My and my friend were trying to call apple and the number we dialed sent us to an Indian guy and I told him what was going on. The second Indian guy asked for me to download this app on my phone and asked for the ID and password multiple times. I proceeded to give him the information. He transferred me to the third Indian guy and he asked for the same information, provided the information and told me to go to my settings and I told him I don’t see what he’s talking about which when I talked to the second guy I asked him if he can see anything on my phone and he said no. So once I talked to the third guy I got weirded out bc I didn’t tell him I was on my settings. Once I told him again I don’t see what he’s talking about he said it was going to cost money to change a password for my friend to get into her new phone due to her other one going underwater. We hung up on them and I deleted the app instantly. Now I’m worried that might have my information… I was able to talk to a person through apple after and told them what was going on, she said I shouldn’t worry about anything. Yet I’m still worried…

I was trying to delete an old Facebook account and googled a number to call Facebook. Well the person I talked to told me to download this app, which allows you to share your screen with them. He then told me to go to my settings. Then he told me to click on my iCloud and go to “payment and shipping”. Me being a gullible person, I clicked on it and put my password in. Then it finally clicked that it was a scam. Thank goodness I eventually realized it before they got any of my information. After all that happened,I came back and read the reviews of this app. Now before I download an app or even purchase something online I read the reviews because this could’ve been avoided! How can this app be deleted?!? Clearly a bunch of people are being scammed with it!!

Please do not download this app. It is a scam. I called PayPal customer service and somehow my number was routed to this person, angry man who tried to tell me to download this app to help me with my PayPal and I knew it sounded too fishy so I said this doesn’t sound right he got upset and said well have a bad day ma’am and I hung up on him. This is a scam. I cannot believe Fraudsters would go this far, but they are out there making a living on frauding innocent people to get their information and their money so please do not download this app. Read this review and thank you to the person who wrote a review about this app because I was looking it up as this person was talking to me and I realize it was a scam!
