How to fix Yope app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yope app on iPhone
Update Yope app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yope iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yope on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yope network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Yope not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yope app issues:

Force Stop the Yope App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yope app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yope to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yope App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yope app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yope.

Fix Yope unable to contact server/ Yope internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yope » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yope » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yope on android.
