know ads are how these games are free but pick one ad type (preferably the between level ones) and stick with it. I got so frustrated with the accidental ad clicks (and no the little corner arrow doesn’t always collapse it, usually takes you to the ad website) I uninstalled. Didn’t play enough to decide if it was worth going ad free.

I loved this relaxing game when I first got it. I blasted through the levels and collected the extras offered. It was my go to when I just wanted to relax and think a little.

I didn’t pay so I do have ads, which is fair enough. I’ve even considered paying to remove ads, just haven’t gotten around to it. There was just one ad between each level, so, as I said …fair.

For the past month or so I can’t even get through a level without a big add popping up and covering the screen. I make a few moves and it pops up. I close it and a couple moves later it pops up again. I haven’t finished a level in quite a while now because it’s just not possible. And now I don’t trust them so there is no way I will pay to remove ads.

I haven’t dumped BirdSortColorPuzzleGame yet because I’m hoping they will come to their senses and go back to the way it was. I try it periodically just to see if they have changed it. They have one more chance to make adjustments before I delete BirdSortColorPuzzleGame and find another relaxing game to play.

Very disappointing …

I could really see how I could enjoy this game! So relaxing.

However, after the first 4-5 tutorial levels, the ads started popping up, and we’re talking half the screen. I haven’t seen this before, and I know to expect ads. It was kind of hard to get into playing.

For example, I just finished a level and got an ad. I watch until I can click back, and sometimes just watch the whole thing. No problem. I start the new level and! There’s a half size add over the bottom half of the level. I just watched an ad, and a new one is waiting for me in the bottom half of the new level. You can’t play it until you move the ad. Be sure to click the ad in exactly the right spot or it will open your browser up on the ad’s website.

Do I say this to complain about ads? No. It’s because I want to get addicted enough to this bird game to buy ‘ad free’, but I can’t even play a level without the ad squatting on my level.

See what I mean? It’s clever though. Makes it possible for the creator to make money through ads and ad free.

The game is fun and relaxing, there are just too many ads at the wrong time. Like, if you are in a match with someone, and ads will suddenly cover up half of your screen and you won’t be able to play until it is gone. It just gets annoying. However, if you are the type of person who doesn’t mind paying for no ads or can deal with the ads, this game is for you.

To creators: maybe just have the ads pop up when the person is switching to a new level, just not during the level or in a match 😁

There’s too many ads. They pop up from below, they interrupt your thoughts and enjoyment, they show up after every level for up to an entire minute, AND they can be difficult to get rid of because if you misclick it makes the entire process 3 times as long. It just isn’t worth it. I really found fun and peace within the interactive ads that were shown to me but when I try to play the actual game….it barely functions. The ads break the whole experience. Don’t bother. It’s a shame because it’s a really cute idea otherwise. I wouldn’t mind an ad only after each level but having to combat the multiple ads mid-level too is way too stressful for a game that’s meant to promote relaxation. May as well be a game about ads with some quick bird moments in between.

I downloaded BirdSortColorPuzzleGame tonight and even though I love it again, I’m going to take it off. I have never ever seen an app that has had so many ads. It is beyond ridiculous if I had known, how many ads there were, I would never have downloaded it. As I said, the game is very fun, but the ads totally distract me. The very first time I was ready to play I could not get this stupid ad from my allergy specialist off to even begin to play. It’s beyond crazy. The developer you have a great game, but you fed figure out something or you’re going to lose a lot of people.

I understand developer gets money from ads, but the interface in BirdSortColorPuzzleGame is horrendous.

Regarding the ads that pop up covering the bottom half:
1. The actual close click area is much smaller than the icon indicates, causing multiple visits to your browser for services you don’t even use, all because you didn’t hit that precise spot.
2. They pop up in the middle of your move.
3. They pop up over and under other ads, so you have to close 2 ads with the associated difficulties to return to your game.

Regarding ads between rounds: you can’t dismiss these directly without calling up another screen.

Regarding the reward ads: You get a green telling you 30 seconds to reward. After the 30 seconds are up, you get another 15 second ad for the same subject. So the award you’re receiving after 30 seconds is an ad to actually get the reward? I don’t know about you all, but I don’t consider another ad a reward. I’m going to try ignoring rewards and just continuing the game. So I’ll have less variety in branches and birds but quicker game play.

Or maybe I’ll just try one of several competing apps and see if the ad interface runs smoother.

Downloaded this game, immediately inundated with ads, which one expects and there’s usually some option to get rid of them. Before I could even explore that I start getting the ad that takes over half the screen. I can’t close them at all. The whole thing is frozen. I restart BirdSortColorPuzzleGame and try again before immediately facing the same exact issue. Mind you I’m on level two I haven’t even gotten into the meat of the game yet to form any sort of connection before I am irritated by BirdSortColorPuzzleGame not working. I closed it for the last time and deleted it, never again. You developers have to be smarter about ads and user experience because if you can’t even retain the user to get them into your game enough to pay the $9.99 to get rid of ads…..what are we doing?

So, if you don’t pay for ad-free, not only do you get ads, but ads pop up in a window covering half the screen, and the ad/window doesn’t go away. You can’t see to finish the levels with the screen covered. So basically the “free” version of the game is unplayable. If the “free,” option is not playable, then just don’t offer a free to play option. Totally disingenuous and dishonest.

There should be regulations that require these apps to disclose whether it’s free or not, and whether it’s only free for a limited time. Free apps exist, and many (maybe most) people are only willing to download an app if it is free. Greedy selfish dishonest people are using despicable tactics to make money.

I would give zero stars, but apparently I can only submit this review if I give at least one star. The garbage human beings who designed BirdSortColorPuzzleGame don’t deserve any stars.
