Doesn’t do refunds

This app doesn’t do refunds. I did a trail forgot I even downloaded the app. Checked my monthly statement and discovered this app charges $10 per week. After two involuntary payments they will not give me a refund despite me not using this app. It would been a 5 star review if this company had better customer service and didn’t rob people like every other crappy company now a days. What happen to being able to return something when you have a receipt or being refunding for not using a service. Corporate America is here to wring is dry. How many millions don’t make per year for not giving refunds?

So I was able to download only 1 video the other day which was a bummer because I have many older videos I want to get without the watermark. So since it’s been a few days I’ll try again.
So I just tried downloading another video of mine and it kept having a pop up saying to please rate this app. It wouldn’t let me go any further unless I came to rate.
So not only it was annoying that I was only able to download just 1 video the other day but it’s even more annoying I cannot download a video today unless I rate and I still don’t know If I will be allowed to download any after I leave this rating. But PLEASE allow a few downloads a day or something for the free version… geez.
Y’all apps need to understand that not only you take up space on people’s phone for really little payoff and not everyone can afford to spend on these apps too.

TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY! I wanted to try the free-three day trial, I even did a screenshot that shows it was supposed to be free for three days and within two seconds of me clicking they charge my card $60 I have emailed them five times and messaged them twice in TikTok and have not heard back. I HAVE PROOF IT WAS TO BE FREE FOR 3 DAYS, screenshot right when i clicked button. I would have never signed up for a free trial had I known that they were going to take my money immediately that’s fraudulent. ****My last name is Slaughter look through your emails and make this right this is ridiculous.
