The game runs so slowly on my phone (it's not even an old one) and half of all the dialogue just feels disrespectful. These are people, not products or characters.

Before the new update I didn’t have any problems other than the occasional lag but now I can’t even get past the initial screen before it forecloses. Please fix.

Where could I change the language!!

Each time I go in to try and progress through the story, I finish round two of a battle and run into the error “can’t play game” and the screen still is sensitive to the touch screen with no movement.

Concept is cute and fun but very buggy. Hopeful to see it get fixed so I can enjoy it!

Why I just can’t enter the game when I open it at the second time???? Even both IPad and IPhone!!! :((((

I love NCT, and i love this game, but it force closes so many times. especially when i’m in the middle of defeating nightmares, it will force close and i will lose energy. it’s not fair.

This is a cute and charming game with simple gameplay. My only issue is the lagging. Some days it’s easy to ignore, others… not so much. Hopefully improvements can be made to make the game more stable and enjoyable for everyone.

Addition: I noticed that the game doesn’t register touch very well compared to my other mobile apps. It’s definitely some worth adjusting since it does impact the speed of gameplay. Also going through unstoppable texts takes too long.

Love NCT? Well, like me, you will probably continue to play this glitch filled game that constantly crashes. I enjoy the neo zone decoration/farming game combined with the card battle/match game but it takes loads of memory and data. Your phone will want to explode.
They need to tighten their vision. Ideally, we could get rid of so many video elements as they slow down the load screen and overly stress your phone.
The ccomaz could be better utilize to eliminate the huge amount of member photos. Or use give the option of photo stills.
I do love all the exclusive pocas and the voice acting is funny.
Great first 100 days of the game. Look forward to seeing the improvements.

This game is so addicting. I just can’t stop playing it but too much lags and crashes. Literally the glitch mode so lil bit of frustration when it happens. The character are so cute and even NCT is funny and very detailed stories! I just want SM to fix glitches and everything will be perfect!!

game is very laggy especially the opening video sequence. Literally it will show mark and just freeze on his face before I open the lobby.

Also, there are times where I’m on a role on the puzzle and then NCTZONE suddenly shuts down and I would have to reload the game again wasting the energy I already used for the puzzle, just to use energy again to play the same puzzle.

Additionally, when in the Neo Zone, the storage gets used up very quickly. So for me to lessen the storage, I would make products or use the drone, train, or airship functions but sometimes after that and I try to pick up more products from my neoshops the game will not account for the change as if the storage is still full. It will update for some reason when I click on the storage building instead of just right away if that makes sense.

But this game is really fun and i personally love making the town in the NeoZone. I can’t wait to unlock more deco for it because it’s my favorite thing about the game and the ccomaz.

The game is fun. The puzzles are fun, gacha is fun, the ccomaz are cute. But it crashes CONSTANTLY. If I'm not just playing puzzles, it's only a matter of time before it crashes, so a lot of it is unplayable.

Cannot enter the game after the loading video, though it already shown 100% has completed. Please fix it asap!

It would be really nice if NCTZONE didn’t constantly crash while I’m playing a stage

I love NCTZONE, but theres some problems.
Its laggy, it crashes and sometimes it glitches.

Check my sound settings already but still no sound coming out from the game app

It’s an amazing game I really love it and find myself invested in it, but is really annoying that I’m playing and get randomly pushed out of the game, really hate that because gets slow to reload, but every other thing is fantastic .

For the most part, I would absolutely recommend this to any NCTzens!
You have the main quest puzzles, gacha card collecting of all the NCT members that can be leveled up, fun and cute interactions with them, and even base building/farming materials.
Overall, it’s incredibly well thought out and executed in every way…. Except that NCTZONE itself needs some further optimization. It crashes constantly going from Lobby to Kwangya, sometimes when leveling up cards, and even in the middle of puzzles. Then you have the lag such as the opening sequence pauses 2-3 times before you can even press play or collecting your rewards can occasionally take a long time to load.
Once these bugs and crashes are addressed and it runs smoother, this will literally be a PERFECT game and a 5/5!

This is fun and super cute for NCT fans. As other reviews have noted, some parts can lag a bit. Most days switching on or off my wifi will sort this (but not always.) I also really hope they include NCT Wish soon, because that only seems fair. But it’s a fun way to spend time!

I love the game and all of the different aspects to it, but there’s way too much stuff to collect. I feel like I’ll collect from my mailbox and there’s another new thing i’ve never seen before and have no idea where to use it. The ccomaz are so cute and I love world-building and the matching game, but because of how much is in the game it’s laggy as helllllll. If the ccomaz weren’t so cute I would’ve deleted the game so long ago out of frustration.

this game is a MUST have for czennies 💚 i love the puzzle/collecting/farmville type of game play! i lose myself for hooours — the lag doesn’t stop me! although i wish it would get fixed along with the little bugs/glitches here and there. other than that the game is perfect!

