I hardly write reviews but this is a must read!! IPTV and really this company is a lackluster startup that has no customer service or form of contact and does not contribute to updating or fixing its service. It seems like a high school or college project that they put out there the product but in no way is it functional. The concept of ALL platform usage attracted me beyond (Apple-Android) was the perfect idea. It flat out doesn’t work, I have Apple TV 4K, MacBook Pro M2, iPhone 14 Pro max, Firetv 4K Max internet 400mgb and high speed mobile 5g - I use an this app high octane service that has no problems but wanted- that platform that houses everything. There is no excuse other than OPUS this app. IPTV freezes after 3 or 5 mins of usage ( Live TV, Movies, Series) , doesn’t allow you to fast forward rewind. You cannot change the viewing ratio freely on MAC, the phone you have to play with it to get wide view. No subtitles option. Cannot see the list of the programs or shows on any device. You have to go through loops to find a list of you are fortunate to figure it out. Again have no idea what people are reviewing saying this is decent but it must be paid reviews. Don’t waste your time, lucky I paid with PayPal and they refunded the 3 months I bought. Don’t even try the free trial better options. Use Startup Show or VLC.

I was told last time they fixed this issue and I have to open a ticket with the developer if it happens again, so I did and I was told again it MAY BE because of the memory of my Apple TV

This speculation was shared with me without asking for any data or testing, but some developers like to pretend the problem does not exist and point fingers at somethign else. Not interested to use IPTV any more

Tried numerous ways to input the playlist on my new Apple TV but this screwed up app does not allow. Keep giving error message as something went wrong. Tried m3u and xtream codes but it does not download the file. Can’t delete Chanel’s or categories. EPG DOES NOT LOAD AND DISPLAY. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER 1 day. The player takes a while to load. Useless APP.
Not worth the price.

I downloaded and even paid for the full pro version. It worked okay before I paid for the version but since I did, when I click on a show or a channel, it either does open or shows me the spinning will without eventually opening the movie or channel. Hope they can fix this issue

This is my second review. The first one never populated or became visible for anyone to see. They have no contact info or real way to contact. The actual review that appears although one star, is probably fake too. IPTV force closes before you can fully open it. That’s why it’s also not fair that we have to give at least one star. An app that doesn’t open at all, should not be worthy of any stars. That’s an issue I’m taking up with Apple in a separate way. I’m very disappointed in Apple as well for allowing fake apps into the store. Clearly this one is to steal info or place malware on devices.

IPTV does not sync with other devices on apple as advertise. It also keeps resetting off from the purchased pro version, which you have to constantly click restore purchase which get annoying. I got this because it was supposed to be seamless to sync and use with other devices as advertised. I will be seeking a refund if it doesn’t get fixed. Thank god for AMEX refund support for peace of mind for not delivering on services. I already email support. Lets see if they can fix this RIGHT AWAY.

I want to love IPTV. The interface is far superior to any other this app app available, but I can’t even experience IPTV fully because it crashes every launch on my AppleTV. I’ve completely reset my AppleTVa and only installed IPTV- still crashes.

Support tells you to contact through IPTV , but I can’t even do that because before I can get to the settings screen, it crashes.

Hope the developer can get a fix out, then I’ll surely pay for IPTV. crossing fingers

It’s so close to being great but it does not process EPG data and show the airing programs title - only the station title. This is like bare minimum for an this app app but everything else about it is so good and lack of option on AppleTV make this the choice if they’d spend a little time on the bare minimum this app features. Noticing bugs where I cannot play content from live tv and instead have to select an item and then play it under the home tab for it to work correctly. I paid for the lifetime subscription and will update this review if the issues are resolved.

Update: Two years of premium membership and EPG data has still not been integrated… If you can’t get EPG data to work with cloud sync, just note that and implement a per device option. This is crazy for an this app app there only pieces to this app and you’ve done 50% of the work.

Most people use a single playlist, so having to choose the playlist every single time you open IPTV and wait for it to download the info is very annoying, just save it locally and make it so that the user can go straight to the content and have the option to automatically update epg a few times per day while using IPTV or have the ability to update it manually… also, there is no ability to zap through channels quickly… this is one of the most basic things an this app player should have…I will update my rating if these basic issues get resolved… these are things that can be fixed easily.

This player looks really great, but it’s sorely lacking of the most basic features found in free players out there. No parental controls. No A-Z ordering. Changing channels from favorites, changes from the actual category and not the favorites list (this one was the deal breaker for me). No grid selection option - everything lines up in a single row. Given that IPTV costs just as much as another very well-packed player within IPTV Store, but yet doesn’t even come close to offering basic features, I’ll have to rate it as low as I did.

It needs parental control for channels and the option to remove channels you don’t want on your list. What are you paying for? Just to watch on your app? No upgraded features except using on multiple devices and iCloud sync. Clearly not enough to pay

Huge oversight for the dev to ship an update that doesn’t work with the new Pro Max and the dynamic island. the upper part of the screen is obscured by the dynamic island and the ‘x’ buttons to close parts of the ui are too close to the edge and fail to respond. For now, I can’t use IPTV until they properly test this.

IPTV is decent among this genre which has a lot of apps that do not have meaningful features and lack UI features that just don’t make sense. One UI enhancement I’d like to see is the ability to wrap favorite channels. I have 30+ favorite channels and I have to manually scroll to the right to find the one channel I want to watch. The same goes for recent watched channels.

Want to like IPTV.

There is no way to edit or remove a playlist on the Apple TV. This appears to be a major oversight that one cannot remove a playlist.

Favorites section shows a single line that can be a long scroll to the right. Would be so much better if Favorites could stack like a grid and scroll up / down instead of left right. Also, can’t rearrange the icons in Favorites.

These are UI things that would really make IPTV shine. Please implement.

App has worked fine until now it only plays live tv and gives a playlist error for movies and series, while another this app app plays everything. My family likes using OPUS, but there is no customer support and this is becoming frustrating that it won’t play everything.

IPTV has great potential. I love the interface and additional options. The edit list function is not working. This is a really good feature to have when it's working. Please keep improving it. Thanks

Love the layout but crashes sometimes and loading takes too long I referred IPTV to my friends but I had to stop referring because of the crashing and slow loading

I hold this player in high regard; however, I am perplexed by the absence of a Guide feature in the AppleTV app, an offering that is readily available in its mobile counterparts. I kindly request the prompt integration of this feature.

Great app and lots of great movies/shows. Only problem is it takes a long time to load sometimes. It opens the video but won’t play right away or I’ll hear the audio but it won’t show on the screen. I’ve tried deleting IPTV and redownloading it but it’s still lags.

Great app. Only thing is it takes forever to load up to the Home Screen. Automatic updates are on. Would love to have to be a bit quicker. Gets to 100% loaded and then takes a bit to follow through.

I use it on Apple TV for 90% of my viewing. Also it had a nice update for a couple weeks and then it seemed to have reverted back to the old version.

All in all I like it. Definitely beats a cable streaming service!
