But, now, my i don't have intention to continuo the course. The app have the issues renoved without my permition. I want to delete my count in this app e i need the the course give me back my money.

Fiz a assinatura do Lola Speak, mas nunca consegui acessar o conteúdo premium. O app não reconheceu minha compra, mesmo estando ativa na minha conta do Google Play. Já tentei restaurar a compra e seguir os passos recomendados, mas sem sucesso. Por isso, estou solicitando o reembolso. Já fiz a solicitação pela play store nas ela me disse que não vai me reembolsar, mas existe uma politica de que o google só pode reembolsar se houver problemas técnicos, como eu não estou conseguindo acessar o conteúdo oferecido (premium). Solicitei o reembolso. Acabei perdendo todo o meu conteúdo já estudado.

Dobrý deň, žiadam o vrátenie peňazí za predplatné, nakoľko pri bezplatnom prihlásení bolo uvedené, že aplikácia ma po bezplatnom období sama upozorní na stiahnutie platby a možnosti zrušenia odberu. Bez upozornenia mi boli stiahnuté financie za aplikáciu na celý rok bez upozornenia a ja nemám záujem ďalej využívať túto aplikáciu.
