This game used to be a lot of fun because it gave an option to watch ads to get past harder levels. Yes, you used to be able to just get some extra gems if you needed to which I never really minded spending a little bit on but when you get to the point where you can’t pass a level and it wants 45 gems. To just get past the level I think it’s a pretty ridiculous ask and it makes this game not fun anymore. The developers really need to change this because it’s frustrating everybody in their and I hear a lot of people complaining about it. We want our game to be fun, not be frustrating.

This is THE BEST cooking game right now! Graphics are gorgeous, storyline is AWESOME for a cooking game, seriously! The levels aren’t too difficult or too easy (however I do think returning the max cooking time back to 3 seconds is a better choice than 5 seconds). I really enjoy a new restaurant every 2 weeks. However…developers gotten GREEDY!

Previously, you used to be able to earn GEMS from SUB LEVELS that didn’t have hats. Yep, every single star without a hat gave gems. When they released Samgyeopsal Station, they took them away from all levels and many were FURIOUS! Also, not all players get the same opportunities for ads. Some can watch the TV 50 times a day, and some like me only get 4, and right now I don’t even have this TV anymore!

I’ve been following the game since March 2023 and played since July…this game is awesome but the greed isn’t…(PS: Some upgrades are TOO expensive. 8000 coins for one upgrade is unfair when you earn only 600 per level…) Also, combos used to give you 10 for 3, 15 for 4 and 5 for a total of 40 coins every 5 combos. Return our gems and we’ll be happy (one more thing: revamp the chefs championship, like change it completely! my guild is sick of it, worst event ever)

First I been playing the game a week ago. I love this game until, I got to the third restaurant y’all took all my coins away that I spent money on unfair, not right first of all secondly then you want us to spend more money on new coins, I even tried to go back to my restaurant that I was already playing that y’all let me go back, be for. Just crazy to me. You can’t even go back no more what the heck. y’all are taking people money. The game is good, but you’re doing unfair things and to add the restaurant keep making players buy more customers. I don’t get that why am I buying more customers we’re not in control of customers coming into the restaurant. the game will make us buy more customers that’s not fair. and I do love the game but I can’t continue to play something where y’all got people just spending money to play your game y’all create it . you’re making money off the people it’s not right nothing in the game not saying the game is not good because it is, it is just continuance money grabber I had fun playing the game I just can’t continue to play it anymore. I thought I found something good but no it’s just like all the other games. Just want your money. Thank you

This was my favorite game for a long time until I reached the later stages of the Royal Kitchen, which offers an additional challenge once you have completed all of the restaurants and are waiting for a new one to roll out. At first, when you are advancing up the ranks, it is quite fun. However, I am at a rank which literally requires the use of boosters on so many of the levels I would be constantly spending real money to get through the levels. It’s ruined the game for me.
I don’t mind spending a few bucks occasionally but this is ABSURD!

I have a great team who usually wins first place in the weekly kitchen battles. I loved participating in this and supporting my team. Now I can only play awhen a new restaurant is offered. I am deeply disappointed.

The game is fun for quite awhile, has a cute story and good characters. The time management aspect of it coupled with the restaurant renovations are worth playing the game, even if only for a limited time.

Although the game offers ways to get boosters and diamonds for free, they are sorely inadequate to be any real help once you have advanced to the later stages of the Royal Kitchen. Time management games are my thing and I’m good at them. So, believe me when I say, the levels requiring boosters are literally impossible to pass without the use of either the boosters or spending 45 gems to keep going after you’ve failed. 45 gems is a lot of gems to ask for. Ugh. So angry and disappointed.

The game is Fun. But it stops being fun when they make you download for another game but you keep having to Start from the beginning. This will be the 2nd time I have to download and LOSE ALL THE PROGRESS WE ARE ALREADY AT. This is really stupid and it takes the fun out the game. This is starting to be a Waste of a game. I ONLY HAD 3 more games to go to get to the very ending, but I don’t think I’ll be starting from the beginning anymore. I’m just going to Delete this game all together. It’s not fun anymore. It should be YOUR CHOICE if we want to Upgrade. Or let us get to the ending , and then, if you want to start over from the beginning. It’s your choice. We shouldn’t have to be FORCED TO DOWNLOAD , just to start over and over again. NOT. AGAIN😡

Beautiful graphics. No glitches. Fun little competitions. Storyline is fleshed out. But when you are rewarded for anything it’s usually very VERY small. Often it’s a few mins if unlimited hearts— which isn’t a reward at all if you are good at these sort games. Then, you need a ton of coins for upgrades but coins are almost never a reward. Instead it’s like 2 gems or 2/30 points toward a booster.
If you are good at the games you only get one pass to collect coins which starts to try and rice you to use money so you can upgrade on time.

I really like that when you buy an upgrade, you get to use it right away. No waiting or paying to speed it up. I like that I can mix and match coins and rubies to buy the upgrades. Other games give you a lot of coins but you can’t use them for upgrades, which makes them practically useless. I also like all the ways I have opportunities to earn coins. I don’t find there are too many ads. The game play is fun too. The only thing I would change would be the annoying sounds the characters make.

Can we have our own custom character/avatar that we can create ourself? The main reason I fell in love with cooking diary was because of how interactive it was and the fact that we can make our own characters for the story.

But in this game it’s only a name and a premade character profile. So if it’s not too much trouble, could yall add a custom avatar for us to create for our main character (Like how cooking diary did)? (I’m assuming that us, the player, is the main character besides the blonde girl (forgot her name, only been playing since the last of February.)

Ive had this game for a few months now and I've been addicted to it so much so that I recommended it to my mom who recommended it to her friend and now we're all addicted and in a team together lol. I love the game especially because it has frequent updates which a lot of games don't really do and the decor and cooking is so much fun like its stressful sometimes but its always relaxing so hands down best game ever and I just had to leave a review!!

