Read 20 Customer Service Reviews 😠💢

1.7 out of 5
Horrible customer service and issues throughout

There are so many issues I have had with Center. I’ve reached out to dragonfly several times and was basically told they can’t help. When I asked for my issues to be forwarded to another agent to help I was told there was no one else. And when I asked to have someone else in Customer Service speak with me I was told “I’m the manager of customer service and there’s no one else I can forward your issue to”. Dragonfly is unwilling to address issues and because of that I’m not getting paid my game fees and that is creating conflict between myself and the schools

Truly bewildering how bad it is

There must not have been any business analyst and process coordinator that looked into what officials need, and it feels like no referees were talked to or their input listened upon. So many basic things are missing.

Non existent IT support

The instructions to sync with Google calendar do not work. I’ve had several IT pros try but fail. Contacting Dragonfly was an additional waste of time. I miss Arbiter Sports.

DF Max

Center can’t hold a candle to Arbiter. Lacks everything and charges you $5 if you do more than 4 withdrawal transactions per month. An absolute joke that OHSAA switched from Arbiter to this.

Stupid App

It won't open and freezes on the football field. I have installed and deleted it more times than I can remember.

Won’t open

App won’t open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. Won’t get past the football field background.

App not working

You tap on the three lines at the top left no response. It will not show the rest of the dates for past games. It’s like I’m limited to what I see if I hit pay nothing happens.

Junk

Center is so annoying can’t even see a way to get help . Need to add a sport on my list of things I can do but it’s not letting me do so . No place to add it. Just junk needs tons of work to do any sort of good.

Absolutely horrible

Where do I start?
The max app always crashes
You can only make 4 transfers to your bank account a month after that a $5/ transfer fee applies
You can’t see who you are working with until every one accepts
You can only write reports for red cards and not yellow cards which do need to be reported

Even coaches I know hate it

I wonder who and how much the people in Chapel Hill were bribed to switch to Center from Arbiter

Does not work!

App will not even load on my iPhone. It was working fine last year, but totally broken now. Help desk said that I would have to use my windows based system. IOS version is useless!

What a mistake

No calendar synchronization. No filtering for games that have been assigned but not yet accepted—so you have to scroll through an entire season of games regularly, just to make sure you didn’t miss an assignment. No ability to turn off useless reminder notification emails. Horrendous (ie, “no”) customer support that basically tells you your problems aren’t important to them.

Center makes an official’s job significantly more difficult and complicated. It’s hard to imagine how Ohio moved to it, knowing how problematic it is.

Going backwards

Nothing good to say here. Game are not linked, getting assigned when I already have a game at the same time. Mileage blocks are not flexible for people that work both at home and in an office in a different city. Blocks don’t work. Font size is not friendly.

Not a good review

Dragonfly is the worst assigning app I've encountered. It has a fraction of the features that other assigning programs offer, and the features it does offer are mostly flawed or unusable.
This program seems to be designed and run by people who have no connection to (or knowledge of) sports officiating.

Missing a lot compare to competitors

If your association is looking to move to Center please think twice. Is not good, lots of basic functionalities are missing. Support only says , is not available we are working on it, is being more than one year that my association was moved here and so far no improvement

Terrible user interface and unhelpful customer service.

The navigation on Center (and it’s web counterpart) is counter-intuitive, options are very limited, the ability to edit things such as blocks is almost non-existent, and customer service never offers viable solutions to any issues.

Terrible performance

First year being forever to migrate to dragonfly and away from arbiter. Center just hangs when trying to log in and the website isn’t much better performance compared to arbiter sports so I don’t know why I expected Center to actually work 😖. Hopefully it will get rectified soon before fall soccer season hits full swing.

Not worth it for Officials

Why the state of NC is trying to switch from Arbiter to Dragonfly is a mystery. Dragonfly does about 1/10 of the things Arbiter does for officials and assigners. As officials, we aren’t concerned with getting tickets to the game or watching it, we just want to know our crew and contact information. Can’t see crew until everyone accepts the game. And be able to write game reports that are honest but not for everyone’s eyes!!
May work for the schools but for officials, not so much.

Worthless piece of crap

Basically, Center is nearly useless and about the only good thing is being able to see your schedule and transfer your pay to your account. There is no calendar and you can’t see your blocked dates on Center . Of course, this should be no surprise as the full site is also pretty useless. Top it off with ZERO customer support and you have a whole state of unhappy officials, assignors and schools who would love to go back the Arbiter.

Terrible Product

This is the worst assigning software I have used. I can’t believe any soccer association can be happy with this product.

Retract my review

My first review was one star bc my app wouldn’t work. I had to reset my phone and it worked perfectly. Got my assignments, accepted them, got paid and transferred it out.
