I enjoy this game, but there are way too many ads. It’s bad enough that the ads pop up at the end of each completed level, but they also appear while playing a level. They are super annoying and it’s because of this that I’ll be deleting this game. Which is a shame because I really do like this game, but not enough to put up with the ads.

I’m stuck on level 489 because the purple block require 10 moves to unlock but I only have 9 block to move so… even if I choose to watch the add(which are too many) for additional 5moves, what do I move? There’s nothing left to move!!!
And something similar happens all the time when you’re about to finish and there’s one move left-one block and it tells “no more moves” when you don’t have something else yo move!!
Sorry, butI’m going to delete it. Too many adds, too many errors and very pricey to even consider paying to remove the ads.

None of the puzzles are actually complex. You could simply solve them by just clicking randomly on the screen for 10 seconds. Unpuzzle also won’t let you play if you turn your internet off. It honestly just wants to serve you as many ads as possible. This is just another throw out game designed to make money for about a week until it falls out of favor and another equally bad game replaces it.

I really enjoyed this game. I love the Daily Challenge. But it can take me 2, 3 or more tries to complete a daily challenge because the ads stop working. They don’t let me go back to the game. I get a black screen and eventually have to leave Unpuzzle because everything is frozen. My progress isn’t saved and I gave to start the daily challenge all over again. Really annoying.

Paid for no ads yet when I play the daily, there are still ads!!! So I thought my purchase didn’t go through so when I tried again, it said I already purchased it. There was 0 way that I could find to put in a “repair ticket”. I’m also stuck on the current level bc whenever I clear all blocks it does nothing. No blocks left and yet it won’t take me to next level. This has happened before but I dl a fix and that seemed to work for that level. I’ve dl/ul 2 fixes so far & it hasn’t affected my current level. Really loved playing the game but I’m literally STUCK!!

Overall, it was a fun game to play! With many levels and different intensities as well, but coming up on a surprisingly disappointing picture of what looks like a character holding a whip! I was definitely not comfortable with finishing that level! Highly disappointed in this game for having such depiction, I hope they can use their common sense and empathy to delete that level. I have screenshots of the level and the name of the game and proof that it is on the game! If you guys are reading this, delete that part of the game because y’all know what I’m talking about!

Fairly simplistic game. Ads start off pretty slowly but pick up frequency. Most are single click to dismiss ads. Game is simple and quick enough that most of one’s time is spent with ads. Deleted, not recommended.

I download many games to see if I like it to see if it’s worth paying to remove the ads but when they have so many ads that you can’t even see if you like the game or not right away and this is one of them games every time you win a level you have to watch an ad it makes you select a mini game that slides back-and-forth to get a level that I don’t even care about to win something I don’t even know and then you have to watch an ad that’s very distracting and you should be getting an award for passing a level, not punished by having to watch an ad the only time there should be ads if you don’t beat the levelin the amount of time that you have or the amount of moves, etc. not every single level it’s just Ridonculous. I recommend not to waste your time or your space on your phone.

Love this game, but way too many ads. If you like puzzles and you absolutely love ads this game is for you. I, however, don’t care so much for excessive amounts of ads. To me it just says greedy developers. And paying extra to remove ads to play a game is just another greedy ploy by the developers. This would have been a 5 star game, but for the excessive ads. Note to developers: ads are okay, but 3 during the daily challenge is definitely excessive. Now it may have been more I don’t know, because I said enough is enough. So, so, so greedy.

the puzzles are for 6 yr olds The only half way hard one is the daily puzzle and there are no options for more like it. Just not a very challenging game.

Good. All puzzles are fair, and some are challenging. Some are even genuine puzzles that require real thought and seem impossible without boosts until you figure out the trick. Ads do not interrupt gameplay.

Bad. The chest room is rigged so that you won’t get the best award unless you watch both ads. I have beaten over 1000 levels so
If the chest room was fair I would have a lot more skins. I only got one skin from a chest because I don’t watch ads. I should have all of them by now if it weren’t cheating.

