Force closes on iPad Pro 1gen

I have both and iPad Pro 1st gen and iPad Pro 6th, I was curious to see if this would work on my older iPad Pro since it says it’s compatible on here and to my surprise it force close open opening ZenlessZoneZero , but works perfectly fine on my cricket dream 5g lol… what a world, I know this will work on my new iPad but it’s the principle thou. But my 1 star is only because of that not the actual game or development

Don’t know if it’s the game or my device

I was really excited to finally play this game but the game kept crashing and kicking me out and now I cant download the files to play the game still trying to get the game to stop crashing.

Game is broken

Was excited for this game, downloaded ZenlessZoneZero and went to play it. Big alert comes up, saying that it’s only a demo, and the full version is 20 GB. I go to download it and partial way through the download. It tells me I have insufficient space to complete the download. Totally bonkers because I have 100 GB free on my iPad. Would have loved to play the game, but the developers need to fix it

Racism & Colorism

While new, Zenless Zone Zero is made by the same company that brought us Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoVerse. These developers have been known to display racism and colorism across all of their games. In Genshin, there is a region based off of the Middle East and the only playable character that has a skin color other than white is a character that HoYoVerse purposefully made not worth pulling for. Her kit is so awfully made that she isn’t worth the money to get nor the resources to build. Their newest region, Natlan which is said to be based off of black, Latino, and indigenous cultures, depicts no people of color yet steals their clothing, the names of deities, etc. In Honkai: Star Rail, the only playable person of color is Arlan. If you look at his kit, they are all named after “jokes” related to slavery. “Shackle breaker”, “swift harvest”, etc. These displays of colorism & racism are disgusting at best. If the team behind Zenless Zone Zero sees this, I hope they take into account how devastated Genshin and Star Rail players are due to the lack of representation and take that to heart when designing and creating new characters and regions. As of right now, there is only one playable character of color and people of all races and nationalities deserve to feel represented in these big name games.

Even if I love the game, hoyoverse need to step up their representation game

To clarify, I love the gameplay, music, themes, characters, and art so much of Zenless Zone Zero. I have played all of their games but I also can see how colorism affects these games especially right now with Natlan’s trailers and teasers sparking up what should have been sparked up in Sumeru with the lack of representation. More skin tones should be used and encouraged in Hoyoverse games yet they have continually hammered down in the final versions of the game characters who don’t have darker skin tones (for the most part). Even for those who do have darker skin tones, they have whitewashed and lightened those skin tones both in game or in marketing artwork material such as Nekomata being lightened in both her artwork and from beta to release. Arlan from Honkai Star Rail is dark skinned in game however has stereotype names for his skills and is light toned in his emotes, taking away from the representation he truly should have, this is straight up colorism. Although I am happy that Zenless Zone Zero has much better character design choices and breaks out of the mold the other Hoyoverse games have of copypasting the same character models and more diversity; it does not excuse the lack of representation that still goes around, even the street npcs could have so much more diversity in skin tones yet all stick to a very similar palette which saddens me.

fix Natlan

hoyoverse is disgusting for how they approach black/brown characters. they released a nation for Genshin; Natlan, and proceeded to make every character either snow pale or a slight tan. this is a nation based off African culture (as well as Brazillian and Hawaiian culture) and they horribly designed the characters by making them pale. Disney does black culture better and they have history of bad stereotypes of black people 💀 for gods sake Moana is darker than Mualani (whos clearly designed from Hawaiian culture). Honkai Star Rail also did Penocony, a place based of Jazz culture which originated from black people, dirty as well by not giving us a single playable black character.
as for ZZZ, they are not exempt from this issue as well. Nekomata's model is black skinned, and yet in the drawings from cutscenes shes pretty pale (i get lighting, but hard lighting doesnt make a black person WHITE) theres also a black NPC thats literally placed right next a poster with an obvious racist chariacture, one you'd find in the really old American cartoons from back in the 60s. absolutely disgusting. hoyo can easily fix these issues by simply going into the textures images and coloring the characters skin darker, its that easy. theres no excuse for any of this.

fix Natlan, fix the whitewashing and harmful stereotypes in ZZZ and give us actual black characters from Penocony.

Additional 20gb to download

Game wants an additional 20gb to download after the 4gb for app. Kind of to big for a gacha game. Had big hopes for this game and it being 20gb already is not a good sign. Next big update broadly going to be 5 to 10 gb and that will make anyone run out of space in a year or so or if you like to play other games that’s up to 10gb and is more price fair. You better off playing solo leveling as it’s smaller and you can play that for long time before you run out of room on newer phones. Have over 100gb but still, you have to think that people will have other games and apps downloaded. So far the last two games by this company been nothing but greedy on platforms they release games on and how bad anniversary are. Only nice thing they did is give a character for free on star rail that I skipped as I was waiting for console and they release it on a console barely anyone owns. Guess they don’t know how to make games run good on consoles or mobile. Warframe runs good on switch and they can even have a good frames etc… on better old consoles. Play if you only have ZenlessZoneZero on your phone.

Game won’t open.

The game simply will not open on me or my friend's IPhone 7+, Iv tried every day sense the game came out now, and it still won't open, I click it and it goes to a black screen then closes out. If this is because I have an IPhone 7+, then the 00 game should not be available for my phone to download it to begin with. But I hope that's not the case, I figured that it's just a temporary bug, so I hope it will be fixed soon.

But besides that, iv played a bit of the game on my console, and it's honestly pretty meh, gameplay is pretty repetitive and boring, there are barely any Male starter characters, and I don't like how the children are dressed and the poses they are put it, mainly Piper Wheel and Lucy. Piper has a crop top that is disturbingly detailed to be tight on her chest along with short shorts, and Lucy has literally BUTTY SHORTS and a crop top as well, not to even mention the poses she’s in when you view the character in game, i am beyond disappointed and disgusting with this game and we’re not even a week in. But hopefully y’all can make some changes to the game and character designs to better improve the game, I think that’s all I have to say for now…

Takes way to long to install, took more than half an hour just to get 9%. Not worth it for a mobile game.

Reviewing bombing for Natlan tho HSR and ZZZ have problems too

Regarding ZZZ it takes a lot of inspiration from black culture without actually having many black characters. Additionally, a racist caricature was spotted on a background design and it should be removed.

on Natlan: It’s well established that representation matters for people of different groups to feel a sense of belonging and joy with their culture in the media they consume. Yes, Teyvat is a fictional world. Yet it is very much confirmed— and obvious from looking at the game— that Teyvat derives inspiration from areas of the real world. The motifs and clothing and music and in-game cultures are clearly inspired from real life. And it is important to pay respects to wherever you get inspiration from. Sumeru was clearly very whitewashed with very few darkskin characters that accurately represent the peoples of southern asia or northern africa. Moreover, some clothing and character choices were orientalist. Now it appears that Natlan is also being built upon real life indigenous peoples without actually representing any of them. And the character Ororom is a whitewashed, misrepresented version of the Yoruba deity Olorun. This is frankly incredibly disrespectful and borderline sacrilegous. Please respect the people you take inspiration from. Consult people of these cultures. Do more research. And for the love of god, add some melanin

Can't play it

I'd like to play the game, I really would, but apparently, I don't have enough storage for ZenlessZoneZero (I have over 24 GB free).

