I’ve fell asleep to Lola once, and i’m trying to again! but i am now remembering how loud it is and you can’t even turn it down. it messes with the volume on your device and doesn’t stop. but i still do love the way there’s a built in alarm. even though it didn’t wake me up, it’s still a nice feature. but PLEASE let me be able to turn it down, it’s very loud and i don’t think i can use Lola to sleep anymore.

I like using this app as background to help me concentrate while studying. It's got a cute interface, it works across different devices, and it has features like the tomato timer that make it a valuable study aid.

But after using it for a couple of weeks I got tired of hearing some of the tracks over and over and over. That became distracting.

But the background noises— like the vague sounds of conversation like I was in a large room with people just chattering or whatever— are really excellent and worthy of a standalone app. They have a remarkable feeling of spatiality, of realism, that I haven't found on other apps, not even close. They really enable me to let go of the sound of the inside of my own head LOL.

I’ve never written an app review before. But I wanted to express how much I appreciate Lola. It puts me in the right work to get my school assignments done this last week of the semester. I love the animations too.

My only complaint is that I keep hearing the same songs over again. Lo-Fi is an immense genre, so I don’t see why I keep recognizing the same music. There needs to be more music added.

I like it most of the time the only thing is that it keeps auto stopping well before I wake, like several hours. The only way I can get it to keep going is to set a alarm, but sometimes I just want it to go until I stop it. Oh it also woke me in the middle of the night once with loud (rap?) music with lyrics and everything. I also dislike that I have almost zero control over settings except volume. It would also be nice if it looked better in landscape or just not have a landscape option.

I want to be able to give feedback in app or put in a ticket.

Now the work does help keep me focused and I’ve only used the chill a couple of times, but it’s ok. The sleep does help me get to sleep.

Lola is amazing honestly. Very simple, but a great way to focus. My only complain, and it is very small, is how it handles landscape mode. The image is great in portrait, showing the entire scene of this app. However, in portrait mode, instead of changing the view to a wide angle it just zooms the image. In this mode you lose about 60% of the scene. I have my iPad in landscape mode almost exclusively and it doesn’t look nearly as nice. Please just widen the image in landscape so I can see the whole scene and the items I have unlocked. Would be 5 stars for me with this small adjustment!

Take it from a master procrastinator, Lola makes studying super aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes we just need to romanticize studying to get stuff done or at least I know I do! The backgrounds with the music all allow me to focus and with the timer, I don’t need to stress about any other apps! The unlocking feature is great except I can’t change the background to anything besides this app which is the reason why I’m writing this review, does anyone knows how to switch backgrounds for Lola , it doesn’t allow me to click anything besides this app, thank you! Amazing app!

I think Lola is great! I love the free timer section along with the timed sessions, most apps don’t have that. However I started looking for an alternative because of the two features I listed below that are missing. I would keep Lola and give it five stars if it had these two things:

1. A LANDSCAPE MODE OPTIMIZATION
- PLEASE I use Lola on my iPad so it’s always horizontal. The screen cuts off half of the scenery on Lola and it’s disappointing. I like being able to see this app write with me, but I can’t see it since I can only prop up my iPad in landscape mode.

2. Please add more rewards!
- it is pretty easy to unlock all of the awards in Lola if you study often. Once you run out of them, I am less motivated to come back to earn. Some games have a coins system so you can keep buying new things. They also continuously add new things to add based on season, holiday, and user interest. You guys don’t need to implement coins or a shop, but please allow for us to unlock more rewards! Perhaps outfits for this app, new pets, different playlists?? Anything please :))

I love how simple Lola is, and I like that you unlock things simply by using Lola . Seeing something that uses "gameplay" for unlocks instead of macrotransactions is a breath of fresh air today. On top of the wonderful unlock system, this app is a great study buddy! No doubt she's LoFi girl's cousin! Love Lola!

So when I first got Lola I was like meh, Lola ain’t gonna be good but when I used it I fell in love I used it all the time my grades when from 📉📈 my teachers are really happy and so am I I really couldn’t thunk of anything else to write but GET THIS if u WANT good grades I LOVEE LOLAAAAAAAAA 💫🫶

I use this in my everyday life now because its nice and relaxing music and like lofi girl but it doesnt waste my battery cause i can just turn it on and i also like the background noise options too, def a 10/10 app

I think this is amazing! I fell in love in a week and been using it to study and sleep every day! I highly recommend. But, there needs to be more rewards. But other than that, I highly recommend to people who need help sleeping or studying 😻

This litteraly is one of the best apps I have ever used. Are tired of having your morning study time and you get TONS of ads? ME TOO! This helps with that because if you use it enough you get like an hour of straight music. It’s not like it’s bad Lofi either like its GOOD. Five stars, totally recommend!

I love Lola a lot! Especially the sleep logo music. I hope Lola continues to develope further. As well as I hope they can add more things to unlock. It’s different from other sleep apps. Between calm and this. I’d rather use this the only problem I’ve been having recently is that when I go to click on sleep and start the music doesn’t play and the background stops moving, I’m guessing it’s another bug maybe. Please please please add more things to unlock. I’m addicted to Lola. 🙏🏾❤️

Download Lola. I cannot recommend this more they gave features for a application of rain, storms and other background applications onto your music putting you in a soothing form of relaxation but also focus. 10/10 highly recommended

I really enjoy Lola, the music is always right for the mood I need. It would be nice if the items earned, at least for focus, could be reset at a designated time period, like each week and/or if users could set the timing for when rewards are earned. It is motivating to have something to work towards.

I love everything about it: the way it connects to lofi and have these animations and the way you can set timers and get new additions to the room when you study like I really love it thank you so much for making this it’s the only reason I’m getting stuff done at a reasonable time instead of starting hw at 1am so tyy >:D

Wrote this review a while ago when I wasn’t in a great place, and app was glitching. Here’s my actual review, now that I’m feeling better! Truly, this is an amazing app: it helps me motivate myself to study 9 time out of 10. The developers do a good job keeping on top of problems as they occur, and the new modes they added in are very very cute. Seriously a life saver in college. Thanks this app team!<333

There is a little room for improvement, maybe different scenes, but mainly the pomodoro and timer functions. During the break portion of pomodoro, I couldn’t get the alarm tone to stop, and it would’ve been nice to just have the tone at the beginning and end of the session. And the timer function only notified me on screen that the timer was up, no tone at all. Just a few bugs, this is a great app overall though.

I’ve only had it for 10 minutes but I’m already in love 😍 it’s gorgeous, easy to use, and best of all free! I have adhd and I’ve always listened to Lori in the background to help me focus, but I get easily distracted by trying to find the perfect Lofi streams all the time so I like that Lola takes that pressure off of me haha. It’s also visually pleasing which makes it easier and more fun to use. I’m still figuring it out but I’m glad I stumbled upon this from TikTok 😊

Feeling like a new future is near every time something happens to her this it releasing and help me sleep more than any other time so-we keep it up loft girl
