WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

UPDATE: So the developer responds but customer service is still being EXTREMELY unhelpful. I am telling them that I am not receiving my complete rewards for my subscription and they keep stalling with the same excuses say even saying that they don’t have that anymore. I sent them the screenshot of my purchase that I received from Apple and then they just say I have to claim it, BUT ITS NOT WORKING!!! And then they ask me again for the screenshot I already sent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. if I continue to not receive my complete rewards I’ll just ask for a refund. The customer service is always very rude, and unhelpful. They never seem to know what I’m talking about. Yesterday I just sent an email asking for a reward that I did not receive. I mistook treasure chest for galaxy chest and that was enough for the customer service rep to just say: “We don’t have those anymore, we changed them for galaxy chests”, instead of checking their records for my purchase, which was for this month. I would like receive my complete GALAXY CHESTS, and please train your customer service reps to properly respond to people. It’s always an unhelpful error short answer and whenever I try to explain in details it’s obvious by their response they don’t even read, or they just don’t care.

Terrible Support(restore purchases button asap)

When attempting to sync my progress from the iPad version to the iPhone version I lost almost my ships including mini ships for some unknown reason as it retained my vip rank, campaign progress, and pvp history. I lost ships you only get from playing pvp(wakanda), those ships & mini ships unlocked by watching videos, and ships & mini ships I bought with money which is the biggest thing as I spent actual cash to get these ships. Thankfully despite their records incorrectly saying the account was relatively new(they were skeptical as to how I had certain ships requiring play time or pvp experience due to my supposed account creation date) the support technician I spoke with managed to restore/unlock all my main ships(not any of my mini ships or the upgrades to my ships sadly). Then when I opened the app on a different device(iPad) it synced that versions across both devices(iPhone & iPad) erasing everything they’d managed to restore essentially putting me back at square 1. I apologized for wasting their time after saying it’d been erased again...then they replied saying they hoped I enjoyed the game more going further. Money and time down the drain apparently as it seems like those things are lost forever. I’m never playing this game again.

Not free by any means

Only way to advance in this game is to spend money. If you want to waste a ton of money trying to stay competitive then this game is for you. It would not be a bad game if it was not constantly asking for money. There is no way you can beat anyone that has spent money on power ships. Free ships are not strong enough to win. In PVD mode you are way ahead in the score the entire game and as the game ends you lose. It’s a joke. They want you to spend more to win Their response is the same to everyone. They fail to admit that the more you spend the more others who chose not to spend money have no chance at winning. I have been ahead over 20,000 points at the end of a game and still lose. This game is a joke. Don’t get taken. Again you avoid the questions. Why not just answer right here how it is that one can win a game by over 20,000 points and right at the end lose. I can tell you. It’s the people who are paying a bunch of money. Don’t say you can get quality ships and points by waiting ads. That’s your answer every time. You also constantly say you can buy. That’s my point. If you don’t buy you don’t win.