Mediocre game from multi billionaire company

The graphics are resemblant of the Snowbreak Containment Zone which has a fraction of this game's resources, areas are locked and limited, they add few npcs to distract from how empty the world is.
Character designs are the same models just slapped with slightly different outfits, combat which should be the highlight of this game is very abysmal, you can get better combat in games like Aether Gazer, PGR or recently released Wuthering Waves.

The only good thing about the story is the skip button.

The only reason this game's gonna survive is because of the cult like following Hoyoverse's playerbase feel towards this multi billionaire company, it's sad that with the amount of money they earn, they pump out average games.

The reward pulls that's heavily advertised will be unlocked after a certain level, which was like a chore to get to, they could have just added a beginner choice with 40 or 50 pulls but it wouldn't be as flashy as "free 100 pulls" the drop rates are low for s tier characters and you can check that just by going through communities, so all the pulls are a waste until you hit near pity.

Overall, if you're a Hoyo fan you're gonna play this garbage regardless, if you're an average player, don't waste your time on this.

DOES NOT LOAD

It doesn’t load at all

Hoyo’s worst title of their 3 major games

The combat gameplay feels nice until you get in later Hollow Zero runs (Simulated Universe in HSR). They somehow managed to take Simulated Universe and make it 10x worse. In Hollow Zero you are forced to get these debuffs called corruptions that make the entire run going forward a slog. There are very few ways to remove them, and when you reach a 5th corruption its debuff its so game breakingly horrible you might as well just quit the run at that point. The character designs are horrible, there are children that are sexualized, like Ellen who is a highschool character. Her model has nipple protrusion. This is no issue in Hoyo’s other titles, furries were forced into the game for some reason, there are 4 male characters. 3 of them are 4 stars, only one of which is good. 2 of them are furries and the other is a robot. One human male. Some VAs are not very good either. There are no healers, so when you get hit, you cant recover that lost HP. Parry/Dodge windows can be weird sometimes. I highly discourage against playing this game and your time is better spent playing Hoyo’s far better titles Star Rail and Genshin. I give it a 2/10. I’m only giving it a 2 because of Seth Lowell, Lighter, and Asaba Harumasa.

App

Can’t open ZenlessZoneZero to do my pre-download

Not playable yet

REALLY tired of games releasing before they’re live. You coulda said you were under maintenance at the start instead of waiting til I was done downloading.

WHY IS EVERYTHING PITCH BLACK

I downloaded this game because I wanna try. I thought it’ll be a game like Genshin because I love Genshin Impact was playing then it said oh yeah you also have to delete some games and like OK yeah cause my storage has a lot of things so I don’t need some things and I was perfect to go then guess what the holy tire game turns pitch black I can’t even see the screen, little bit of character design I gonna play this game if it’s fully pitch black, and I can only see the character some green lights from the monster, but I couldn’t even see the whole room for the boss wide. I can’t even see anything in this game, this is the most lowest game I do not suggest but if it does work for you then good but still download the game because you know I don’t really care. Read it if you want to, but still the whole screen is black and when I when I started playing guess what the story mode was black too I didn’t lie about the whole entire but still why the heck is the whole screen black I mean, I can see that I can see the old team the dash the special attack and the fist and that’s all I see but guess what I don’t see a scream, just a black screen, and

Crashes as soon as the app is opened

I’ve tried everything! I’ve installed and uninstalled ZenlessZoneZero , I’ve looked for an update to see if it’s just that, I’ve even restarted my iPad several times too and it still won’t open. Is this a bug or an issue with ZenlessZoneZero itself or is there certain requirements that my iPad has to have in order to play it? I’ve gone online and followed the videos that have gone and said “Do this for your problem” but even that doesn’t work. I pre ordered the game I installed it on July 2nd when it came out that night and thought “Maybe it’s not playable until it comes out on the 4th?” That doesn’t seem to be the case at all. I’m very disappointed.

I honestly expected better from HOYO, although it is a new game…

I have been a HOYO verse game fan for years now my favorite game from them being honkai star rail. That was why I was very excited when they released a new game zzz. But the game was not what I expected at all. The other games, genshin impact and honkai Star rail both have combat mcs while zzz’s mc cannot be played in combat and can only be used to select characters to talk to. Another thing is that in other HOYO games there is usually a bar at the side to click when talking to a character. In zzz, the user has to physical make sure that the arrows are pointing to the character’s name. Then they can select the character to talk to. I find that to be very confusing. It is kind of like playing on a switch. Also, despite the game being new, it already takes up more than 20 gigabytes of storage making it even bigger than withering waves which is already on its 1.1 update. I play lots of multiple games similar to the ones that HOYO makes, so those 20 gigabytes really takes a toll on my storage. I find the characters of zzz to lack personality and uniqueness in designs, especially the male mc. I do understand that this is a new game and it needs time to develop. But for now, I might just stick to hsr and WuWa.

Crashing

The game will crash the second i click on ZenlessZoneZero . I looked into this with the high graphic and smooth animations seeming to be responsible. Maybe have all the quality based settings be set to its lowest automatically for mobile users so they can adjust to what they feel it right as well as not getting kicked out from the strong resolution. I understand how new games will never work properly the second they release. But with wuthering waves who had the same exact problem as zzz seems to be very confusing. I believe that the game creators expects everyone to have a powerful gaming phone but a large majority are using tablets or slightly old phones. I though these mistakes would be seen before another game’s announcement. Unfortunately, It became the second time in a row.

Amazing ride, blunted by endgame woes

This game feels incredible to play and runs beautifully on my 5th gen iPad, but once you finish the campaign you run into problems. Even if you pay money, you get to a point where, after 10 minutes of gameplay, you have nothing left to do that rewards you with any resources. The rouge-like mode stops awarding you with anything other than a handful of ancillary currency after you beat it a few times. That is a weekly cap. There are no other game modes that reward you with ANY resources once you beat them for the first time, so you’re forced to quit the game. Essentially, you log in, spend ten minutes spending your battery (an hour, tops, if you’re willing to spend $10 per day), then you quit. And let me be clear: I have spent about $40 on the game so far and I have enjoyed what I’ve played, but I’m at the point where there is nothing for me to do. There is no content I can play that gives me any rewards, so I have to quit the game and wait until tomorrow. This has really soured the experience for me, especially as a paying customer. Be warned: do not pay money for this game expecting it to reward you down the line. You are paying to play less of the game, not more. If I hadn’t paid any money, it would have taken me longer to beat the end-game content and I would have more gameplay to get through right now. Not good.

