It seems the same issue keeps happening to everyone. Unloaded chapters after payment or hiding previously read chapters & having to use up coins again - double payment. This should be a simple fix and not keep happening. Customer Servoce SHOULD simply go to customer account and unlock new chapters paid for and/or SHOW new chapters paid for under privileges. This is the kind of shit that makes people uninstall apps…. I LOVE the stories but not getting ripped off after $40, $60 and can’t get even 2 new chapters. Fix it.

I have done the upgrade and now it telling me to do it again and keeps going back to pages iv already read.then I scroll through to 172 chapter and did the upgrade again. You took my money then the upgrade doesn't go to the right chapter... either let me read the right chapters or give me my money back... I've spent a fortune on this book for you to screw me. If you don't make it right ill delete this reading app.
