Charged before discounted year ended

I purchased a discounted year last January 5 to give it a shot and made a reminder on my phone for January 1 to cancel my membership before I was charged for another year.
I found the videos to be outdated and not helpful so I never used the subscription. In September I attempted to cancel the membership which they make extremely difficult to do.
Christmas Day I got charged $119 to renew a subscription that was still almost 2 weeks out from expiring. There is no information on their account as to when they bill for the next year.
I have attempted to contact them through email with no response.
I have submitted fraud charges through PayPal and if that does not work, I will go through my bank. Do not get this.
The application does not run.

When I try to open the app, I get the following message "Unable to contact our server. Please check your network settings" It doesn't even allow you to log in.
I contacted support, followed all the instructions and still nothing works for me at all.

You cannot cancel this app and you cannot get ahold of anyone to dispute the charges. I have emailed the only contact information they give you. They also renew your annual charge over 2 weeks before it is due.