Would not even download on my phone

This isn’t (or at the very least, shouldn’t be) an issue with my phone either. I use an IPhone 15, and I currently have over 75GB of storage free on my phone, so it’s not as if I’m playing on a outdated rock of a phone here. When I tried to download the full game as is, it went to 10% downloaded before claiming I have “insufficient storage”. When I turned ALL the graphic settings to the absolute lowest (At this point, I just wanted to play the game.), the game downloaded 40% before claiming—yet again—that I have “insufficient storage”. It’s a shame. I’m sure the game is good, but for some reason it won’t download on my phone. Unless this full game is over 75GB, it’s not an issue with my phone storage.

Fail to open

I downloaded, deleted, then downloaded again all because it wont open just closes immediately I can’t tell if y’all did a run through to check the issues running within this game or not because it feels like y’all haven’t..I know this game is knew but please run fix the issues circulating within this game so we can all enjoy it. It looks really good and I’ve seen streamers play it so good job on quality it’s just the small errors that’s the problem.

zzZ

ive played like 10 hours of the game and honestly i now understand why they call it zzZ snoozefest honestly. The fighting is alright. More annoying than anything how they force you to switch so often, like id rather they didnt slow my game for wanting to play a certain character with the prompt. And omg how annoying it is when they stop you from moving in the HDD just to say some unimportant line stops you for 5 seconds then says “oh lets scan this area”, like it happens so often 😂 like why dont they just talk while we’re playing. Omg the talk scenes are such a bore like let me playyyy. Its a comic like game why not just add panels to the side while we’re in game or just say it. But instead they just stand there, forcing us to just sit an watch idle images. The whole game is like 80% talking 😂 And honestly if i wanted that id go back to genshin and finish all the story quest. Making people Stop and Wait just for a talk scene over and over and over is not fun

Nah its not fun

you want the real the truth behind this game. take it from someone who has tried all three of their biggest release’s in the last 4 years. that includes genshin, star rail, and now zzz. the real issue is the publisher (hoyoverse, mihoyo) themselfs. they bot views on twitch. they false advertise products. they promise alot of rewards. but those rewards are subpar. zzz is no exception. they promise 180 pulls. but in my two days of playing up until the lockout at level 16. id say i have around 60 pulls. i think the real issue no one talks about is the censorship. nicole and belle. having there models changed after closed beta 2. do you like safety pants ? and white spats ? this is the company for you. do you want a more refined experience, go play wuthering waves from kuro. they know combat way better. and trust me, parrying and dodging in this game is not as fluid as what wuthering has to offer. yeah im done with hoyoverse products. ban me if you want hoyoverse. but its the truth. dont like the truth ? delete my review. i will screencap this just to prove i called you out. if you see a guy named Geoff Keighley advertising these games. its over, what hope you had for a good product goes out the window.

My goodness. 24GBs?

The game hasn’t even been officially released and it already has an issue. This has been a game I’ve been so excited for, and I still am, but something has to be fixed here. 24 GBs? My goodness. What, is every single spec of dirt rendered or something? Honestly, I do not care if there are good graphics, a lot of features, or whatever; that is WAAYYY too much space. I’ve been excited for this game and a lot of people have too, and I mean a lot, and not every single one of those people will be able to get it because of how much space it takes. Not everyone will have a phone with enough storage to have this game. And “oh, just get it on your PC,” not everyone has a PC, and also, this game is too much storage for me to get on not only my mobile device, but my computer too. And honestly, if the files are messy enough for it to be 24 GBs, then I’m not going to go around deleting stuff to download it. Honestly, I would rather keep Starfield than delete it to download ZZZ, and that is an insult.

Look, I get it, it’s probably got a lot of cool features that make it take up so much storage, but if it’s 24 GBs at such an early stage in the game, then it’s going to be super inaccessible to a lot of players. Anyways, that is all, and I hope that something changes. I would rate it 1 star, but I’m also pretty excited for the game, so 2 stars.

Too much left unsaid and terrible UI

I am very frustrated because they don’t really explain much of anything on how the game works. I had no idea how to level up my characters because it never explains that. There is a lot that the game doesn’t explain. It’s very hard to learn how to play, which is a shame because the actual gameplay is fun, and the world and characters are cool. Also, the interface is extremely difficult to navigate. I have to search around often to find what I am looking for. The interface is needlessly complex. Overall, the game would be much better with a couple adjustments to eliminate the initial learning curve and frustration. Would be so much more enjoyable.

WHAT??

im so sorry, i know hoyoverse is notorious for making their games have an overwhelmingly amount of storage, BUT 24 GB UPON RELEASE CROSSES THE LINE. i was expecting it to be at least somewhere below 15, since it only just came out, BUT 24? this is horrible. genshin, star rail and honkai impact are both amazing games with amazing graphics but the amount of storage all FOUR games takes up and the storage it WILL take up in the future will have some deadly effect on their future audiences. i’ve been loyal to hoyoverse since before it was even hoyoverse and when it was just Mihoyo, and i’ve had a huge problem with the storage cost. please fix this hoyoverse. you are a great company, but if you truly want to keep your audience, please lower the storage costs, we are all suffering over here. thank you.

Keeps crashing; won’t let me have game open for 2 seconds

I’ve checked, and my device (IPad Pro) has all the recommended stats and more than enough space. Is the game just not ready yet? When I open it, it’s just a black screen with no sound for a couple seconds. After this, the game automatically closes out and doesn’t leave the window open. It looks like an extremely interesting game, but it just doesn’t work, no matter how much I try. I’m not sure if this is my fault or not

Nice UI & Music

First: The full game, on Day 1 takes up 25gb of storage. Do with that info whatever you want (and remember it’s only increasing from here).
As for the game itself, it’s alright. The UI and music are amazing but the walking sim and [extremely simple] combat will get old fast. If you want more strategy try Honkai Star Rail, if you want more difficulty (more “Souls-like”) try Wuthering Waves. But if you want very simple, passable, flashy combat then this is good enough. The real pull of this one is the dialogue, character interactions, story, cutscenes…
Overall it passes you know, it’s fine. It’s just not another Genshin or WuWa. Even Honkai Impact 3rd felt more engaging. Personally, I’ll play it on the side here or there but I won’t be splurging on this one. Might get the soundtrack if anything.

Keeps crashing when I open it

I pre ordered the game thinking oh this game looks fun and I love these kinds of open world games but when I try and open it on my iPad it keeps crashing and I keep deleting and reinstalling it to see if that could troubleshoot it but the farthest I’ve gotten is the notification box asking if I would like to receive notifications from the game

No Signal

For myself, zzz is a delightfully fragmented game. The action based combat is visual treat and exciting to play, but the moments are short lived in comparison to everything else the game asks of you. While enjoyable in their own right, mechanics outside of combat feel disconnected from character collection - which arguably is the foundation of the game. The game compartmentalizes itself between modest exploration, combat, and a ‘mini-game-esque’ mode (the TV system) which is given far too much prominence imo. For all of the effort of acquiring and building characters, there is little return outside of combat. Stronger character integration across game modes may reflect the efforts of player’s investment and time. While I don’t mind the TV system, diversifying the way story exploration is presented and balancing the amount of time it requires compared to other areas of the game would go a long way to increase my enjoyment. As it stands, time with acquired characters is minimal as they have no role outside of combat - and time in combat is gated behind an energy system or the tv system. A stronger focus on combat and city exploration is my hope for the future of an otherwise incredible game.

