I have no idea how these ppl are still in business. The positive reviews must be faked.
Got their system some time ago (4 cams and recorder). Didn’t have time to install it so they were sitting in the box for few months. Eventually I found time to install it. It worked ok for the first month and a half when first camera died, I contacted them and they used all they could to dodge me and and the end made my buy replacement. Only a couple weeks later two more cameras stopped working. They ran me through a complicated and very inconvenient process to „troubleshoot” later I learned that it was just their standard way of dodging the actual support. They were running me around just to make things impossible. Many other options out there - stay away from that brand, this is a scam.

This app is so incredibly slow and nearly impossible to go back and record things. You can only go back and download 10 minute segments and it’s hard to line the numbers up so I’m not recording the same timestamps multiple times. Please add something so we can record 30 mins at a time and are able to type in what specific times we need. It constantly crashes and kicks me off the app, also the fact you can’t get the app on a pc is extremely frustrating. My phone and iPad are incapacitated for hours trying to record incidents daily.

Live picture quality is not even close to 4k in the app, I wouldn’t even say it’s 720. The pic in the app is very grainy with tons of shadowing. I set my sub stream to the highest quality and the images are still horrible .They app live stream leaves a lot to be desired. I upgraded from a 600TVL system that was 10 years old and it’s live stream wasn’t much worse than this. I have 2k wireless cameras that have incredible quality on their apps, defender really needs to update this app to fix the picture quality!
