No App Support from Game Developer

Update: There is still no response from developer…no way to contact and obviously no response here to me or anyone else it seems, so we keep 1 star. Also the game keeps asking me to update…it is a scam ad that looks like an app update; I have seen this on other apps. The “update” version advertised is not this game…similar but from a different developer. Just a scam ad posing as an update to lure players into downloading a new game. Beware!
I have only had this game a short time so I cannot evaluate well. The little time I played it seemed fun, but I have not had enough time to see a problem….well except one glaring issue, hence the one star. I see no way to contact support for help with this app. There appears to be no link on the app and none on the app listing on the App Store. There should be a way to contact developer if players have a question or a concern.

Journeys won’t load, frozen on Level one. I see many folks have complained about this. Would be nice for Developers to fix this, especially since I paid to have Ads removed. UPDATE: July 5, 2024 How ridiculous! This is a poorly developed game, keeps freezing up. I paid for the No Ad version, yet I keep getting Stuck in Ads that there’s no way to get out of it except shut the game down, lose your points when you try to reopen. I have been cheated out of 150 points plus 50 reverses. Now the Daily Spins don’t work either! I’m requesting a full Refund since obviously the developers don’t care enough to Fux these crashes.

I have had this game for a long time and loved it. Now,you keep pushing other games, from the App Store. None are as good as my original block puzzle. Please after one advertisement of new games please go back to my original block puzzle
This has happened with my old puzzle app also. If it necessary to pay your bills, understand, but I’m in my 80 and WAS enjoying my old apps. They were better anyway. I’ve heard others complaining.
Not very relaxing when every game is followed by some very dumb game and then it’s hard to go back to what you were playing in the first place. Please let me have my originals and let me chose when I want an update. I would be ever thankful..J