Please let me have good things

Five stars if we get an outfit like the one for that one R&B event for that one pretty lady character (black and red hair and a grey green jacket)

Anyway, as a loyal player of Hoyoverse games, this is their worst game yet. Like, I’ve played honkai impact, honkai star rail, genshin, and that one otome game (I forgot the name) but, i’ll be honest, it’s trash. the character designs do not look anything like the art. I felt completely robbed when the character I was looking forward to did not even look remotely close to the art that was made of her. All of the designs feel rushed with no actual thought. Like a rip off hatsune miku? Come on. Like, let me have good things in life fr! Animation is 10/10. Love the way they are animated. At the beginning you are thrown into the storyline and it feels so…confusing. It’s hard to explain. The comic panels part is a cool touch but I get real bored of it. It feels like it’s going too slow and needs a little more pace. In all honesty, I made this review because I felt robbed by the character designs and storyline. This game isn’t as cool as their other games. So many characters have so much potential to have good designs yet, they end upwith ones that are completely MID. Fix this 😡

20GB for a mobile game.

Between this and genshin, you guys really need to learn about optimization and compression. There is not 20GB worth of content in this initial release. There are other mobile games that have been out for awhile that don't even use this much. I would have to uninstall all 3 games on my iPad just to install this 1 game.

Love the Characters, Love the Worldbuilding, but I don’t like the game design

Hoyoverse is very skilled when it comes to its world building and character designs, and this game doesn’t disappoint in this respect. This game’s design language and characters are beautifully designed, animated, and voiced. If this was an animated series it would get a pass with glowing reviews. However this is a game, and as such it must be fun and easy to understand for the player to interact with its world. Unfortunately I think Hoyoverse fell short in its design for this game. The UI design was my biggest gripe. I felt so lost navigating so many menus and buttons for simple tasks like upgrading characters. There’s just too many buttons and elements that bog it down and it’s just confusing to use. Another problem for me is the gameplay loop. Combat itself is extremely fun, albeit a bit “button mashy”, with your characters using beautifully animated attack sequences and satisfying parry/ combo mechanics. However the TV exploration mode absolutely killed the fun for me. It completely broke immersion after fun and high octane battle gameplay. Don’t get me wrong, this game is beautifully made, designed, and well polished but the gameplay and game design has dragged it down unfortunately. I love hoyoverse’s creativity and their products, but unfortunately this one fell short after so much hype.

Another Common Fumble of Design?

Now, I like the more expressive and exaggerated animation path they want to go for with Zenless Zone Zero, it’s pretty much the best thing of the game that sells it to people, if a bit too much, and the story/world is just alright, relatively adaptive depending on story progression and whatnot. But what makes this game seem so much more intrinsically flawed than the company’s reluctance to implement features/more engaging graphics for Genshin or contradictory story-building for Honkai: Star Rail, is the fact that exploration is a drag to play through, and that’s not something you want in your free-roam gacha RPG.

Exploration in the main quests (and most other side quests other than more-or-less unique puzzle quests that play with the features), just play through TVs and enter combat if prompted, but switch from the pretty switching animations and combat environment to the bore that is switching from an overhead set of TV screens is just way too stretched out to engage (or interest) me into playing the game, as opposed to Genshin and Honkai: Star Rail’s more-fleshed out story and natural exploration.

Even when taking out the comparisons to the other flawed games that Hoyoverse has taken on, ZZZ feels like a half-baked capitalization on an already running hype-train from HSR/GI, for all that the company that wants to treat Genshin terribly, I’d rather be in frequent returns to that game than ZZZ.

soo addicting but randomly crashes

The storyline is interesting and fun, getting S ranks is really easy. The soundtrack is really good, I could fall asleep listening to it, the character designs are so detailed and clean, the gameplay is smooth, and it saves your progress from where you left off so you dont have to restart, I can tell the developers put a lot of effort into ZZZ, and the developers are really generous! Even the loading screen is interesting to watch! I experienced a few bugs though, like my game crashes when I get to the boss fight on a commission, which is annoying so I cant progress. some of the characters clipping through things, like Cori, when she stops moving, her knee goes through her dress, which is unnatural and when Im running around as Belle, theres like cloth on the floor and her legs get clipped into it, these are minor bugs, but I would still appreciate it if you fix this! Thank you ZZZ developers

The game got crash

The game when i download done i click it and few second is crash and out pls fix it

Great game, misleading marketing

This game is (in my opinion) one of the best gacha games on the market right now. It’s not trying to be anything else, and the story is really well done. I will however point out, the main beats of the marketing is the Gacha aspect; always advertising “Free Pulls when you download from this video” yet that does not happen. I’m not sure how they can get away with the blatantly misleading advertising, as any average consumer will watch an ad and assume “When I download this game from this video I will be able to draw X amount of characters for free.” Which is never the case. This game should be advertising its amazing combat and beautiful art design. I love the advertisements that show off new characters, like the shark maid one that is currently in the rotation for pulls; as the advertisements for this character are exceptionally well made, with great voice acting and animation to boot. I can’t wait to see the future of this game, and I feel if they shift their marketing to try to attract consumers on other platforms such as PC and Console then they will develope a more hardcore player base.

Like the game, but game keeps crashing and I can’t progress

Like the game, but game keeps crashing after the Belobog industries scene where the creature absorbs the machines after the “seal” is broken
I’ve attempted skipping and just rewatching multiple times, but it always crashes at that same spot and so I can not progress in the game

There are cats, I only just started playing this but there’s a part where you get to pet a little black cat with mittens. 5 stars. The gameplay itself is repetitive for the most part. There are a few story and exploration commissions that are a bit different, but there isn’t too much variety. I don’t really focus on the story, but it’s fine in my opinion. That being said, I enjoy how easy it is and the repetitive nature allows me to actually do the main thing I enjoy doing in the game - fighting and exploring the different playable characters! I joined for Ellen and I really just enjoy seeing how each of the characters move in fighting, regular play, and cutscenes.

Add these to consoles please!

Lots of these games would be great on console (I.e genshin and this one) as for mobile players you gotta wipe your phone clean of anything to be able to play(note you can install Cod mobile and/or warframe on the same device, and those games are large) and if you don’t have a PC then too bad, just saying if you did add games like these to console im sure it would be pretty good for your player base which means more money thru micro transactions, I know you guys love that so just consider it perhaps?

Based on what I’ve seen, great game.

