The bunny house is completely empty and nowhere for the first bunny to sleep. Normally after getting a new house, it gives you a present for a bed and things to build the room. Can you help me with this?

How to fix FLOOF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FLOOF app on iPhone
Update FLOOF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FLOOF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FLOOF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FLOOF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FLOOF Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FLOOF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FLOOF App
1. On android, goto Settings » FLOOF » click [Force Stop]

Update FLOOF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FLOOF App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FLOOF » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FLOOF.

Fix FLOOF unable to contact server/ FLOOF internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FLOOF » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FLOOF » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FLOOF
