Horrible app, so buggy, doesn’t send notifications, doesn’t let you edit your primary information, and can’t even let you kick a team member. It changed my primary information as well as my emergency contact AND there is no option to delete your account to make one with the correct information. No one would use FusionPlay if the schools didn’t force people to use it for their intramural sports. Whoever made FusionPlay needs to reevaluate their lives and think about how much time they wasted on such a bad app. There’s a reason why your ratings are so low, maybe use the reviews as a guide to improve this garbage

It won’t let me join a team even after I paid

No way to kick a player from the team and a pain to get someone to register on the team during the season

I tried almost every possible and logical way to sign in before I found a way that actually worked, which when I did FINALLY get logged into my account, I couldn’t join my team. The person who made my team had sent me a link and if I clicked it then I would be in our team on FusionPlay , but every time I clicked the link, it would go back to FusionPlay and it said “error” or “unable to find link” I don’t remember exactly what it said but it was stupid. It wasn’t until I just cleared FusionPlay on my phone then went back on that it finally processed the link and I was on my team. Very very confusing and frustrating process I do not recommend FusionPlay

Can not see other teams past scores from other games or look at friends scores from other time slots and takes a lot of fun out of the event. Also would like to see a point differential of some degree added to the standings rather than just record.

FusionPlay itself has potential. It just seems like someone created a skeleton of an app and the rest of the important details aren’t there at all. When making a league, it hardly ever shows if people have requested to join your team, even though they have and you got the notification to review their request. FusionPlay has little to no support and the usefulness just cannot be because of that fact.

Nothing works it makes everything impossible

Not sure I’ve ever used a worse app in my life. From making it really difficult to join teams after a certain date to terrible invite link generation, it’s just really bad

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I am a captain and I can’t approve or see players who request to join my team, I receive no notifications of announcements, and FusionPlay is super buggy. Why can’t we change anything about the team after we make it? Why is there no support for FusionPlay? Great job scamming universities into paying for FusionPlay, it really does nothing but make students’ lives harder.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I’m trying to join an indoor soccer league with my buddies and I can’t even get through the create an account process. I create my account with my school email and when it’s finally created it brings me back to sign in. When I do this I type in my information and it just keeps sending me back to the beginning page of “sign in” or “create an account”

whoever created FusionPlay needs to retake some courses.. FusionPlay doesn’t work for shot. nobody can sign up on sign up day or even log in

app has good ui and potential to streamline for rex orgs, it’s a good idea, but the implementation is shoddy at best. poor functionality and no indication on what error is occurring. currently will not allow users to create teams in a league.

I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but for this app I had to make an exception. This is without a doubt the worst app I’ve ever used.

Won’t let me register for a team I paid to play on. The support just told me to sign in and sign out. I’ve done that and redownloaded FusionPlay and nothing is working. It keeps saying I don’t have the pass that I bought. Really frustrating and slow to help.

You can’t change your profile picture, I requested to a lot of teams and the worst part is that it doesn’t tell you whether they rejected your request which is dumb. It’s buggy and it needs vast improvements immediately

Can’t even sign in nor sign up as I placed in email. Sent to the 2nd confirmation of my email. And then keep getting sent back to the sign up/ in page everytime I try to log in. Can’t even get to step 2!!

Absolute dogwater app, surprised Apple allows this type of crap in FusionPlay Store, we should have higher standards as a society

Cannot handle any large load for the customer it took on. I’ve spent over a day waiting for FusionPlay to not work, but nobody on our entire campus can even log in. Would be 0 stars if I could.

Really disappointing. Need to have our school use a better and more reliable app for sports.

FusionPlay is pretty buggy and bad in general, freezes a lot, trouble signing up for sports, etc. but the main issue is YOU CANT SEE THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE ON THE TEAMS UR GOING TO PLAY! Like it would seem standard to be able to see the roster of the team ur going to be playing so you can trash talk some of your friends or decide how to prepare for the game. Also, you can’t see the exact results or outcomes of how each team did against the other teams. You obviously have the data, there’s zero point of hiding it besides just being annoying.

the registration steps are confused

Really difficult to add people after they request to join a team. When FusionPlay works, it works well. It’s pretty buggy though, and could be a lot more fleshed out.

a time got filled up and not letting me try to join another one, have plenty of players but idk what to do to make sure i get another time

Why cant i forfeit a game in FusionPlay ? Why do I have to email the intramural staff? Why cant I see the other teams rosters? Why cant I see the other teams results/game log? Why cant I see my overall number of games played/win rate. As a captain why cant i send a message to my teammates using FusionPlay ? So many things that could be changed and seem obvious to us as players. Dev team really needs to read these and prioritize what the users are saying!

There is no help section. There is a profile picture but you can’t change it so everyone’s is the same, why is it even there. You should be able to rescind requests to a join a team in case you want to later join a different team and limit confusion.

It would be nice to see be able to see other other teams previous matches, who they played against, what the score was etc…

Really simplified the registration process for my students, but doesn’t offer everything I want, yet.

FusionPlay is great and Allows me to sign up for events with my school… although I am confused on how to add a profile picture because mine won’t let me