I love the style for the game and I play every Hoyoverse game beside Tears of Themesis. I love the characters design and the word play I’ve seen too, atleast in videos. I decided to try it out but I can’t register for some reason. I enter my email, do the Captcha and agree to the Terms of Service. But when I click next it tells me “Too many requests. Please try again later.” In which, I have. I’ve waited to get back on and try again for a while. But it gives me the same exact message every time. I’m not sure what to do about it, searching up anything doesn’t exactly help either. I’ve also made sure I’ve had stable internet too, so I’m going to just wait until tomorrow to see what it says.

Besides that fact, the game is amazing and the designs are stellar. I’ve been watching tons of videos on it and my friend showed my some of his gameplay as well. If you’re looking at this to see if you should download it, you should. (Just hopefully don’t get into my situation.)

P.S. I apologise for any misspellings! I’m young xd

Great game! Just a few problems

This game is just amazing, the combat system is really cool and so are the character designs. The areas like Sixth street and Lumina Square looks so good and I love that there’s a lot of challenges/commissions that are given to you to complete as you search around the areas so you can level up more quicker. Overall, this has got to be one the most addicting games I’ve ever played. However, there’s just a few issues. Firstly, the amount of storage this game takes up is insane. My iPad 8th Generation has 256GB while this game takes up about 24.7 GB and it’s only the first version installed. The game just keeps slowing down and crashing and kicks me out every like 30 minutes and sometimes even after I just logged in. I downloaded this on my iPhone 14 and the game just doesn’t run smoothly and instead slows down because of the amount of storage it takes up. I personally don’t think that this is a mobile friendly game.

Good Game getting Bad Reviews from Clowns

The fact that so many idiots that haven’t even played the game are giving the game bad ratings is honestly pathetic. Like yes, this isn’t Candy Rush, it requires 20+ GBs. If you can’t play it then fine, but don’t give it a bad review because YOU lack storage like ???

Iffy start, but stick with it.

I’ll keep this review short for all the zoomers that might see this. This game is pretty dang fun, has absolutely clean animations, some witty dialogue, persona style social simulators, decent puzzles, fun and extremely fluid combat, and a great story.

But you have to be patient. You won’t just have access to these features right away, heck I probably played for 6-8 hours before I unlocked the ability to do my dailies and use my energy resource. When you start getting an idea of how the combat system works, it’s incredibly fun to play around with, but you have to just stick with the characters the game gives you for quite a bit of time.

As you can see, there’s quite a lot of 1-star reviews, and it’s another movement from the community to cry and soil themselves to try and make a change, probably to boycott another game if I’m being honest. My final tip is also to try to avoid engaging with the community in earnest. Lots of weird internet drama in these groups if you let yourself get sucked up in it. Hope you enjoy the game!

Really nice game 0_<

This game is honestly such a nice change of pace from other games, like Genshin Impact, where you feel like you’re in a rush and need to play everyday without missing out. ZZZ, (This game) has this cozy feeling to it, and if you want you can take it slow, and I really love that. The atmosphere of Sixth Street is beautiful, the attention to detail makes the game feel more lively and as if it’s a real place, not just a town full of NPC’s, speaking of the NPC’s they’re all so beautiful. Unlike Genshin Impact where you are unable to distinguish an NPC from a rock, this game gives each NPC they’re own personality, and all the interactions with the NPC’s are special to them. I recommend this game to people who enjoy games that can be slow, or fast paced, I don’t know how to explain it but it doesn’t feel like you’re in a rush to get everything done, like you can take your time doing everything there is to do without missing out anything.
Overall, this game is totally awesome the only downside is the amount of storage it takes up, but it does makes sense if you take into the account the graphics, and all the content that is packed into this game.
I highly recommend this game after playing it everyday since release.

The undeserved hate that this gets is wild

I’ve played this game for several hours and I honestly don’t know why people are already hating on this game. People have been complaining about how the game takes up too much space from the get go, but what can you expect when the graphics and animation are as good as they are. This leads into my next point on how people complain about the art style and animation. The animation in fluid and adds character to each scene, and if you don’t like the style, then why play in the first place (you’ve known what the animation would be like, the trailers and leaks have been out for ages now). And finally, people whine over how most of the game is dialogue and that it gets boring, but how can we say that when we are blessed to even have a skip button (yes, I’m prolly firing shots at hsr and genshin). It’s really no diff from any other hoyoverse game. All in all, this game is exceptional in my eyes, and I just don’t understand why people hate on it already (don’t whine about storage, genshin literally takes up like half ur phone).

I would also like to call out the people that say this game is a snooze fest. The game literally has a skip button, so stop complaining about how it’s all talk, no game, when every other hoyo game doesn’t have a skip.

zzz

yippeeee zenless zone zero

My opinion of ZZZ

Overall for me, the gameplay is fun and I love the art style and overall npc’s have like more lifelike in them. Combat is fun and it gave me somewhat of a fighting game back then with its retro style. Environment, very pretty and beautiful, characters/Npc’s love the design and animation they have. I understand some people were expecting ZZZ to have open world mechanic like genshin or somewhat to star rail’s but it’s limited.

The story, yes it’s long with quest after quest but that’s the hole lore of it. Sometimes people get impatient or bored because they expecting a top notch game to be popular like genshin when first release because you start a quest then come back to it when you feel like it. But really, it’s a hoyoverse game and your gonna experience a visual novel in any hoyoverse game yet people still try em out.

All I can say is people like to bring games down because they was “expecting” more and they get let down. Really you don’t have to play a hoyoverse game if you gonna be disappointed lol.

Pros and cons <3

I throughly enjoy this game but there are many issues especially with the advertising. The advertising was very misleading especially with the 100 free pulls. To get the free pulls you have to grind and that takes time that some people don’t have. BUT the animations is absolutely breathtaking and the combat is super clean and fun! With the puzzles (aka the tvs) can be challenging and they definitely aren’t for everyone, but be prepared to do a lot of puzzles. I actually do like the puzzles cause it makes you have to think. I think the puzzle mechanics are very cool and the concept is honestly super smart. But like a said before, not everyone is gonna like the puzzles especially if your impatient or easily annoyed. The Gacha system is about the same as honkai star rails so you know what to expect if you play star rail. I like Gacha so this is an immediate pro for me! Anyway if you read this hole thing the dang your persistent but thank you anyway!

Incredible

Running on an iPhone 15 and a new iPad this game runs flawlessly. Which I would hope, but it needs to be said. As far as combat goes, it’s crisp, responsive, fluid and smooth. I’m playing with a controller and it’s really responsive. I think all of the character design is good, and the voice acting is amazing. It’s really an impressive f2p game. And Hoyo is always pretty good about making their games actually f2p. I’be been waiting for this game for a while now and it hasn’t really disappointed me. (Full disclosure: I did sort of hope it was gonna be totally open world like Genshin but I love my little neighborhood) All in all I don’t know how you don’t love this game.

