Have your 2.4/5G Light Bulb Camera. Worked fine for about a day. When I can get the O-Kam Pro app to connect to the camera it tells me the 2.4G wifi signal is strong. Seems the problem is keeping the app connected to the camera. I have all three items in the same room at this time (Router, camera & phone). The app will only monitor the camera for a few minutes at a time. Then you have to shut down the app, wait a while and restart the app. Sometimes it will reconnect to the camera and sometimes it wont. when it does connect it loses connection after a minute or so. Is there a fix for this, possibly another app to control the camera or should I just send it back to Amazon for a refund? The Video from the camera is great but without the app there is no way to control it.
I cannot get the camera(s) to sync with my phone using your app. I never get the beep. I can't get in touch with you because you don't answer the phone, and I can't sit around all day waiting on you to call me. When you decide to call I may not be available to take the call. Lousy customer service. I have no choice except to return the cameras because I can't set them up.

I recently replaced my modem and router, I am having trouble connecting one camera. I deleted the camera and now cannot get it added back to the system. I remember now that the QR code on the camera did not scan when I bought them. I need to know how I connected it. I remember also, I called your support and they talked me though it, I can not find your phone number. Please call me at 407-271-9230 to assist me. I am av available afternoons.

I purchased several of the O-KAM wireless cameras. After 2 months I can not connect to any of these O-KRAP cameras. I tried to reset it the cameras .. that did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled the O-KRAP app .. still did not work. If the need to reach out to a developer is the solution then it’s not worth it. Also be aware the software scans some of the users phone content. I since then have used an old phone with no Celluar to install the app and surprise .. it still did not work. Makes you wonder why only after a few months it stops connecting to its own devices.

This is the absolute worst! I had Reolink cameras before and I could access them from anywhere. The whole point of the camera is for a remote location. It is 100% impossible to set up this camera or use this monitoring system unless you physically go to location. I even had my guys set it up with an account on location everything working great, but I am not able to access even if I login with the same credentials! it has to be the same physical device. Am I supposed to mail my iPhone or computer to the location?? And they're not allowing to switch email addresses. They say you can "bind to a different email address," but it's complete nonsense. it doesn't work after 12 attempts. Also customer service is a complete JOKE. If you try to start a chat, it says please try back during regular business hours. I'm calling in in the middle of the work week during regular business hours. Apparently this Chinese business is pretending to be a US business, but it simply ships cheap cameras to the US and then gives very little support.

First off I downloaded this app to be able to function a new cam device I had purchased. This app does not link well with Wi-Fi, and it certainly did not link the cam device with app. After trying countless of times, I submitted to return my purchase, but I tried canceling my account even though I had not purchased any cloud space for device. I merely tried to hook this device up. I got declined message to cancel my account after having installed the darn app within 15 minutes. This does not feel safe or secure. I don’t recommend this app, I suggest you do your research, because I neglected to do so, thinking all would be a relatively smooth, fun, transition. Nonetheless, I’ve deleted the app, and I’m sending the product back. Bad purchase all the way around for me. Not happy at all. If anything, I’m more sketchy.