The daily challenge has those stupid zero thought 3d tap away stuff that I downloaded this to get away from. I hate fighting the interface of that type and the fact that ads interrupt you during them.

There are many duplicate levels and also many levels that look like dupes but aren’t. So there is lots of filler.

Once in a while it will pretend you picked the option to watch an unskippable ad even when you didn’t:

Sometimes it will decide to just not show you how many moves you have left until you are almost out, denying you the info on if you need to restart if you wasted a move.

Many levels are essentially self solving, and are filler for that reason.

Can be hard to tap accurately on a large level on a small phone.

Ads don’t respect silent mode. This is a very rude way to encourage you to pay to remove ads. I have to turn my volume all the way down and risk missing stuff that has a legit need to bypass silent mode.

Tried this game for a few minutes. It looked like it was going to be pretty fun, working up to be a little challenging. After the first two minutes playing the game, I found the challenge enduring the time spent with required ads. These are a combination of long and short ads. I saw at least 4 long ads (1 minute or more) in the first 8 minutes of time spent in the ap. The game looked promising but my time is a little more valuable than that. There are lots of fun games out there that do more require you to sit for more than half of your time in ads.

For every level that you clear in 5 to 10 seconds, there are 60 second Ads, or 20+ coffee breaks, in order to advance to a new level. That gets tiresome after just a few hours of play. I think the developers need to revisit their revenue goals in order to make this a great game instead of just another mediocre one.

Let me see if I understand. If you clear the puzzle, you get rewarded by two options. You can choose the higher coin reward whereby you get to watch a 60 sec Ad, or the lower reward where you still get to watch the same Ad, or maybe, if you’re lucky, only a 30 second Ad. Whoopee! And what about all the money I am amassing? For what? Hmmm?

I’m 76 years old. I have no time for this. As Developers you have created a good game. But it will never be great because you have chosen your Revenue base over your customers. And I’ll bet you’ll never answer, nor will you post this unless you deep dive it to the bottom of the pile.

Had to relaunch Unpuzzle Too many times due to ads locking up, unable to exit properly, endless looping back to Unpuzzle store page.

If you’re going to load a game chock full of ads every second, well, whatever, but its on you to make sure your app works — either by coding better or by requiring advertisers to do it right.

I actually really enjoy this game but to begin with there is an ad after 2 plays and after you’re hooked there is an ad after every play. I understand the ads pay for free play but this is too much. I don’t blame the creators for making money since that is capitalism at it’s best which is fine. But that still makes me free to choose not to play it. I just delete app.

The game itself is fun. Nice little puzzle with a good challenge to play efficiently. The reason it loses three whole stars is because of the aggressive ad placement. There is more time having ads run then there is a dual gameplay. Then when it pops up with the ad removal it wants THIRTEEN DOLLARS USD. This is ridiculous for the amount of content in the game. This is a $3USD game at best. Either price yourself honestly, or put the work into making it worth $13. And no, having a “seven day ad free for $10” tier isn’t good either. That’s just a scummy way to grab some cash.

Because if they did, they would have caught the issue when you have the exact number of moves and blocks on the board and it says you failed when the last block is removed. It would not require another ad watch to get 5 more moves after which you have NOTHING on the board to remove so you are stuck. This only seems to happen when you have done 1 ad review to get moves to clear the board.

This game is great. Keeps my mind occupied however, when I got to level 82 I got stuck for a while. That level gives you mystery pieces that clear away and reveal the piece after so many moves. Well, I kept gettting pieces that were facing another piece that’s already showing but they’d both be facing each other so you literally can’t do anything other than using your helplines which is a waste.

