It is not possible to answer calls on iPhone phones, also the watch face during calls is not at all similar to Apple watches, also it only vibrates and does not sound during notifications.

The watch itself is cool I like it however it’s not too much u can do with it when it’s connected if I’m on the phone or listening to music it will automatically switch to the watch there is no button on the watch to silence this I have to go to my phone disconnect the watch and then reset my Bluetooth speaker or whatever I was using before it switches to the watch and it does it constantly it’s really annoying

It may look like N Apple Watch, but it’s FAR FRoM IT…. I haven’t found one working app yet besides blood pressure reading and basic Fitbit accessories…. False advertising to the max…. No phone calls no texts no internet…
What exactly is this watch supposed to do??…

HiWatchPlus is basically useless as it keeps saying check Internet connection when they’re definitely is a Internet connection. Overall, it renders the smart watch basically useless. This seems to be a massive bug within HiWatchPlus that needs correction.

What is wrong with this watch? It won’t pair with HiWatchPlus . I’ve done everything that the instructions say to a T. I reinstalled installed and tried over and over the watch will connect to Bluetooth, but will not create the binding process so none of the apps work

Please advise on how I can fix this… anyone?

You guys really need to work on the watch and make some development
Its really annoying to buy such fancy and expensive watch only to see it will unbind itself and not able to bind again

I like the watch but I can’t figure out how to add more apps to the watch! So that’s a drawback for me! Once you put the watch in English everything should be converted to English as well as metric to inches and feet and etc. The different dail settings are only in Asian I understand the watch is Asian made but if you want to attract a broader audience then the watch should reflect the area in which it is being sold!

I can’t seem to find a way to change it to 12 hours from the 24 hour time

Can’t read instructions on this page. Not enough information on manual.

I bought this watch to measure glucose as I’ve seen during purchase but when I received the watch, it does not measure glucose. That’s why I am giving two star rating.

I have everything synced so I get notifications and I still can’t get them to come through the watch this needs to be fixed

Tried multiple times to connect my watch to my iPhone 11, to no avail. Keep getting the message “device not connected”. I’m also being bumped off HiWatchPlus every time I try to open it. I’m not happy.

I decided to connect my watch for the first time, if i accidentally turn off then connect it, my watch had been auto connected before? It supposed to be connected easily, i decided need to connect over amd over again, still doesn't work 💔... I think i need apple watch instead 😔...

Watch does not go to 12 hour to 24 hour format so they need to fix this.

The only thing I don’t like about this watch is the 24hr time format. 12hr isn’t an option

Need some improvements, says watch works for glucose readings but doesn’t so false advertisement. Call support they tell you to setup watch thru app do that and still no icon for glucose reading. Other than that it’s a good watch for price

There is no option for setting the time format to 12 hours badly needed and no am pm setting. Watches main fact is time and this watch dont have it but other things is going well.

The watch is kind of good, even tho I can’t see my messages, I’m glad I bought it because it has been very useful

It’s was hard hard at first to set up for me because I’m not great with new technology lol but once I got it set up with HiWatchPlus it’s great

Some of you people keep saying bad stuff about the product, while you never used it, well for you haters, Go learn how to use HiWatchPlus properly, And stop fooling around .
