5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I have been on auto subscription for 3 years. I have tried to cancel multiple times and every time I am unable to because it says (Subscribed from other device, contact customer support) It's not on my Prime Subscriptions, I can't cancel through the app on my phone, there is no phone number to be found online. I found an email in the looooooong Privacy Policy that I will try. But honestly, I can't wait until you have a class action lawsuit because this can't be legal. I may have to just call my bank and pay for them to stop the auto subscription because the fee is now up to almost $20.00 a month for something that I don't use/watch.
I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ON A FREE TRAIL BUT THI MORNING I SAW WHERE YOU CHARGED ME ANYWAY SO I WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE TODAY AND I WANT A REFUND!!!
Charged but not given a subscription

Yeah I got charged a for a subscription and conveniently the app crashed right as I subscribed. So if I try to watch a movie it says I need to subscribe to watch it, even though I did and was charged for it, and on top of it if I go try to subscribe again it says one has already been purchased on this device. So I basically got scammed out of $7. I wish I could give this 0 stars.
Worst app/customer service experience ever

Can’t even watch a movie because it’s telling me I’m not subscribed but I am subscribed and when I tried to re subscribe they told me I couldn’t because I was subscribed. No place to email customer support. But hey they gladly took my $7. Good for them. I cancelled. Keep the $7 because it’s not worth dealing with this pitiful app service any more and hopefully terrifier 2 ends up on a better platform.

Not only is the movie selection laughable, but to really top it off, if you’re watching one of the live streams, every time they take a “commercial break” when it comes back to the movie, the audio is no longer in sync with the video. You have to leave the stream then come back to get it back in sync. Thinking this was an issue with my tv, I tested this on my phone and experienced the same thing. What’s up with the commercials anyway? They’re just BloodyDisgusting ID’s, not even real ads. I’m paying to access your content, just stream the movies and fix your stuff.
