I do not like subscriptions that are so difficult to cancel. It ensures I won’t sign up again.

I purchased a discounted year last January 5 to give it a shot and made a reminder on my phone for January 1 to cancel my membership before I was charged for another year.
I found the videos to be outdated and not helpful so I never used the subscription. In September I attempted to cancel the membership which they make extremely difficult to do.
Christmas Day I got charged $119 to renew a subscription that was still almost 2 weeks out from expiring. There is no information on their account as to when they bill for the next year.
I have attempted to contact them through email with no response.
I have submitted fraud charges through PayPal and if that does not work, I will go through my bank. Do not get this.

I signed up for a super low price for a year and called to cancel before the auto renewal and was still charged $95.

Watch out! They will charge you 2 weeks before your end date. Mine is November 6th! They charged me $112 for a useless app!!

Cant opened its say contact server how can be possible paying for an app can’t use

Keeps wanting me to sign in but always says invalid credentials; however, I can sign in on the website. GetHealthyUTV is complete garbage. Don’t waste your time on it.

I’ve been trying for months to cancel my subscription before it renews but cannot find a way to do that. I’ve submitted 3 requests that have been unanswered.

I’ve tried repeatedly to cancel this and could never locate a place to do it. Could not even find where it was being billed to. Now I get a PayPal charge for $250. Um no!

You cannot cancel GetHealthyUTV and you cannot get ahold of anyone to dispute the charges. I have emailed the only contact information they give you. They also renew your annual charge over 2 weeks before it is due.

When I try to open GetHealthyUTV , I get the following message "Unable to contact our server. Please check your network settings" It doesn't even allow you to log in.

I contacted support, followed all the instructions and still nothing works for me at all.

GetHealthyUTV is pretty bad compared to other workout apps I have used. Some of the workouts are good but some are just bad. A lot of them just seem really old. Some of the moves are done too fast and you could get hurt. I will not be renewing my subscription. Use with caution.

Downloaded app to try and used a few times. Didn’t realize app had auto renew for over $100 that it auto drafted. Beware!- updated to add that they honored my refund request- thank you !

Love this exercise platform! The trainers and videos have me enjoying exercising and keeps me motivated! Join their private FB group too, great members!

Effective all-level workouts, complete programs, calendars, instruction, Q&A sessions, new weekly workouts, Fb group, downloads, experienced friendly trainers & more-at a very affordable price, especially the no-brainer intro deal! I’ve been a member of GHUTV for a little over a year, and I absolutely love this group of trainers and the amazing variety of workouts. GetHealthyUTV can be a bit clunky, but the content and crew are top notch! These workouts have literally changed my life. I now work out at least 5 days a week and feel absolutely fantastic. The instructors are fun, personable, inspiring, and so encouraging. I love the crew of GHUTV so much!

Great workouts, and the monthly calendars keep me on track & accountable!

GetHealthyUTV has workouts for all fitness levels and always has modifications to make it easier or harder (whichever you need). I love how encouraging the trainers are and how they are always reminding about correct form. The update has made it a bit slow to load but still plays the workouts great. This has made working out at home fun and something I look forward to.

A nice variety of challenging workouts with great instruction.

I started GHUTV as a way to help me in my grief journey as I lost my husband of 32 1/2 years to cancer almost a year ago. Being my husband's caretaker etc during his 2 year cancer battle was very time consuming & many times he would tell me to take care of myself too. The battle that we fought together combined with the grief of losing him has taken a major toll on my body. Thank you a million times over for offering so much on GHUTV to help in my recovery❤️‍🩹I would give 10 stars if I could⭐️

I have been following Chris Freytag and GHUTV for years and I highly recommend. It isn’t a structured program but rather a collection of all kinds of workouts for all levels, that you can access at any time to fit your schedule and abilities. They add new workouts every few days and you can access all the older ones as well so you never run out of options. That may be the only downside of GetHealthyUTV ; sometimes it’s hard to make up my mind which one I want to do next. But if you do prefer more structure they offer monthly calendars where it tells you what workout to do each day for that month. I love that the trainers are authentic and highly relatable to regular everyday people. Give it a try!
