I paid for an appointment through the app. Got the bank notification and GPay notification that the payment sent through. But I got messages saying that payment failed. I had to book another appointment and opt for ' pay later' Will the money be refunded?

How to fix Fortis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fortis app on iPhone
Update Fortis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fortis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fortis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fortis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fortis Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fortis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fortis App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fortis » click [Force Stop]

Update Fortis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fortis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fortis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fortis.

Fix Fortis unable to contact server/ Fortis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fortis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fortis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
