I was excited to get my two cameras so that I could protect my family but right from the get go I had problems with EaseLife not wanting to hook up to the cameras and it just kept crashing from there . Not impressed it even let me down when the niebor was getting robbed, some good it done just looking in the direction of the problem but with the glitches it didn’t record let alone provide information on the incident and she is 87 years old. Man
This security camera is way more trouble than it’s worth. Constantly getting ads every time you open EaseLife . You will get constant requests to buy cloud storage. If you don’t buy into there plan , then they shut down your ability to view your recordings. The camera it’s self will only return to its normal viewing position occasionally. Other than it does turn on and off. that’s it .. well you get it right !
Disappointed my camera got reset I can’t remember my password and there’s nowhere in EaseLife to reset my password so when I try to create my account the account already exist. I’m in a vicious loop if you contact the website it’s in a different language language so there’s no way for me to communicate.
The first week the cameras worked very well, but now the camera, although it records, I cannot play the videos from EaseLife since for some reason I do not get the blue lines with the recorded videos that used to appear. I can play the videos on one pc from the microsd card, but it no longer lets me see them from EaseLife . I verified that the card is correctly set and it is because I recognized it and it continues recording, and I verified the time zone and also verified that everything is in order. I am I'm sure the problem is in EaseLife . I bought 4 cameras and they all did this at the same time. If I can't solve this problem I will ask for a refund for the cameras and everything else.
I’m highly upset about this camera everything works smoothly until the WiFi goes off and the camera disconnects or troubleshooting I even entered my WiFi password correctly and the camera going to say “camera is having a hard time connecting to your WiFi please move the router or device closer” even after I had to reset the camera 8 times(yes I need to know who goes inside my room when I’m not home)
EaseLife looses the cameras intermittently throughout the day. The “Intelligent Track” makes the camera go all over the place like whatever it was tracking it lost and is still trying to locate it. The biggest problem tho is everytime the camera drops the connection to WiFi you have to reset it and set it up again. If I could rate this system with a zero I would have. Spend a little more money and get reliable cameras and app…
Suddenly EaseLife won’t open anymore. If I try opening EaseLife , a white blank screen shows up for about 30 seconds as if it is loading, and then EaseLife instantly closes. It’s a shame, for the past 7 months, there have hardly been any issues!
Update: This issue was temporarily resolved, but now it’s happening again! Exactly the same way, a blank white screen that never loads, then EaseLife forces itself shut.
If you did not have so many ads, once you opened to view your camera, I would say it’s worth five stars, but the ads make it worse only one star!! Get rid of all those ads they’re worthless!!! The camera has very good quality viewing, but those ads are horrible!!!! if you really need to look through your camera, you have to wait like three minutes before you can even open it. Uggghhhh!!!!!!!
EaseLife seems to work ok but it can slow down at time’s. But the reason for the slow down is really strange , EaseLife is designed to slow and freeze it you don’t allow it to access your phone’s location witch is strange because there isn’t any reason for it to need access to you’re phone’s location (for example if you go out to a restaurant for dinner and use EaseLife to check the camera stream like to check on you’re pets EaseLife will access you’re phones gps location) strange behavior for a app that is just to check feed from light bulb camera
I only say that I wish the pop ads didn’t come on my screen when trying to watch what motion was detected. Inconvenient for me to view. Overall it’s very good app and camera system.
I think you were missing function of lights bulb control in your app. Other kind of app such as iCam365 had that function to control lights for turn it on with motion
I like this however beginning I am over 60years old trying to figure out how to place camera angle and watching feedback, it was hard to figure out how.
Maybe over time I will get it sorted out.

I like how easily I was able to connect the cameras (I bought 2) and work EaseLife . However, I am not able to go back to the recordings. I have tried but with no luck. It is better if EaseLife had a separate part where the videos are recorded or a button where I can go back easier.
EaseLife is good but it can get slow from time to time while my wifi is as strong as it can be, i would like for it to have an update for EaseLife so it does not crash no more and it is better to use.
Got it installed and all setup but the problem I have is the video is upside down and don’t see a way to turn it upright and another thing is I can’t share it with my family member
I can see everything the cameras work great. I do not store data in the cloud because I’m just keeping an eye on my puppies. App is easy to use, and is very user friendly.
Awesome product whoever came up with this awesome Friday and a good job and keep my family safe and keep the house safe and the wonderful thing about it. I get to see the gears in a duck say come by the house. Awesome I would like to make this to everybody, especially those as older adults. I’ll buy a couple and keep buying them. I have the fastest 5G internet in the area. It doesn't cause problems at all. But those cameras every now and then go offline. Or I have to wait for ads as if they paid for my internet or they had given me the camera. They're not the big deal. And if I pay for the camera to connect to my internet because I have to pay for an application to be able to access my cameras with my internet. I'm not going to monthly payments for that. I will make arrangements for a more efficient system to eliminate those cameras that are a theft.
Very cool app! I am very pleased with the amazing experience EaseLife has provided. It has a beautiful design and easy to use interface. It provides me with a wide range of useful and entertaining features.
However, I would like to point out that EaseLife does not currently have Arabic language. As an Arabic speaking user, I think it would be great if you could add Arabic language to your wonderful app. Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and providing it would help Arabic speaking users to take full advantage of EaseLife and achieve their goals easily.
I sincerely hope that Arabic language will be added in future updates to EaseLife . Being able to communicate in my native language will enhance the user experience and make EaseLife accessible to more people. Thank you for your efforts and interest in improving EaseLife and meeting the needs of users. I am excited to see the future developments of this amazing app!