I really enjoy this game, however when I have enough moves and clear the bored it will tell me randomly “not enough moves” and lose the level. So I used the option to watch an add for 5 extra moves and there are no pieces on the board to clear. Super annoying bug, especially when you’re in a race. I would rate it higher but the glitch has happened on multiple occasions and is rather frustrating

Ads after every single level. Even when you fail! And you have to either spend the gems to get ten more moves or watch an ad for only five more, but if you choose neither and start over you’re still gonna get an ad anyway so what’s the point? And daily levels are even worse! You get an ad after every single time it says “you reached rank (#)” I just failed the level I was on and I clicked on watch ad to get five more moved, and I had to sit through a whole eighty second ad for royal match, plus the little demo at the end. Yes, I was the one who chose to watch an ad for the five moves, but a whole eighty second ad is ridiculous! Especially since it was for just five moves. I mean, the ad literally lasted longer than the level!

Would be five stars if not for all the adds. Please give us an option for no adds, and unlimited moves. Just let us have fun with the game. My little children love this game too, but can’t play with all the adds and running out of moves. Also, it would be great if we could go back levels, for when the children play.

I've been playing this game for a while and have reached level 2450. I've noticed that it's the same 15-20 levels that get repeated as you progress, which would be fine if the difficulty somehow increased. (It doesn't.) I think there should be a way to make level repeating not as boring. I'm not saying the developers should make 10,000 different levels, just add different elements or difficulty when you do decide to repeat a level.

Another issue is the chest room. I’ve been given enough keys throughout my time playing to open nearly 500 chests. Yet I have NEVER received the button skin that is the “grand prize” unless I watch 2 ads to get enough keys to clear the entire chest.

Last issue is that sometime I will have one move left to complete the level, will clear the board, but the game says I lost the level. (When I clearly did not). The levels are easy so this isn’t a huge let down, just annoying.

I have played similar games and have always been given at least 5 extra turns to make a mistake and correct it. I paid to have no ads but have to take an ad after every game because I have at least one box to complete. Funny thing is, I honestly didn’t make one wrong turn on two of the levels and still wound up with one short so I’d have to watch an ad. It’s frustrating because I really like playing. I’ve only played for three days, but will delete if I find myself continually having to watch the ads. I wish I had not paid for the no ad policy because I paid for nothing.

This has been my favorite game for a few months now, and I am over level 1000. At a certain point, the levels just starting repeating and now almost every level I play is just a repeat of a past one. I have even memorized the exact way to complete some of them. Need some new ones please! Also, too many ads. I almost always just click out and reopen Unpuzzle when I get an ad at this point just because there are so many. Overall, a fun game, but definitely needs some improvements.

I have an issue because I’m on level 129 and from what I can tell and I’ve studied for a while you need your own bomb or you need your own hammer in order to even start that round. I don’t believe in buying those things on games and I can’t stand it when I really start liking a game and then can’t go forward without purchasing something. I can’t even try the round or skip it or go to the next round. I can’t do anything without purchasing something. So I simply can not move forward and must quit the game or only play the daily challenge.

I’ve a similar game, but this one has a lot of different inventive mechanics that were fun to figure out! It’s the sort of game where you learn by playing. There are way too many ads though. If you don’t watch the ad to get the extra bonus items, you have to watch an ad anyway - I estimate about 60-70% of the time. Has a lot of different things going on, could be diverting to keep up with but I’ve already uninstalled it. I’m not willing to watch this many ads (and I’m happy to watch some), or pay $12 for no ads. Less than $5, maybe - but not more than that.

The game is alright. Moderately difficult on some levels. Just don’t buy diamonds, there is literally no purpose for diamonds. You can’t spend them on anything. I’m not even certain why they are included in the game.

Also, It’s kind of messed up to say you have unlocked the skins when you complete levels, then in order to ACTUALLY unlock them you require the person to watch an ad. That’s deceptive. Because you don’t unlock them when you complete the level. I refuse to watch the ads to unlock content I supposedly unlocked by completing the level. That’s b.s.

