How to fix Vanced app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vanced app on iPhone
Update Vanced app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vanced iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vanced on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vanced network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vanced app issues:

Force Stop the Vanced App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vanced app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vanced to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vanced App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vanced app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vanced.

Fix Vanced unable to contact server/ Vanced internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vanced » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vanced » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vanced on android.
