I really used to enjoy your app, but for me, now its been made dysfunctional. Since December 21, 2020, every time I build something and save it, when I go back to open the world, my creation is distorted, and not what I originally made it to be. By distorted, I mean the blocks, and even objects either enlarge or are replaced with a brick block (for objects), or are not even there afterwards. I don’t know if the problem is being caused by a glitch or a bug, or something else, but it hasn’t been fixed even with updates. I really would still like to play Assemblr, but these problems are inhibiting my enjoyment. Can you please tell me what’s wrong and how to fix the problem. Thanks.

So I bought this game last night and when I first got it I was very excited because it looked like a cool game and I wanted to try it but I haven’t been able to do that. because it won’t load me into the game when ever I click on create a project it will say creating project but never will. I’ve tried closing my apps, I’ve tried shutting my phone off, and I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. none of which work so I am writing this comment to see if this is happening to other people or just me but it will be nice if you guys can fix this.

After being unable to cancel my subscription, i had to contact customer support to delete my account, claiming it was a “bug” in the system. Nearly a year later, through no action of my own, I get an email that my subscription is going to be renewed. My card gets charged and I tried to contact customer service, but they have done nothing to remedy the situation. Honestly, download any other app and save yourself the headache.
