How to fix FWB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FWB app on iPhone
Update FWB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FWB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FWB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FWB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FWB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FWB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FWB App
1. On android, goto Settings » FWB » click [Force Stop]

Update FWB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FWB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FWB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FWB.

Fix FWB unable to contact server/ FWB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FWB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FWB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FWB
