I can't cancel subscription please help
Not sure how it work and I deleted PrivateVPNProxy right away but got charged 9 usd . pretty sure that I did’nt buy PrivateVPNProxy
Ever since I got it I’ve had things pull up on my browser about me being hacked even after I undownloaded it.
I had deleted PrivateVPNProxy weeks ago and last night while I was still asleep, I woke up realizing I lost some of my money in this account, I check to see my recent purchases and it tells me I bought a $9.99 subscription at 4am. I do not understand how this happened.
I looked up this VPN online the price was $9.99 per month on here it’s $9.99 weekly. Is that a typo or were you hoping that nobody would notice. I can find a cheaper one that will do the same. If it’s an Apple thing then mores the reason I hate my iPhone. I only use it because it was gifted to me so I can face time with my grandkids.
I used the 1 week free trial that is offered, I cancelled it for “free” before the week expired and then it is still asking for money? I can’t purchase anything else on my apple account because of this issue. There is no way to get rid of it unless i pay 10 bucks a week, what a scam.
Ever since I got PrivateVPNProxy nothing seemed to load. Everything was so glitchy and my phone even got shut off for a couple hours not turning on. Right after downloading PrivateVPNProxy everything about my phone went downhill. 0/10 do not recommend trying again.
It wouldn’t let me in because I have to pay for it and it says 4+and up and you have to pay for it like a 4years old don’t have a card and and don’t have a kid so is the pearent doesn’t what to pay for it so why is it 4+ and up and you have to play for it
I did not purchase this app. My 3 year old grand-daughter was watching videos and started swiping and inadvertantly responded to the ad buttons. I do not want this app.
