There is a problem
You are “ asking “ me if I want to start a new version of Daily Crossword. You ask “ yes “ or “no”, When I say “ no” they immediately start me with a totally different game. It’s not even a crossword game puzzle. What are you people doing. I have no alternatives but to stop the Daily Crossword which I really enjoyed. You need to be more Customer friendly and let them play what they want to play. I’m sure no one will get back to me but I’m hoping others learn from this post. Listen to your customers. We do not want to change. Period! Are you listening. I’ve received nothing as a response from my last post.

*SCAM*
I made two purchases through this app, never received what I paid for but the money has been taken from my account. I attempted to reach out for assistance with retrieving what I paid for but I’m unable because the support for this app doesn’t work, it’s a scam ! The phone number to contact is forwarded to someone personal cell phone, when selecting email it doesn’t take you to the link to file a complaint, Currently trying to get a refund through Apple. Don’t purchase anything from them ! I only gave 1 star because I had too !

Locked out!
I love this game, and have been successful. But now it’s locked me out. I get to the home page where the play > button should be, but it never shows up. Maybe I’ve been too successful? I’m playing across three different apple products, my main playing product being my iPad mini. I don’t want to delete, because I will lose the 30,000 + coins I have earned. Seriously flawed program.