(Ps: anyone complaining about the size of this game is going to understand once they play it. They’re also gonna have to get over it bc for games to look and play this well in a digital future(right now) then this is the cost(size).)

amazing start

combat is smooth and intuitive, and the storytelling is amazing. the cutscene animations are fluid and expressive, while the story sequences are really creative and strike out with its own style instead of sticking with the boring visual novel style of dialogue.

the world building and exposition is also very natural, and the way the characters are introduced feel more organic in my opinion than how they are usually introduced in star rail and genshin (i mainly play star rail and no longer play genshin).

the world is explained to you through a mix of cutscenes, stories, and worldbuilding—using internet posts from an in-universe social media, and natural interactions with NPCs AND characters yet to be introduced in the main story out and about on the main street. like, the way they introduce the same old concepts from other hoyo and gacha games (like farming for character materials and weekly gamemodes) is just so clean???

you can easily get your first standard S-rank character after playing for about 45 min after getting to level 8. the story at the moment is low stakes and kind of simple, but what does the complexity of the plot matter against its execution? i can already see that this game as a LOT of potential for darker and angsty themes. wayyy more the hsr, this game is definitely hi3 2.0 in a lot of ways.

i also REALLY like the pjsk boyband stuff they got going on here lol

One of the Best RPGs I’ve Ever Played

When the game released, it was all I could ever play. I played it for hours and hours everyday because of how fun it was. There’s plenty to do in this game, I guarantee you won’t run out of something to do whether delving deep into hollows or doing things for a cat mascot. The fast paced combat can feel so satisfying as you build up combos and switch from character to character. The game may feel easy in the beginning but, trust me, it WILL get harder especially with Hollow Zero. The animation is so good and fluid that it feels like an old cartoon on crack and the comic style cutscenes just hit right. The voice acting is top-tier, no questions asked.
Although, there are some flaws as nothing is perfect. If you’re playing on mobile, I wouldn’t bother with the arcade because the controls don’t feel very good and my fat fingers are always pressing the wrong input. The game sometime crashes on me and kicks me right back to home page, no warnings, but that could just be my device. The intermission chapters feel like a slog of nothing, they could try to do something like Dainslief where it talks about lore of the world (really want to know what the hollows are and how they came to be).
This game is one of the best I’ve ever played and I could play it for hours, it’s worth any amount of space it takes, trust me.

As Of (1.0) Fun Game To Play Casually

I personally really enjoy the games simplicity. There are some gameplay moments that are really dragged out but overall I enjoy the simple gameplay. This is one of those games for me that is something easy to pickup and play especially when you don’t have a lot of time in the day to invest into a game. I understand there are some who don’t like this game for the TV segments but I really don’t mind it. It’s unique and does a great job at playing a role in the story telling instead of it just being a simple puzzle segment. This will be one of my games to play when I just wanna relax and actually enjoy a game instead of try harding. The animated cutscenes and voice acting really stand out and is amazing. I love the expressiveness in the voices, animation, and the style of the game. The game also gives me some nostalgia of how Honkai Impact 3rd was when it first released. When it first released it was a very simple button mash fighter similar to how this game is now as of (1.0). Maybe it’ll become more complex just like how Honkai Impact 3rd’s gameplay ended up becoming with newer Valkyries and mechanics. Excited to see where this game goes!

Good game-Horrible reviews

So people are complaining about the animation style. It’s..been like that? You KNEW it would be like that? Why’re you complaining???? Then they’re complaining about the gameplay as if it’s not similar to HI3rd. Also the “blackface” people complain about..is a penguin. Not blackface it’s a literal penguin that people claim is blackface bc apparently if you have a penguin and the company is known for racism it’s automatically racist. Also stop review bombing the game just bc you’re being a baby over another game. They are most definitely run by a different team. Genshin and ZZZ r run by different people so it’s just stupid to complain. How about you complain on the official page of Genshin? Why risk a new game’s success because of another game? Just complain about the game with racism. Until there’s actually shown racism in ZZZ, which there hasn’t been yet, don’t review bomb about racism. The gameplay is unique and I love the story/character designs minus all the fanservice.

Amazing game!~

I’ve played Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Wuthering Waves. Zenless Zone Zero has to be my second favorite. People rate this game 1* mainly because they’re mad or something. ZZZ is a very good game overall. When I saw 3.7* as the overall review I was amazed. Like, why? Storage would be the main reason but just play on a different device! The character designs are so pretty! My game runs smoothly so that’s another reason why I love it. I love that there are combos to attacking. Even though Bella nor Wise can fight, that’s not really a problem. Different characters mean different move sets. A lot of people just play for the free pulls. I did too but realized this game was so much more! I don’t pay attention to that stuff at all! To me, it’s an absolutely great game. But you can’t change another person’s point of view. “No matter how hard you try to understand other people’s hearts, people aren’t able to change others. Every time, you have to change yourself.” (If you know the reference you know) If you’re mad about the amount of pulls you don’t get, character designs, gameplay, or any other thing, stay mad. ZZZ is a great game, just like the others. When I first saw the trailer, I was like, “There’s gonna be a new Hoyo game?! Eh… Should I get it?” The only reason why I started to play, because of that one Billy add. Anyways, peace!

Timed Event Characters

I love this game I’ve played it for longer than I probably should have in the last day I’ve had it downloaded. There are a few things that I don’t like all that much though, one of those things being timed event characters. Now I love this game and I will continue to play and enjoy it but one of the reasons I got the game was because of Ellen Joe, every single ad that I got, that was straight into some story stuff surrounding a character, featured Ellen in some way. Now that I have the game I was wondering how to unlock her character, so I went online only to find out that it wasn’t going to be available for a long time. And other than characters that are in timed events, the only other thing that I don’t really like about the game is the size of it, 25 gigabytes is a lot for a mobile device user. However I will recommend this game to my friends and I will play this game on the regular.

Why the hate?

I personally was not looking forward to this game when it was first announced solely because it wasn’t open-world, and that’s what I was used to with Hoyoverse’s other game, Genshin Impact.🤔 But I eventually got hooked by the fast-paced combat and different aesthetic.😚 It reminds me of Splatoon, and I’ve heard it’s similar to the world of Persona, though I’ve never played any of the games (I’ve seen clips of gameplay but don’t really know any characters or story details etc).

I totally get if you’re more into the fantasy-type arc and whatnot,🙂‍↕️ but this game is personally a nice change of pace and I don’t get the hate.🤷‍♀️ Rewards are generous, there’s plenty to do if you don’t rush through the story (y’all 1.1 was released today, you shouldn’t be rushing so much), and the details in the world, cutscenes, animations, etc are so expressive and vibrant I just love it.🤩

So personally, I will continue with the game and will continue to enjoy it. Y’all can have your opinions but if you’re hating just because you hate Hoyoverse or just because it’s not Genshin or HSR, then you need to play the game first. 🤠

Very great game

Zenless Zone Zero is an absolute masterpiece! From the moment I started playing, I was captivated by its stunning visuals and unique cyberpunk aesthetic. The art direction is top-notch, and the world feels alive with its vibrant colors and futuristic cityscapes. The character designs are equally impressive, with each one brimming with personality. Gameplay-wise, it's incredibly smooth and engaging. The combat system is fast-paced and fluid, with a perfect balance of strategy and action. I love the variety of characters and their unique abilities, which makes every battle feel fresh and exciting. The gacha system feels fair, and I appreciate how generous the game is with rewards and progression. The story is intriguing, blending mystery, action, and a touch of humor. The voice acting and music are superb, adding depth to an already immersive experience. Whether you're a fan of action games or just looking for something visually stunning with great gameplay, Zenless Zone Zero delivers on every front. Overall, it's a must-play for any gamer who enjoys action-packed RPGs with a rich narrative and beautiful design. Highly recommended! Also people are mad down bad for saying gooner game. Do people really do that type of thing?

