- Videos sometimes don't work.

- The app requires a URL and cannot use locally saved videos.

- The app does not allow pasting of embed URLs from Rumble videos.

- The app is unusable except for YouTube because it has a direct button to it.

- The app should have an ability to upload videos from a local source, but this feature does not exist.

Hello ZTranslate app hasn't worked for a month. I've tried it on several different phones but to no avail All videos say Video cant be played

To resolve zTranslate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the zTranslate App
1. On android, goto Settings » zTranslate » click [Force Stop]

Clear zTranslate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » zTranslate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart zTranslate.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click zTranslate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto zTranslate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch zTranslate
