You play and you win money that’s a fact, but when it comes time for you to receive your money, they have no way of picking the option of how you want to receive your money you buy it with your own money to play but when you win money, it takes 14 days for your money to post to whatever account they decide they wanna put it on I have a Apple phone, so Apple Pay will be a great choice to receive payments for playing and winning money off the game. I’ve already won two nice prizes . I have not received them. also emailed them and asked them what was going on with the funds being posted to my account. They told me to check with my bank. I’ll check with my bank and there’s no deposit made from their company piranha play gameplay. There’s also risk with their rewards.

So you can win money but you can 100% tell you are playing against AI when you play for money. It’s the same every AI shot they take. They line up to hit one ball, then quickly change to hit another ball and as soon as they line up they shoot and it goes right into the middle of the pocket every time. Plus it never misses the one very difficult pool shot of a two ball combo. If anyone has any experience of playing pool you’ll know that hitting the cue ball into a ball and have that ball hit another ball and it go in is very, very difficult. Yet the AI makes it every time. You can beat the AI but you have to hit a ball in from the break until you finish the 8 ball without giving your AI opponent a shot. It’s fun but don’t think it’s not AI you’re playing against. It 100% is.

At first, I was happy to finally find a game that allowed for eight ball pool for money, without multipliers and other garbage. But then my enthusiasm was cut short when I couldn’t deposit money, every method just fails, despite having used countless times with other apps. PayPal deposit doesn’t exist, nor does Apple Pay, like they state.

What’s worse is I won a bonus board, used the real money and ran it up, and cannot withdraw. Button just stays greyed out. And can’t get anymore real money games cause I’m not being matched up either. Reached out to support about original deposit problem, no response going on four days…so you can imagine a question pertaining to withdrawing money!

What I notice about the game is prior to my credit card on file. I Found a lot of games with no problem but after I link my credit card, I can’t even find a game of 8 ball at all. I have been playing this game for one week and a half and I only played a handful of game of eight ball. Due to PoolStars not finding match. For the time bearing I’m gonna delete the game and try it in a few months and give another try only the issue is resolve I will play with my own money.

If you want to see how PoolStars is going to pay out, play with the little bit of free $$ they use to reel you in with. It’ll keep giving you the little diamonds or whatever hoping it will distract you from the $$ its easing out of your hands. I Would never write a review jist out of spite. These apps are not in the business of “giving away $$” they are in the business of ways to talk you into gambling/giving them your money. Like i said, if you are gonna play just using the diamonds they give you every so often, then PoolStars is actually a fun pool game, maybe because it lets you actually make your shots.
I feel theres nothing wrong with gambling or even losing money, at times….when its completely honest. No rigging the game up to make sure you lose.
Take this review for what its worth…jist be careful who you give your money to.

I actually enjoy the game, however I’ve been waiting for over 45 days for my winnings to hit my account. I wrote to customer service and they told me to wait till 15-30 days. I was patient, but it still didn’t come. I’ve written twice since then and now they won’t even respond. This is extremely unprofessional. Also, the program misses allot of key points which has cost me greatly several times. Like when the opponent scratches on the 8 ball and I’m confused when I have another turn. Isn’t the game over at that point? I know when I scratch, I loose. Or did the rules change and I missed that memo?
I’m hoping that the right people from this game read this so that somebody might be able to figure out where my money is. Thank you.

Pool is my passion. I can’t get enough of it. PoolStars was like a god sent, being able to play for actual money and all. I’m maybe a month or two in and now it’s like I’m blocked. I’m good, not unbeatable, just hard to beat. Yet I get no matches for monetary games anymore. I’m constantly getting matched up searching for games that wager gems, but not in any matches that hold actual weight in the rankings. Meanwhile those that were my competition are achieving outlandish levels on the league board while I’m duct taped to the bottom of the barrel? What’s going on? Am I blacklisted or something? Did I win too much? I’m lost… I don’t usually write reviews but this is how strongly I feel about the matter. Please correct this.

