How am i actually supposed to fix the game crashing?

what causes the game crashing basically in the exact start up of the game? Is it actually needed to help the game for other devices? Do I have a data amount issues or type of data issues if i have the correct enough device? Because i’m using a ios mid 2010’s version that ran other games relatively well than lagging so wrong, please do not send bot reviews to keep this game up if you really are or someone else, and please delete this game from the apple app store if it serves 0 purpose without the needed fixes,
new review update: i actually deleted majority of the useless gb usage, the game proceeded to not work, and the starting menu image was the only thing that changed, only to be resolution quality rebooted

I have been looking at this game for some time, and I have always wanted to play it. But as soon as I got it, it crashed. I tried and tried again but it kept crashing. Eventually, it worked, but it continued to crash. I tried a few more times and it eventually worked, and I started a World War 1 map. I spawned in some British and German Troops and started the battle. I took control of a British soldier and attacked. It crashed immediately. I deleted the game in anger. Please fix this, it would be an amazing game if this bug didn’t exist. I would love the game if you did. Also, please add free premium. It really restricts the gameplay when you have to pay for half of everything.

As I was waiting for this game to download, I was reading the reviews. One review said that they had an issue with crashing on ads. The developer responded and said “We have fixed the crashing glitches.” Guess what? Every time I go into the game, it crashes. I can’t even play the game. Please fix this. Thanks!
Edit: When the developers were responding to my review, they literally replied “No.” Do you actually want anyone to play your game with your crappy manners? Honestly, if you don’t want money I could give you, then sure, just take down the game if you don’t care about money. Peace. (I’m hoping you have better manners)
