Geez! Keeps freezing

In the last hour I have had to reboot my phone 4 times in order to “unfreeze “ the game. Not what I signed up for and your upgrades have not fixed that problem for over a year!! Also the ads now go from 30 seconds to additional 30 seconds for up to 3 times in ONE ad. You apparently care more about the money from the ads. That’s it….. I’m deleting your app.
Wordscapes to Word maker

I have played Wordscapes since it came out and had rocked up quite a few points and various other tools to help me play, especially in tournaments. I understand that you want to upgrade, but highly upset that all of my previous gameplay just disappeared! I am not very happy with this and will probably not be playing word maker. Why would I want to start over, after being on level 9200 in Wordscapes?
Why change for the sake of change? Updates ruined it.

The game was great, I played on my iPad for hours. Annoying ads, of course but, only in between the rounds. Unfortunately, the game called for an “update” so I complied, (like I had a choice). All the points I had accumulated were gone. Not to mention the ads popping up in the middle of the round? Are you joking? Deleted, from iPad. Continued on my iPhone that had not yet been messed up by the required update and here we go again, I couldn’t void it. Now there is a new and separate tab. That’s not an update! Did I mention it has me starting off and preschool level AGAIN and all pints lost AGAIN.
