I have contacted something? Someone? Or tried to contact someone on multiple occasions but no one responds. I have paid for purchases twice but see nothing that I received in return. I’m just asking what do I get in return for my money?
I like the game. I give it high marks but I agree with another player. As the levels go up increase the time and increase the spaces also.
It could be a great game but not the way it is now. I have been stuck on level 85 for 3 weeks. It’s no fun when you can see progress or if you purchase and you still can’t progress.
I hope someone will respond or I must ask for refunds. Make the game better. Right now it’s about to get deleted from my device.

I really liked this game but the ads started getting annoying and whenever there was a candy crush add you couldn’t get back to the game. There wasn’t a way to leave the add without being rerouted to BubbleBoxes Store and the add never went away. I had to restart the game to play it again. But then the only adds were candy crush adds and they started popping up in the middle of a level. I only made it to level 32 before this happened and I’ve deleted the game because of it.

I do love this game but I don't think it's fair when you're playing that in the middle of your game you stop me from playing for an ad! Let the people finish first while they still have time and spaces left. I have work myself up to level 75 and I know I tried at least 20 times and I can't make it past that level.
I honestly believe that all the balloons are NOT there. Or you hit on the ballon you need and it won't come down. Or balloons you didn't tap on come down. I also feel that the amount of time you give isn't enough time to win. No I won't pay until you improve this game and be honest. And sometimes I get two or three ads before I can get back to my game!! Instead of getting more people to play your game and is willing to pay your turning them off.

The only reason I was playing this was for an offer wall. The ad breaks in the middle of the games aren’t necessary. Do them between games. The lives are unnecessary, too. You make the levels hard enough as it is. The harder the level, the less time you get on the clock. You’ll get 5+ minutes for easy levels and 2-3 for the hard levels. Nope. I played until I reached one goal for my offer, which wasn’t even worth it, and I’m done. I refuse to attempt to complete this offer and I usually stick them out.

This game is super fun- sometimes. Having ads pop up in the middle of a level while you’re in the zone is frustrating. Even more frustrating is the relentless pop up safari pages saying I have a virus on my iPhone. This only happens while playing the game and sometimes the game crashes when I go back to it. I also dislike that you can’t play the game and play music/audiobooks at the same time. Even when the sounds and music are turned off in game settings, anything playing on the phone stops as soon as you open the game app.

This game is a lot of fun but the ads never end. You are literally interrupted in the middle of a level to be shown a 1-10 second ad. You are given an ad if you pause and then resume, and of course in between levels as well. It takes an average of 3 clicks to get out of the ad, and that’s assuming your finger is small enough to actually hit the “x” because if it’s not, it takes you to BubbleBoxes Store or to some external download page. They want you to pay a one-time $7 fee to remove the ads, which is a lot higher than other games.

I really enjoyed playing this game as it became one of my favorites to play in my free time. But after playing for about a week or so, I kept getting these pop-ups claiming my phone had a virus. Realizing it was just an ad I would just close it out and continue playing but then the game would start freezing up mid game and I would lose my lives and have to completely reboot the game. And then, when I was done playing, there would be five or six open webpages with the same alert on my phone about Apple security and a virus. I thought it was a fluke so I deleted it and reinstalled and had to start all over from level one. After a while it did it again, and I finally just had to delete it because I got tired of all the pop-up ads in the background and losing lives because ads would start in the middle of a game and then caused my phone to freeze up

Updated: I just deleted this game. Obviously the developer doesn’t care about making customers happy.

I really enjoy this game, but the ads are horrendous. First they are timed to throw off your momentum. Second you watch the ad, hit the “X” and have to wait another 5 seconds. Third and most importantly, there is an ad for Invisalign and there is no way to close the ad and it will not close on its own. I am up in the 2 hundred levels and it takes months just to pass one. It’s a little too hard and not enough time.

I started playing because I was getting paid. I really started enjoying the game until all the ads started taking over. When I say taking over right at the last minute when you’re trying to beat the clock an ad pops up and screws your concentration up! Played for close to a month and right before it was time to pay they made the game unbeatable so they wouldnt have to pay. So they got all that money from me watching all those ads and I ended up not getting paid!

I have been stuck on level 75 for over a month, it’s very frustrating and tiring, it won’t allow me to use the 60 second additional time. There is not enough time to beat. I feel the same as the other review, level 75 there is not enough time to complete it. The. Extra 60 seconds that they give you isn’t working, very frustrating, it needs to be checked, l have this on 2 different tablets, it allows me to use the 60 second round on one of them but not on the other, please check on this

I ended up deleting this game. I really enjoyed playing BUTI couldn’t get over the adds popping up several times during my game. Plus after continually tapping on the last balloon to end the game (this happened 4 times!) it would run the timer out and I’d lose. I’m all for making a game hard each level and I understand ads are a given for almost all games but to to put them in your game several times and cause you to lose concentration on a TIMED game I’m just to old to mess with that. The timer running out while your tapping the last balloon over and over and over was the final kicker. Once maybe a glitch, 4 times, a design flaw or a plot to have you make a purchase, not happening.

