Добрый день! В порту, где собираю звездочки , у меня было собрано 96000!!! После обновления, у меня убрали половину и осталось 49000((( Пожалуйста верните накопленные звезды!!!

Several days after the Jan 13, 2025 update a totally new event occurred. After game start, a pop up window comes up in the center of the screen showing a blonde female wearing a uniform. Next to the blonde female is the message, "YOUR FLEET JUST ARRIVED. THE ENEMY IS HERE, PREPARE TO DEFEND, ADMIRAL!" Just below the window is a phrase "Tap to Continue." So, I tap to continue, the window disappears and my phone screen slightly dims. The screen image is only animated but not functional. I tap everywhere on the screen and nothing happens. Therefore, I can no longer play this game after many uninstalls then re-installs of Uboat Attack. Sad for me after playing the game for well over a year, achieving highest Admiral and building a 69.9 strength fleet, etc.. Can the developer fix this please. Thanks.

Dear Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered while playing U-Boat Attack. After a recent update, I noticed a significant discrepancy in my in-game currency. Previously, I had accumulated 18.3 million Silver Stars; however, following the update, my balance inexplicably changed to -3 trillion Silver Stars and -4 trillion Gold Hammers. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you could provide to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I throughly enjoy this game and trust that thd programmers can quickly fix this small glitch in the game. About 60% of the game cards issued towards upgrading ships in my fleet are for 2 ships that have maxed out at the 100 level. The Atlanta and Fubuki. Vital battleships like the Yamato are ignored.

Like many others have reported, my game stops loading about half-way. I thought it might be a device issue, but just got the iphone 15pro and it still won't load.

game has not completed loading for about 2 weeks. loading bar gets to the letter D in loading and then stops. please help

I lost my U boat attack account and don't know how to record Help!

I know that others have experienced this as well, because I've read about it a LOT, but what's up with the PORT "under construction" issue? I've been playing the game about two weeks and cannot get the bonuses because the ports have stopped at around 23? Why is it that developers make games and then not fix the bugs when they pop up? More than anything, this is why people don't stick around and play your games when they've got unexplained glitches like this.

I was ranked #1 for 10 levels. They had me play Obsidian again. I would sink three ships with three torpedos and I would drop 65 positions in the rankings. The last time I finished #1 despite having to hit destroyers with torpedoes up to six times. When I logged in again I was demoted a level! There’s no logic to the results, the rankings or the made up names. Is this “contest” set up to declare a winner? Will it end next week or next decade? Will I still be playing when something happens? No, I’m done

This is the worst game out there, I get to number one, play a round and then I am in position 1000, good thing I did not spend any money on this pile of dung or I would sue to get it back, time to unisntall the worst game ever I think.

The game has froze up on me for the second time. I paid not to have ads but what good is that if this keeps happening?

I paid $3.99 to remove the ads while playing your app and now I'm receiving more ads than ever. It's very difficult to locate your help/support feature online. I had ended up on the adcolony help desk and was informed by them to search the app for more info. Unfortunately, not able to locate it on the app. This is whare I'm at. Please activate my "no ad" portion while playing this game. Thank you.

It seems to me that the latest upgrade on IOS doesn’t agree with the UBoat game. Love the game but intermittently I’m unable to fire torpedoes (esp when it’s a darkened scenario.) I have bought some Homing torpedoes and just wasted them being frustrated at the not-working scenes. I did uninstall and reinstall as a precaution and of course I’ve had to start over, but no matter. I’m just hoping you can try to fix the problem. Yours in anticipation - John

Black screen when beginning a game for over 3 weeks now.

I've had a black screen for 2-3 days now. I can not play Uboat Attack. Please help. Thank you.

You know, U-Boat Attack was just getting better and better, until.....NOW!!! What in the world are you guys thinking?!!! I do like the "night scope". That's really neat. BUT!!!!! "IF" you were in a submarine, looking through the periscope......the damn sub WOULD NOT be rocking as if it was sitting on the surface being rocked around by the waves. That part is simply down right stupid and REALLY takes away from the game. And THEN there's the issue of the darkness. Why don't you guys just make the screens TOTALLY BLACK and we'll all just take shots at where we "THINK" a ship MIGHT BE!!!!! Same with the underwater screens. You've made them so damn dark that it's TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Good grief, you might as well put a blind fold on before you start the dang game. If that's the way you want your game to look......I'm DONE with it!

I have recently achieved level 22 . The problem is when the level 22 came up at the top of the game , it has blacked out the top portion of my score bar so I no longer can read my score. Is there any way to reset or fix this problem without losing my progress ? Any advice appreciated.

I was able to access the “unlock mission bonus” (shot at airplanes) once. Now I see the progress bar flash color on screen open, but never records any progress to second access. Please advise