The game itself is alright, but there are far too many ads. One plays after each level cleared and if you’re playing the daily challenge, there could be anywhere between 1 and 6 ads depending on the size of the challenge. I get “ads help keep the game free” but with the amount of ads you should be able to pay out real cash by now.

Soo many ads! And ad for Crossword Explorer makes the game crash EVERY TIME!! Please do something about these problems. We don’t mind watching ads, but not between every other click!

I know ads run the wheel but, can I play a couple seconds before I watch six ads in the matter of a minute. Not worth the hassle.

decent game, lots of ads though, and despite having played 900+ levels i have never once gotten the highest possible prize from one of the chest keys, which i’m sure has nothing to do with the fact that i can watch another ad to open more chests, surely

I have been playing this game for a few weeks now. I really enjoy it. I love the daily challenges. They are a lot like the ads for the game. My struggle with the game is the ads. Last night I got an ad every 90 seconds. I started to count. Daily challenges also need to be updated. Today’s was another Christmas one. It’s the end of March. So I love how challenging it is. I love that I can play this a little at a time. But the ads and out of session challenges will probably get me to delete this game.

I like this game. The daily challenges are my favorite but there is one ad that pops up but won’t go away. I have to close out and then the level starts from the beginning. It goes along fine then the same ad pops up between levels but will not go away. It’s stuck or something. Hope this gets fixed or I’m going to have to delete game.

Way to many adds. At least give us the option to stop adds with a purchase. The adds are really a pain when the levels are reaches that have move limits. I read where you have passed these requests on to the developers maybe they are not hearing. I will stop playing if this does not change soon but I really do not want to. I like Unpuzzle.

Challenging game that I really enjoy but when I almost clear the puzzle, level 760 stops responding! I can’t progress any further. Please fix!

i LOVEEEE this game, usually when i download games i play them one time and js leave them alone, but i’ve been playing this game daily and i am on level 336. i’ve noticed the ads are less frequent but still a lot. but i was wondering what the stars are for? the diamonds are for purchasing more skins for the arrows but there is little gold stars that u also get and there is no way for me to use them? what are they supposed to do and what is the difference between them and the diamonds?

Ok so when I started playing this game I forget the name, but anyway the ad came up for this app and I thought oh, looks fun. but probably another one of those scam games but I got it and it was the real thing, I LOVED IT! one thing I did a level or two and got like 50 ads in the making of it. so I was just wondering could y’all maybe slow down on the ads just a bit. But over all GREAT game! Good job

i like this game because there’s a mixture of of difficulty, some levels are really complicated and some of them are so simple it feels like a prank. however.. i feel like some levels can’t be completed without using the bomb or hammer feature. there are some arrow blocks that directly face each other and the level cant be completed without using the bomb or hammer. eventually when you run out of those, you have to watch ads. i feel like its totally intentional, as if all the ads that pop up between levels isnt enough.. anyway, its not that big of a deal, i just wonder if its the puzzle really trickkng me or its just way to get more ads in

So I like this game purely because I don’t have to really think about how to solve the levels. I do, however, suggest that you offer a way to pay to get rid of the pop-up ads after every level and the banner ads at the bottom of the screen. Most developers offer this for somewhere between $2.99-$4.99 depending on if they are offering the No Ads option as a part of a bundle that includes coins or power ups for their games. This could help solve the frequent complaints about the ads after each level. You also could still offer to multiply the coin winnings by 2 times for watching an ad. I’m definitely one of those people who are willing to purchase a No Ads pack if it means I can play level to level without being interrupted by ads so I can get full enjoyment out of the game. Ads really do detract from game play and the fun a user gets out of it. I will keep Unpuzzle installed for now, but until there is an option for a one-time No Ads payment, I probably won’t play it very often. Hopefully, you will take this suggestion as constructive criticism to improve the user experience and your app. Thanks in advance!

I enjoy playing this game but when I get stuck, I sometimes use my bomb to get through it. However, when I use the bomb, it lets me clear the puzzle but then resets the game completely so it basically voids my bomb and makes me try the game again. I wouldn’t have used the bomb if I could have solved it before trying over a dozen times without help. Please fix the glitch!