My Suggestion/Feedback is to fix the current bugs. A commercial will begin in the middle of a play showing a blank screen and no way to close it unless you close BubbleBoxes and reopen… this is after I purchase a coin package and lose the coin because of this blank commercial. Another extremely long commercial is the zombie game.. I counted at least 5 minutes and no “x” appeared to close it the commercial making me lose my progress and the coins/points just purchased. Fix this problem and please credit me coins/ packages lost or I will simply delete your app and you will lose a paying customer.

I love the game but the hearts very often stay at 0 no matter how much time has passed. (24hours the last time). Not sure how after 24 hours the hearts are still 0 and have not repopulated. I have contacted the company numerous times and they don’t even email you back. It’s very frustrating. If it continues (I have given 6 months to correct the issue or at least email back) I will remove the game from my account.

I like this game quite a bit. I have two problems with the ads, besides that there are too many of them which many people say. The first problem is some ads will either freeze the game or play on a continuous loop so the only way to end it is to close BubbleBoxes . The second problem is the ads that appear in the middle of a level, sometimes multiple times in one level. This disrupts the gameplay and momentum making it less enjoyable. This also kills any chain multiplier you might have going because that timer is not paused while the ad plays.

I play the game often and was surprised as time went on that in each game now I see balloons that represent myself. I notice ones that have the numbers of my birth year and others that look like flags of 3 of my nationalities. It is not information I have entered of course, but probably obtained from internet use as big brother is always watching. Has anyone had similar experiences or picked up on this?

I love the game and admit that it’s one of the best games of this genre out there. But unfortunately, once you get to the hard levels it really is impossible to get past them without purchasing boosters to continue on, which I refuse to do. At this point I’m constantly watching ads to get more lives or ‘stamina’, which is defeating the object of originally purchasing the “no ads” pack from them. So this means I’ll try for a while to see if I can find a way around it, but if it really doesn’t allow me to go forward without the monetary boosters then I will be deleting it. At one point it was glitching and the balloons weren’t popping when I was tapping on them but the time was still counting down, I emailed the developer but got no response. Pretty poor show in my opinion.

This used to be a great way for me to unwind. I enjoyed it and it was a challenge sometimes. However I have been stuck on level 195 for probably close to a month now and can’t get past it. There just is not enough time to get everything done that is thrown at you in this level. it has become not enjoyable so I deleted BubbleBoxes and have reloaded it to begin at the beginning once again 🫤

I’m on level 254. What I can tell you is I paid to get rid of the ads. No big deal. You get to a certain level where the levels become IMPOSSIBLE to pass without buying boosts or coins. That’s just the way it is. I wish they wouldn’t gouge people. I also wish the heart lives refilled faster. I mean 24 hours later and your life has only refilled to one. It’s stupid. I’ve contemplated deleting it but I do enjoy it. I’m stuck on 254 and will probably be for like forever because it’s giving me like 3.5 min to get through a ridiculous amount of balloons.

But, like all the rest, they’re designed to reach a point of no return so you have to buy or watch non-stop ads to gain points to get enough time to complete the level. It is cute & it is addictive to begin. I’m on level 164 as I write this. It will soon become repetitious as your eye coordination & learning their placement of certain balloons teaches you best strategy to get through it quicker & efficiently. That becomes boring even knowing your playing to beat the clock.

It seems that every time the Empires & Puzzles ad pops up, I can never get back to the game. All the other ads pop up, give the the option to download or not, counts down, and enables me to get back to the game. Empires forces you to play a bit of the game, then does not have an out. It seems to freeze and by the time I go back to the game, I have to start over. Not good...
Overall, I love the game. It's actually the only game I have in my phone.

So far I love the game. There are ads but I don’t feel bombarded by them as I do in other games. I understand the ads are important in the success of your business and I appreciate not having them every 20 seconds. I actually get to enjoy the whole levels without being interrupted in the middle of playing. I love the balloon 🎈 pop concept. Is there any way you can add vibration to it so you can feel the balloons pop?

It’s a very relaxing game but too many ads. The ads are okay with me, I just do something else while they’re playing. What I don’t care for is the balloons inside another balloon. It would also be nice, especially for seniors, to do away with the timer. I can’t speak for others, but I find the timer very stressful

I am deleting this game it is absolutely impossible to get past levels without paying money and it’s making me very irritated. This is my fav game but it is just impossible to get past these levels I am done until they fix it. But they don’t respond to anything so I don’t think they care

Love the challenge of beating the clock. But, as you progress to higher levels, the minutes on the clock should go up as well. I have been on Level 75 on my phone now for at least a month or more. The time allotted to move up to the next level is too low. More time on the clock is needed. And, I need to earn them on the game because with inflation as high as it is, I can not afford to play into any of the on-line games with cash.

This is a challenging game and I enjoy it but the ads for it do not represent actual gameplay. I paid for ad free and I think it worth the money. I just don’t get the advertisement for the game as after over a thousand levels this has never been the game play I’ve seen.