Great game!

For real tho, what is with all of the people who don’t like the game ‘cause it’s not “Perfect” or “It’s Glitchy” It literally came out two days ago!!! (As of writing this) stop ZZZ slander!!

Ok, but in all seriousness, this is actually a pretty good game, (my only issue is that there isn’t a lot, but It’s version 1.0, It’ll get updated) I think the battle mechanics are pretty engaging, and the story is also pretty enjoyable, and the characters! They’re like ligit good! I’ve laughed so hard at some lines, and I’ve really grown to like other characters, and the story just ties it all together!

All in all, I don’t think it compares to other Hoyoverse masterpieces. But it’s relatively new, give it a chance! (I’m looking at you, ZZZ haters) I think new players will like it once they give it a shot. (Also side note, if you play close attention to a character [Anby] she hums a song in one of her idol animations! 🥹 must protecc)

By far my favorite Hoyoverse game!

I’ve been playing Hoyoverse games for years now; Genshin, Hsr, and Honkai. But I just love Zzz despite it being a new release!

I love how the playlist is like Honkai Impact, and yet they’re totally different.

The character designs are beautiful too! (Expected from Hoyo) I love how the characters are more bouncy, if that makes sense. I also love how the story mode goes, there’s even a skip option!

This is actually a 5* game to me please don’t ruin it

I genuinely love this game and I don’t understand why people keep bringing it down. It is so worth the storage and people are writing entire paragraphs talking about how it takes up too much storage just buy more you act like it’s more than a dollar a month and if your mobile device doesn’t have enough for that, then just free up some storage. It’s not the games fault you don’t have enough storage. There is nothing wrong with the game and to be honest it’s just a lil tiny better than WUWA in my experience. Please stop the hate on this game I’m so sick of people bringing it down for many different petty reasons. And you talk about how the game has too many women characters, you act like MOSTLY every game like this one has much more women in the game than male. Plus, it just came out a few weeks ago. Give it some time to update and maybe it’ll get more male characters. Give hoyoverse a break, go back to your other games if you don’t like this one. I’m not saying it’s wrong to leave your opinion but least make it sane and not as harsh, just say what you think and let it be(without insults). I love this game so much and it can take all my storage<3!! (Also people who are thinking about downloading this game and might read the ratings and you’ll completely ruin it for them. Even if they have enough storage. Not only you were excited about this game.

Great game

Great game but I wish I could use my backbone controller with it hopefully 🙏

Did the beta & ready now.

I hope I see my review up when the listing is available. Good luck to everyone. Hopefully this is first review done, or at least within top 100.

Really wanted to play the game.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough space to download the full game and the only things left are thing I can’t delete because they are super important. ;-;

Appreciation

I have never written a review before especially even when it’s not even out yet. I wrote this review on 2:34 July 2, and I’m just really hoping that this game will be my new main game that’s on mobile. And I just wanna thank the makers of this wonderful game that they have created and I can’t wait till this game is released.

Good as Genshin

I have to give it to the game creators. It just got released, but I have to say it’s quite good. It’s almost comparable to Genshin character animation I like it. I love almost every single character almost every character is my favorite. Love the animations designs are great and how big the map is. It’s just good even though it just got released. I mean there’s some bugs like a little lag on my device but it still playable keep it up. I hope y’all update this game more often I mean I’m not trying to pressure y’all. It’s just awesome, but I hope to see other updates soon.

I love this game

I’m in love I pre order this game when it first released so I thought I was going to get a pre order reward like there other games but this game is still fun I like it more than the other games they made this game is so good can you guys please add it to ps5 like your other games??? I just wanted to say that this game is so fun and great to play and the graphics look so good ❤️🩵🤍and so is the voice acting and the cutscenes are so good I just can’t wait into I get all of the characters I’m going to be grinding on my phone and if it is or it is coming to ps5 I’m going to sign in and play so much keep up the great work ❤️❤️❤️

I can already tell this game is gonna be good!

Kian Kadey

This Game looks so fun and exciting and it has good graphics and quality I can’t wait to play it tomorrow😎😍

Love this! FIRST REVIEW

I pre downloaded this game when I first saw the add bc I already knew it was going to be amazing! When I opened ZenlessZoneZero I could already tell I was going to like this game! If ur a fan of Genshin or honkai, this game is perfect! First review!

You guys did it.

I greatly appreciate your games as they cater wonderfully to solo players like myself. I was especially excited about this release, and it has certainly lived up to my expectations. Keep up the excellent work, and I hope this game achieves the same success as your previous titles!

From what I’m seeing 42 minutes into release

Solid gameplay! Its actually really great. Love the characters to. Their VA suits them greatly

WHY

WHY ON THE WORLD IS IT NOT WORKING I LITERALLY HAD TO DELETE ALL OF MY STORAGE. But this is the best game I ever played can the creator pls stop doing this “pls clear all of your storage and try again” PLS ABD THANK YOU

好玩

太好玩了

Hihihi

I love how the game looks and I can’t wait until it is released!!!!! I recently learned about this game from Genshin Impact and honkai star rail and I hope this game is as good as the others 😄❤️

FIRST REVEIW BUT

THIS GAME IS FIREE I LOVE GAME LIKE THIS!!!

So much fun for a gacha game!!

I got to play a little bit of the game in beta and oh my goshhh it’s so cool! I love the aesthetic, the characters, just everything about this game is awesome. If you’re a fan of DMC-like games definitely play this

Pretty good

First person to write a review and omg I already love the game I’m obsessed with the characters just everything about it, I hope to see more in the future on this game🩷

Enjoying the game worth the wait

Been waiting to play this game ever since first trailer and now it’s in my hands and it’s worth the wait the story is amazing characters are cool looking great designs and most of all it’s a gacha game so of course if you want to best new characters get ready to pay but I’m a free to play and the game is rewarding but don’t listen to the ads of 100 free pulls that’s a lie do the story and most you get was 3 free pulls imo this is the best Hoyverse game they published better this is more action and story, while genshin open world and impact 3rd same as this but older.

