Downloaded it twice now. Doesn’t work. Useless.
Deleted and reinstalled. Turned phone off and back on. Tried installing again. App is frozen on home page and won’t scroll down. Please fix ASAP. Useless.

Highly recommended app for attending
A very helpful app that guided me to where I needed to go and conveniently stored my tickets. I even purchased more tickets while visiting. I’d recommend to anyone attending!

Night and day from last year’s version, ty for addressing the freezing bug. Also big fan of the personalized recommended rides

Looks like a great app but doesn't recognize tickets already purchased through website so renders it completely useless.

I used HydePark to purchase tickets and then navigate through the event. It was a great experience to have everything in one place. The map worked great and I loved the recommendations!