I do enjoy this game except the daily puzzles seem to be the same ones over and over again. And the build picture from the daily challenges is always a strawberry. I would like to see other shapes and images. Thanks

I am enjoying the game, but I have a few suggestions. I understand the need for ads, however I like people’s suggestion for an ad free option, would like to see that.
My pet peeve is you keep asking for my age. Why do you need to know? So you can target me with the ads. But it shows up too often. I refuse, so it really interrupts my game. Could you please put a “do not ask me again” button to click?
Also, I notice a lot of repeat puzzles. Are you working on getting more of them?

I love the game. Makes me think. HOWEVER, I have purchased the “no ads” and it locks me out and I continue to get the ad break after I close Unpuzzle and then go back in, it wants me to purchase it again. When I try, it says already purchased and then locks the game AGAIN.

Just a kind suggestion: if you can make improvement for the wheel not to move or jump up, just turn the bar the way it is suppose to go, that will speed up the process, and maybe keep more players playing this game, and maybe they will suggest more friends to download and play!!!

The game starts with lots of easy levels, but before you can get bored, new challenges will come your way. There are no explanations, so you have to figure them out. Thankfully, there is a re-do button so you can learn from any failures. The ads can be x-ed out pretty quickly, so that’s not a big issue for me; no time clock, so it is a relaxing game to play.

This is the most challenging. You work block puzzles of animals, objects,people, etc you earn keys. These keys allow you to work more block puzzle pieces that make a barn yard & everything in it. After completing the barn puzzles they move .

As a senior and someone who wants to keep my brain functioning for a long time, I enjoy these puzzles very much.

Update: I still love the challenge but found a problem on level 57. I knew I played all the arrows within the limits, but the game said I lost!
I watched the video to get the 5 additional tries, but there were no plays to be had!!😳

This is a brilliant game I am on a road trip fo 9 hours and I have one hour left and I’ve played this game for most of those hours this is a great game to play on road trips or plane rides it’s also fun to se how many you can get right I personally love to time my self it’s a fun and mind working game but don’t get it just to see your iQ it doesn’t show that but you should still get the game

What is the purpose of the coins? I can’t see a way to redeem or use them. I have thought possibly they allow me to restart or use the hammer and the bomb, but if that’s all, why do I need so many? I only go get enough to bring up the next puzzle, and I have well over a million.

This is a great game for someone like me. I had a stroke several years ago and it makes it difficult to “remember “ which is my left side and which is my right side. This game keeps me on my toes in clicking the left or the right. (Up and down are very easy!!)

This game is great although it has a fair amount of ads it’s a good game usually I just play it in airplane mode but it’s a fun road trip game and very tricky! It’s a great way to test your brains limits! However, this game can be tricky I got about 50 turns on level 14 and couldn’t find a way to solve it but that’s on me I’ll figure it out PUT ON AIRPLANE MODE BEFORE PLAYING

This is the 2nd cube gqI have tried and so far I like it. This one lets the cube move next to other cubes to let other cubes move out. The other one didn’t allow that, and they made it unwinable unless you’re willing to pay money. This game gives everyone a good chance !

I loved this app until I just accidentally deleted it on my phone and I was on LEVEL FREAKING 700 and it restarted me back to LEVEL FREAKING 1 after I immediately redownloaded it back on my phone again. That makes me VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY upset.

I love the game, it’s very enjoyable. But there is one issue I would like to ask, why is the cost for no ads quiet high? I would think that for 7 days would be 4 or 5 dollars. However, for no ads completely, I would think $10 would be perfect since you have the option of 7 days without ads. That is all, thank you for creating such a fun game!☺️

A lot of ads but now an ad for Empire and Puzzles comes on and never goes back to game and it never goes back and then I have to start the game over. I’m getting tired of it -it’s always that ad it’s okay with other ads
