I’ve tried CloboticsRetail at 3 different shops and was unsuccessful each time. The photo capture is unstable, the video mode requires literally over 100 captures to even get half of an average sized section of products. Once you get to 100 you can’t take any more and then can’t complete the row correctly.

There is no information on what to do when this happens. None of the tutorials explain if you can submit more than one “set” at a time.

Narrow aisles are impossible. The photo detection in “classic mode” never matches correctly and one wrong angle messes the whole thing up. It would be much faster and much more efficient if we were able to take the photos with our own regular photo app, use any run of the mill photo editor to stitch THOSE together and submit with a geolocation tag.

Also, trying to find any help has been nearly impossible.

I’m unable to complete my assignments due to the constant glitching and freezing from this application. It also absorbs a chunk amount of phone battery. When it works it’s great. However, when it glitches and freezes, especially during photo shoots, it’s frustrating process to complete one roll. It takes me hours to complete 4-5 rolls, rather than a few minutes. These issues slows down my productivity from completing the job. I hope the developers fix this problem and make a more user-friendly interface.

There isn’t a visible way to login to CloboticsRetail or create an account if possible give me a message back with a solution. My advice would be, to put a link to a creation page/ Sign up page on the first slide of CloboticsRetail . Thankyou

The login screen appears, but there’s no option to create a profile. Now I can’t do this job that I already drove to??

I don’t understand why large corporations that hire people to take these jobs can’t find a better app to use. Hire some coders and create a good one for goodness sake. You can afford it to be sure.

The job in progress is saying that it’s complete, even though I didn’t start it. But even worse, when I go to submit a help/support ticket, the form doesn’t work so I have no recourse!

Figured this could be a fun away to get out of the house since I work from home. As a developer I will never ever touch a product this company puts out. Incredible waste of time.

I’m using CloboticsRetail for a job. Right now I’m in minute number 50 and still waiting for photos to finish uploading. It has happened to me twice today.

Photos take forever to upload. Mine has sat at 86% for over 5 hours now and I may not get credit for the work and have to redo it all over again. Took me over an hour. This is ridiculous. Do not use CloboticsRetail!!!!

Application consumes a large amount of battery power, glitches, & most important has issues stitching photos together. Frequent failure of assignments unreasonable; Paid less than 20% of full quoted amount for work requiring way more than 1 hour of time needed

Very hard to use because it doesn’t let me login. It doesn’t give me the option of adding a password nor a user name. It doesn’t tell me which login to use and the login I have for Clickworker doesn’t work either. I have sent an email to CloboticsRetail for help, but no response.

Tried it today for the first time was not user friendly. I tried to watch the tutorials on taking a quality shelf picture and it would not load or it would play for 15 seconds and stop. A very disappointing app that really needs looked into. Please do not waste your time.

The upload process has been sitting at 65.1% for more than 24 hours, despite the use of multiple networks and the using the solutions they suggest. Their help form is also broken on CloboticsRetail so you can’t address the problems. Spent over an hour completing a job that their platform that will never upload or complete. Waste of time.

CloboticsRetail eats battery like nobody’s business. It will also start running slow and makes photography unusable. And then there is the file upload process. After completing a job, this takes an hour if you are lucky. Even over Verizon’s 5GUW network. CloboticsRetail is a hot mess and needs to be updated with tons of fixes!

Tried for an hour to do a fifth of a task taking a stitched image that was supposed to take less than an hour total. CloboticsRetail will explicitly show you that the image will be fine and then simply won’t take them. No error message, no explanation, just decides not to take the images. It is totally unusable and even if you can manage to figure it out it will take way longer than the pay could be worth.

I have walked off two jobs now because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of CloboticsRetail! Clickworker needs to stop offering these if they aren’t going to make it easier to do. Why isn’t there a video or something showing a person who successfully completed the job using this evil & tortuous app. I’m convinced it’s Satan. There’s no help, no tutorial that I know of, nothing. I bet there is someone watching laughing after we log in and try actually using this thing.

Is this even a real app? Nothing works. You can download CloboticsRetail but not use it because there’s nowhere to create an account. I don’t know why mystery shoppers et al even use CloboticsRetail as it’s completely useless. The link on their website to CloboticsRetail takes you to a blank white page. The customer contact link is a long page of data fields and who knows where in the void that goes after submitting it. I felt like I was being punked trying to get this to work, and to no avail.

I worked for hours trying to get the aisle correct using video capture and photo capture.
Both the video and the camera take small areas and it takes more then the maximum number of shots. The video is small range movements instead of being able to free move the camera you must match two circles and it’s slower than trying to do the photos. It took hours to do 2 out of 11 tasks.

We should be able to use our own phone camera.

I should have read the reviews. I did a project and completed several tasks with no pay. I do not recommend using CloboticsRetail

I have tried to use CloboticsRetail once. Literally impossible to take pictures. CloboticsRetail would not allow me to take photos due to narrow aisles in the store