I really love this game and as an nctzen myself im so happy to see it be a thing, but the game is constantly lagging/closing. Right when i place something or even in the middle of a fight, the game closes on me. Please fix this :(

So NCTZONE is kind of a mix of match three, gacha, and farming/creating material type games. It's really fun to collect the different members and build your neozone. I've been playing it nonstop so it's getting harder but I really like it.

The problems are the bugs though like everyone mentions. They usually don't affect my gameplay but I've heard it crashes for a lot of people. For the love of God please change the intro screen take out the video ANYTHING it takes so long to load and glitches so much, I turned the music off and it still plays all glitched out when I open NCTZONE . I think a simpler loading screen would be a lot nicer and help NCTZONE run smoother. It kind of feels like it was released too early.

The story itself is goofy but in a fun sort of way, it's like something nct would write themselves, kinda corny but I find it cute. Hearing their voices is cute too. Nct is so unserious, a cute but chaotic app feels so fitting xD

Fun game, but NCTZONE crashes pretty often. It sometimes closes while I’m playing a level as well, or just freezes and I have to restart NCTZONE . ://

Ok when I started playing this game I was addicted to it I loved how it had the members of Nct in the lobby screen and when you tap them they react to it(the positive part)Also I really like how if you give them gifts they do a really cute animation!

However here’s the negative part:So when you do levels it uses more energy and you have to keep buying a lot of energy just for you to do one single level for example the last worlds level used 5 energy/currency for you to do the level and everytime you finished that world it would go up by one per level

So what I’m saying is that this is a good game but can you not like use so much energy for one level pls

Neozone is honestly a super lovely game with fun mechanics, cute characters, and a lot of events. The gacha is pretty forgiving and you can get a lot of ssr cards without many pulls. My only gripe is how glitchy it is, especially during loading and transition scenes.

Also, I hope Nct Wish is added soon <3 maybe even replace some of the chapters taeil would have been in

After everything with the situation back in august-september with taeil… will you guys remove him from the game at all or will he still be available to collect and play? Another question being will you be adding nct wish to the game as well? I know they’re new but they’re still apart of the team :)

Everytime I play this game I get kicked out out of nowhere

i love this game, i’ve been playing it nonstop. but, when i try to edit my bio and type out the sentence in lower case, NCTZONE always changes it to all uppercase lettering. i know this is a dumb this to talk about, but it’s really been bothering me. all caps just makes it sound like i’m shouting at someone. is there any way to avoid this? i’ll take any advice from any of my fellow nctzens, or even the developer, if they see this that is.

Like the opening credits always lag and something the member in the lobby lag to I wish it was just pictures of them ngl cause the lag is insane but easy and fun game

It made me remember BTS world but not all same as it. I love this game so far just tried it out today in it love their music the kick it instrumental and 2 baddies instrumental

NCTZONE is so cute, and easily to access, but NCTZONE itself is too slow and takes times to load.

i love the game, as a nctzen it’s so fun and cute and well thought out. although it lags, it’s such a fun experience and so nice the way it was planned out, my one major complaint is that when designing my own neozone, the tiles that everyone else has don’t work for me. i’ve tried each one multiple times and none of them show up on my game even after clicking the green button which is discouraging because i want to design it the way it’s intended for you to and the tiles won’t show up on my game. overall, laggy but a good game! the tiles just won’t work

i was 100% expecting this to be a cash grab gacha game, but its actually really fun! it lags a lot but i imagine its because im playing on launch day. overall excited to see how this game develops!

i love this game its so funny like why did taeil say slay IJBOL😭 but its entertaining i love gacha games so I already knew it was gonna be good !! its a bit glitchy but thats fine, can’t wait to see how it improves (NCT New Team better be added soon 🫣)

i absolutely adore this game and definitely find it super addicting, but it would be nicer if some of the loading functions ran smoother. I have yet to have the introduction screen run smoothly as it always freezes once the background video starts :(

pros:

1. the game is super cute, with features like the little neozone that can be designed (the little nct chibis are SO CUTE 🤭

2. the gameplay is easy, and simple

3. the story is a little goofy, but kinda cute

cons:

one time i left NCTZONE opened for a bit and it just randomly shut out 😀also the game can lag a bit for me. But to be fair this game is brand-new.

Despite getting randomly pushed out of the game sometimes and it totally hitting “glitch mode” I am having the time of my life~ Its really fun and the ccomaz part is so cute!!!

Everything is so cute! All the animation is very adorable the member avatars are so cute and their interactions with each other are so charming. Highly recommend if you are a czennie :)