Patience is a virtue

I see so many 1 star reviews but it’s mostly people whining about the game not being open or them not being able to download the game. Either get better gear to play the game otherwise womp womp… and second, learn to have some patience. If you can’t play the game now then you need other things in your life to keep you busy… like a job🤫

Worth the Download

Funny to see people surprised that this game requires additional download space. That shouldn’t come as a shock. The animation style is fantastic, combos are great, story is captivating and I can’t wait to explore more. I love the characters that I’ve been introduced to so far, and combat is satisfying. As expected you can add/upgrade gear for your team, level up characters, and obtain more agents via “signal search” (similar to Wish in Genshin). Make sure to check online and/or join the community to get redeem codes! This game is worth the download. I am loving it so far.

IM IN LOVE I DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH DATA

The gameplay is really fun! They give you a bunch of gacha wishes aswell and a expierence that’s amazing like fighting in the game is similiar to Honkai Impact 3 and if your a Hoyoverse Game enjoyer then this is peak!! The graphics are so clean and pretty I’ve never played a game better then hoyoverses gacha games :) DOWNLOAD IT GO DO IT ITS WORTH IT, But you have to download another time when you go in the game because downloading off of AppStore only gives ZenlessZoneZero not the data for hoyoverse games. If you’ve played HSR, GENSHIN IMPACT, HI3 you will know this. I’m currently also trying on pc but still downloading! THIS GAME IS PEAK AND AMAZING I HAD IT PRE-DOWNLOADED

I don’t usually write reviews but…

I think this is the best game Hoyo has put out so far! I love the combat, I think the story is really interesting, and beyond daily material farming (which I’m not even at yet!) there’s so much to do. I also love the artstyle change, it makes them game stand out from their other projects like a breath of fresh air. Moreover, they’ve implemented things that casual players have been asking for years, like story skip. Both protagonists are stand-alone characters and not really a self-insert which is a huge plus for me. Definitely will continue playing and enjoying this!!

People just like to complain

If you don’t have enough storage… figure it out. Get a new phone. Clear stuff out. Doesn’t make sense to give this game a bad review just because you don’t have the resources. Mobile games are getting larger with the times.. so are video files.. photos.. apps..

Anyways, so far this game has been pretty fun but there’s an overwhelming amount of menus and sub menus. coming to the genre like me can be intimidating at first but I’m sure it’s a shirt adjustment period. The combat so far is very flashy but simple. I’m hoping as you progress it becomes more challenging with dodging and combos

Great first impressions.

First of all, Hoyo once again exceeded expectations with how polished the game is, I’ve encountered no bugs, no crashes, and exceptional quality and performance even on low end devices. The art style and direction is extremely consistent, as well as the voice acting. The tone of the game feels casual, and plays casual, which was intended from the devs, so good job on that. The combat for me is mesmerizing. Parrying is extremely satisfying, combat mechanics are easy to learn and use, and I’m looking forwards for the endgame content in the future. The story is also decent from what I’ve seen, but the personality of characters and their interactions are enjoyable.

This game is actually pretty good

I don’t get why this game is getting so much hate. I mean did people really want ANOTHER open world gatcha game? We already have genshin, Wuthering Waves, Tof and even hsr can be considered open world. People are also complaining about the tvs? Is that really that big of an issue? The tvs are part of the theme get over it plus everyone knows you’re playing on 3-5 monitors at your house. The combat is 2nd to Wuwa. The story I’m every gatcha seems to be not very good so that’s fine. Some people complained that there are too many girls in the game? As if Wuthering waves doesn’t have female after female in every single banner? If you don’t like the game then don’t play it. Go back to genshin or genshin 2.0(Wuwa). This is a different experience and I’m actually tired of people bringing this game down taking away the joy of the people that actually do like it and want the game to succeed.

Here for the melons 🤩

👆

Spent 100 hours on the game all ready

This is is life changing the gay robot has changed my life I love it so much. This games biggest strength is definitely its world building and character designs.

sigh

This is not so much of a review, as it is a response to some negative reviews. I’m mostly talking about the review regarding the storage size. You can’t exactly blame the game developers for the fact that you don’t have enough storage space to download said game. To me, that sounds like a personal problem. Leaving a negative review because you don’t meet the requirements is like getting mad at a carnival because you’re too short to ride the ride. Grow up.

amazing…but my storage is hanging on rn

couldn’t wait for this game for like a year, and im still super phyched don’t get me wrong, but it taking up around the same amount of storage as other hoyoverse games that have existed for at least a year is ridiculous. considering the updates usually add storage, being in 1.0 it should NOT be the same as genshin which is almost at 5.0 currently…hoping they reduce it, i can’t afford a new phone right now so my storage isnt expanding anytime soon😣

REQUIRES LOTS OF STORAGE BUT SO WORTH IT

People complaining abt storage don’t realize that games like this are gonna have a ton of GB. You wont be able to run it on your average 64GB phone… I use 256 GB and have ZZZ and HSR downloaded and have tons of space to spare

Moving on to the actual game it is SO fun. I typically don’t like fast paced combat like this but it’s really easy and hypes you up. The story is super funny too and it has kind of like a comic book style to it that I love!!

You can hangout with the characters and I think that’s so cute. It really reminds me of persona in a good way and this game just has its own charm! So happy it finally released

I can’t get in but I’m sure the game will be awesome

I pre-registered and pre-downloaded the game but this morning when it was supposed to release when I clicked on ZenlessZoneZero the screen turned dark blue and then it kicked me out of ZenlessZoneZero . I don’t know if that is because it’s not released yet or something else. I did everything possible, restarting my iPad, deleting and reinstalling the game, and opening it multiple times. I do know if it’s a problem with IOS or my device but I can’t play on anything else. I’m hoping this problem goes away soon and I’m able to play because I’m very excited. From what I’ve seen from others playing the game I think that the combat and characters are awesome so I rated the game 5 stars. I have very good experiences with other hoyo games and I’m sure this one will be just as amazing!

The time has come

This game will be crazy fun I deleted Wuthering waves because it was bad now that zzz is out this will be the game what will have 17+ hours for playing.

I was waiting for this

I’ve heard a lot of positive feedback about this game and all of it was correct! This game is really fun and creative and definitely worth the download

Anything below a three is crazy ‼️‼️

This game has amazing graphics, tops any other Hoyoverse game in that regard. The gameplay is fun and immersive, the storyline is fun and not crazy complex. It’s retro, it’s fun, it’s beautiful. It has elements that are only events in other Hoyo games. The agents are well designed and fit in the world. It seems more realistic, you can find them around the maps and gain friendship from talking to them. The bouncy animation is so fluid and bubbly, it’s a joy to watch as an artist and I’m always mesmerized by each cutscene. The game is also generous and if you’d think another Hoyo games with gacha is boring, it’s not!! Surprisingly, they keep things interesting in the game with it. It’s not crazy stingy like Genshin, but not crazy generous like HSR where it feels like you aren’t working for it and it gets generic and boring. My honest opinion is this game could be hit or miss with anyone, but to me it’s super fun and worth at least a try. I love it!! 💗
