A painful education

This site is exceptionally difficult to navigate. I paid for a basic membership and discovered that it provided little benefit. I upgraded my membership and found it was still difficult to navigate. You cannot simply choose a departure and destination and get directed to a decision page to elect and or pay for a trip without being bombarded with pop ups to upgrade more! You’re never even able to get to a site page that gives you an opportunity to choose a trip!! I’ve contacted them several times and being nicely told to go to my dashboard (which I am unable to do) and make my choices. A rip off is my only conclusion. I’ll be deleting this app and calling it an education on scams.
Disappointing experience!

App promises great flight deals, but after a clunky login and half-functional interface, it immediately pushes a paid membership. Skipping it leaves you with almost zero functionality. The onboarding is frustrating and feels like a trap. Clearly rushed and poorly thought out—plenty of better, free tools out there. Uninstalling and requesting account deletion.
Absolute trash

I paid the $17 fee and since, have never been able to log in online any web browser. I was able to log into the app, but the app is non-responsive on the functionality to see the plan and cancel. I had a back and forth with help support and their solution was to log in and adjust the settings…BUT I CANNOT LOG IN!!!
