I tried to register, I got a code , I entered the code about 15 times but nothing happened, plz fix registration as there is no eneter button to hit after entering the code, thanks.
I just receive my light bulb ease life camera. It will not receive my email address. I have tried 3 different email. Reloaded the app a lot of times. I lost count. Reset the camera. unplug the wifi check to make sure it correct wifi password is ok. Yes it was correct. I deleted the app & turned off the camera. Then I tried to go in to the ease life app again & still get a error code 36901 Message says: This email is already in use. Try a different one Error code: 36901. I did this for a very long time. I am tired. Hope you help or I will have to send it back. I tried starting from the start. Now it locked me out of all 3 emails I tried to use with the same message and Error code 36901. The app has no setting to reset email as I can see. ty
The light bulb cameras keep resetting at late night everyday and reset the cameras to point at the wrong direction. I have to set the facing direction everyday to adjust the video.

The first week the cameras worked very well, but now the camera, although it records, I cannot play the videos from the app since for some reason I do not get the blue lines with the recorded videos that used to appear. I can play the videos on one pc from the microsd card, but it no longer lets me see them from the app. I verified that the card is correctly set and it is because I recognized it and it continues recording, and I verified the time zone and also verified that everything is in order. I am I'm sure the problem is in the app. I bought 4 cameras and they all did this at the same time. If I can't solve this problem I will ask for a refund for the cameras and everything else.

I’m highly upset about this camera everything works smoothly until the WiFi goes off and the camera disconnects or troubleshooting I even entered my WiFi password correctly and the camera going to say “camera is having a hard time connecting to your WiFi please move the router or device closer” even after I had to reset the camera 8 times(yes I need to know who goes inside my room when I’m not home)

I was excited to get my two cameras so that I could protect my family but right from the get go I had problems with the app not wanting to hook up to the cameras and it just kept crashing from there . Not impressed it even let me down when the niebor was getting robbed, some good it done just looking in the direction of the problem but with the glitches it didn’t record let alone provide information on the incident and she is 87 years old. Man
