Is there 9 stars?!? Why force people to pay?? We already pay enough if the league fees..smh

Incredibly long adds every time you open a new page. App looks well organized but adds make it very slow and frustrating to use

Disgraceful. Seriously, we have to *watch* an ad before viewing league standings?? Are you kidding me? I don’t mind written ads at the bottom, but I won’t waste my time viewing garbage videos each time before being able to get to my league info. And no I’m not going pay a monthly subscription. A one time purchase would be ok. Anyway, LeagueSecretary is useless.

It really makes no sense. I didn’t read the description before downloading. We get emails and print outs with lane assignments and averages and what not for free, so you’re telling me I’d practically be paying for long term recaps? That’s ridiculous. I’d maybe pay a one time fee for the convenience because I know it did take time for someone to develop LeagueSecretary , but if I took a wild guess, I’d say whoever “designed” LeagueSecretary didn’t bother to ask for opinions on how to make it efficient or appealing.

First off: there’s SO MANY adds on the website that it’s sometimes difficult to browse it mobile cause more and more adds pop up when you try to scroll just to look at any simple information. Then for a “freemium” app that wont let you look at ANYTHING unless you sign up with a subscription??? Seriously??? On top the that LeagueSecretary doesn’t even look decently done. I’ve seen 4yr olds design better apps than this

The developers business strategy is to make their “free” website so unusable on mobile that we make a mobile app that doesn’t do anything the already free website does, but make people pay a subscription for it? I’m about to write my own app that scrapes the website data for free just because of how annoyed I am of this platform.

Unfortunately LeagueSecretary is not free. After inputting the information needed to see your leagues data they hit you with the subscription fee… I’ll wait until my league sends out the information via email…

I’ll just stick with the ad ridden web browser. They want a dollar a month or $10 for the year just to look at scores and recaps. Save your time and your money.

Please issue me a refund and I’ll remove the review. I tried logging into the League Secretary website and link it here and it doesn’t link. Misleading.

LeagueSecretary doesn’t allow you to do multiple things, such as sort weeks by highest bowler series/game, etc.

Unsatisfied, please refund!

There’s nothing special about LeagueSecretary .
It has the same functionality as the print outs we receive during league.
I have to say I’m erasing this as soon as I finish my review.

Downloaded LeagueSecretary as I got an email (already have the free desktop version) and added the leagues I was in and then it said to pay. We get this for free other sources, so I immediately deleted LeagueSecretary . Won’t be using this one. Don’t fall for it.

Their website is horrible. It looks like a teenager's MySpace page from the 90s with ads everywhere! I tried LeagueSecretary --save your time, don't! They want a dollar a month for a service that was once free. Sure, my secretary/league should pay for the software, but I shouldn't be charged to view the data.

This stupid company also charges to remove the ads from their website.

Here's what I did: Download AdBlock and view your league info online. Works perfectly and free.

It makes no sense to have to pay for LeagueSecretary to view standings sheets when it once was free. Having a paid option to maybe view recaps and individual bowler charts, I could deal with. I can go directly to the website for free so why would I pay on LeagueSecretary ?

A decent app but smothered with ads. They’re in foreign languages so you don’t even know how to get past them. Frustrating and overly time consuming. So unless you pay, no play.

You said that LeagueSecretary allows you the ability for schedule and recap sheets. When you open up, say you need pro or auto scoring editions. Complete false advertisement

Nice little app but there isn’t an option for those of us that paid thru the website for no ads. Even the latest update does not allow for this.

Requires entering league IDs or searching. Can't login with existing account. Even if you've paid to upgrade your web account to support them (at a higher price than LeagueSecretary wants) it doesn't apply to LeagueSecretary . App should be an extension of an existing service, not a parallel.

The format is ok, BUT the information is TWO (2) WEEKS OLD!!! Our team scoring, averages, opponents and lane assignments are for Week-4 and today is Week-6. LeagueSecretary just takes up data space.

Getting a message saying my version has expired, but there’s no way to download a new version. Boo, not cool.

Changing my initial review because they listened and made an ad supported version. Thanks for the change.

Just remember, the data may not be up to date as it depends on when you’re league secretary enters it. But the Email notifications let’s you know when it has been.

Better than website with a million ads. One short ad then you can access all your league information in a clean format without the subscription.

Thanks for making LeagueSecretary . It’s how I prefer to view my league information. There is no competitor for league sheets so I hope it sticks around for a long time.

Been using free version and the little ad it shows is not egregiously long or anything. My scores get updated just fine app always works for me. I don’t know what it was like before updates but the reviews are too harsh for what it is now.

I see a lot of comments about LeagueSecretary being terrible before. After they updated LeagueSecretary , it is very easy to use and organized and in my bowling league I can almost all the info I could ask about my performance, league standings, and other competitors. Definitely fun to look at all the statistics!!

I guess bowlers are just a bunch of whiners. Yes, if you have a free app, you’re going to have to pay for ads. If you don’t like the ads, then buy LeagueSecretary . LeagueSecretary works great and has a lot of great data in it. I have never had an issue with it and look forward to the updates every week.