I usually play an app for awhile before I write a review because it always starts out great and progressively gets worst. However, I really love this cooking app. I’ve been playing these for years and usually as it progresses, the levels become impossible to win without spending money. Yiu give us playable and challenging levels that we can win without spending cash and I truly appreciate that. Great work and I hope more restaurants open soon as I’m almost at the end of all of them. :)

(Update) They have fixed it. Its like it use be and now i’m back to playing for hours. Thank you!

This use to be a great game. I felt like I could play it and had no issues. But recently, after a certain update, it seems like you guys changed it to where you HAVE to use power ups. Especially with the levels that have the timer’s and I don’t like that. I will be like one customer off or like 2-5 hearts away. I don’t know what you have to fix but please do.

This game is fun! I’m a light game player, so it’s easy enough so I don’t get frustrated and give up. Also lives are plentiful, and power ups are not necessary to complete levels, so you can really play for hours at a time without having issues. Also there’s no ads in between levels, which means I play for longer without getting fed up. The storyline is cute, hilarious, and engaging, the graphics are spectacular and visually captivating . I think the game developers are on to something huge and should continue on the same trajectory for future success with this game and others.

I don’t leave many reviews. But, this game deserves one. The BEST thing about this game, ads are offered as an incentive. Unlike most games that force pop up ads, this is one of the very few games I have found that offer double rewards, gems, boosts, and coins for watching ads. It’s optional for the player. Which is MUCH more preferred. Not only that, the levels are challenging but also beatable. Other cooking games like this usually get to a point where you have to buy more coins, or play older levels for hours until you have enough coins/gems to get through the levels. Very good job on this game. The extra aspect of personalizing your restaurant makes it even better. I definitely recommend!!! Great game!!

I honestly love this game! I found out about it by watching an ad on Subway Surfers, and thought it looked fun, so I downloaded it, and I was very pleased that the game was exactly like the ad! It’s honestly so nice that this isn’t just another match 3 game, like the other ads deceive you with. The characters and customers are friendly and diverse, and just so cute! And the gameplay is so fun, I just love making the food, drinks, and snacks and serving it to the customers. I also absolutely love doing the upgrades and renovations to the restaurants! It is soooo satisfying to see them be upgraded! The Restaurant Restoration Team is also very awesome! I love their mission to restore the restaurants and help the owners succeed, and the plot is very riveting. Also to mention, there are NO FORCED ADS!!! That’s one of the best parts! So thank you very much to all who created this masterpiece! I am so blessed to have found it! Thank you!!! 😊🤗♥️♥️

Honestly, I’m loving this game and I just started playing it. I took a chance and downloaded the game based on the reviews, and I am far from disappointed. The food looks yummy, The storyline is intriguing, the characters are nicely designed. I must say, I catch myself staring at the characters cause they’re so attractive lol I’m here for the story and I like the villain…He’s very entertaining. I love how simple the game is but yet very fun to play with, I’m excited to continue playing this game and I have already made a purchase and I just downloaded it lol I’m here for it and I think you will be here too.

I absolutely LOVE this game!!! I have played and downloaded and deleted SO MANY games until I found this one. It is by far the best! The graphics are great! The story line is funny! The mini challenges are also fun! I love the opportunity to get more coins and also that there’s opportunities to earn diamonds. The levels get progressively more challenging and fast paced. I love that in addition to cooking that you are also designing and renovating each restaurant. I just Love it and I try to slow down so I can make sure I can still have more stages to play and not run out before the next update! Thank you to the team for creating an amazing game!

I’ve been enjoying this game and cooking diary as well. MYTONA makes really fun games from what I’m experiencing. The sounds and graphics are so satisfying. Sometimes as you level up there will be tricky levels, but eventually I get past them. At least for now, lol. Haven’t had to make any real money purchases so far. Now maybe gems/currency will get harder to obtain as I play more, but these games really are addictive and fun!! I love that I can tap using my iPad pencil which I love more than using my finger. Other games don’t work that way. The amount of time watching ads so far is just when I need more currencies. The guild aspect is really great too. Thanks MYTONA, for these super fun games!

Oh, I love this game! It is such an awesome game to play and pretty addictive. I do/did spend money on this game because it was just that awesome. However, I just noticed that the ability to earn gems from completing sub-levels isn’t there anymore. I sort of feel duped. I would spend money to get even more gems in addition to the ones that I used to earn from competing sublevels. But now that that was taken away, I definitely won’t be spending money on getting gems anymore. I have to admit I am pretty disappointed, but I’ll see how I feel. I’m going to try to still play this game, although my heart isn’t as in it as it used to be. Why would you take away some thing that made all of your players happy?

When I tell you I N E V E R leave reviews on games I play, I promise you I don’t. But I have enjoyed playing this game so much but I wanted to leave some of my thoughts here about it. The storyline is top-tier, it’s been a while since I’ve played a game that had so many interesting characters, character development, and a good plot! The gameplay was so much fun and addicting. I find it hard to put my phone down at times and the overall of the game is just *chefs kiss* I love how the characters look, how you can see their personality through their dress. Everything about this game is so lovable, I’ll be a little sad once I complete all the levels, but other than that, I’m a fan of Mytona and games they’ve developed but this one by far takes the cake.

Recent changes in reward distribution have left a sour note among players, with gems being stripped away for completing sub levels. This unfortunate turn of events has cast a shadow over an otherwise stellar experience, leading some players to reconsider their commitment to the game including my guild mates. Still worth playing but not worth any investment due to greed. They need to earn our $$ I will not spend one penny until they fix this issue.