Being able to obtain new cues at an earlier stage of the game would be nice to see. I’ve yet to get that opportunity but I’m only at Level 7 so hopefully I’ll have that option sooner rather than later.
It appears that in trick shot games you can just ram balls all over the table and get lucky and beat your opponent. There’s nothing tricky about that. That just makes for a sloppy game of pool and the last thing I want to get beat in is a game where the opponent has zero skills, yet he can win by pure luck. I would like to see that changed, as well as an increase in the timer before you take a shot. I use a lot of English on the cue ball and it leaves very little time to align your shot after adjusting for cue ball control.
Last, I’d recommend adding a 9-ball match into the mix and if ppl wanna play slop then you have 9-ball for that purpose.
Other than those issues, I really don’t see much else.

Of course there’s gonna be some sort of scam to this game how else would the dev make money. But you can win some cash on this game. Although your gonna lose a lot more. If you practice enough and get good at the game you’ll win some money but after winning a game or 2 and making money you’re gonna lose automatically because you made too much money. I’ve never won 3 cash games in a row I’ve found a sorta system to play for free and win money. If it works out I’ll update this. TLDR you can win cash but you’re gonna lose a lot more

Really hate the withdrawal time frame. If I use cash app to deposit funds and win additional cash then it should be able to process the funds back to my account that same day. Just like how it is instantly when I deposit it should be instantly when I withdraw.

I really enjoy playing, as it is fun, and I found I’ve gotten pretty good when playing others!

However, the biggest issue I’ve encountered is some matches put you with EXTREMELY better players! I’m an amateur and some games I play against SEMI-PRO and even PRO league players… this can be very frustrating, especially when money is in the line!!!

Another issue is most names are generic and players don’t even communicate with you. Not that they must, but it does give the feeling that they could be A.I., which can be disheartening.

I’ve reached out to ‘Parana’, the maker of the game, and they are VERY good with getting back to you, and give great customer support! They took my issues, assured me fair play, and will address these issues to improve the game.

I like shooting pool and enjoy most pool games but there are some problems with this game. The cue aim is too sensitive so you blow all your time lining up the shot. Then the stroke isn’t sensitive enough so you run out of time because it did not register your stroke. The timer makes you feel rushed. The pockets seem tight as opposed to other pool games I’ve played.

The physics of the game play seem to change randomly, and the controls are a bit glitchy. And I wish we could play traditional games…

This is BY FAR the best pool game I've found!
There are a few little improvements/changes that would make it as close to perfect as a
2-D pool game can be, but between the superior graphics & sound, the authenticity of the "feel", the fun of playing one-on-one, and the BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY customer service, I couldn't give it just 4 stars for a few minor things. However, they should know that if they had cheaper packages/bigger bonuses & cheaper options for games to play in the special challenges, I'd probably have spent 20x what I have, because it's so much easier to part with $5 than it is to part with $9+! Add 30% to 100% bonus bucks to that & you've got a sale every time!
This is THE pool game, though, for sure! Enjoy!

I really like the blitz mode I don’t tend to play the classic much bc I feel like there’s a better chance to win in blitz mode and there’s more options to choose from but all in all I’ve made a good bit playing this game

Fun game which seems to play fair. Not going against bots like all the other apps. Would love to see them not match you against scores of similar players. Also needs to work on withdrawals. Won’t let you cash out money you have one off bonuses unless you deposit your own money as well. What’s that all about?

This game is scam they scammed me out of $70 withdrawal I had the confirmation number which I copied from the page where it said your withdrawal is in the process which takes 2-4 business days which I said cool I waited for 2 days than I sent multiple emails no respond but than they respond to my last email telling me there is no record of my withdrawal so they are cheater I don’t recommend you playing this game if I knew they scam u I would of took screen shot of where it said your withdrawal is in the process
