The list is long when it comes to issues and bug in HopSkipDriveCareDriver.

If you just claim only one ride for the afternoon or morning, say goodbye to all the other options that you could have added on to that because they block out the rest of that day (even if there is no time conflicts) I get that there’s a cart to plan out our schedule but if I find I have more availability come closer to that day in advance I should be able to add more rides. Other issues is if you drop kids off too late even by 5 mins HopSkipDriveCareDriver freaks out and doesn’t let you complete the ride until you force close HopSkipDriveCareDriver several times or try calling support. The filter options are inconsistent and unreliable, you select best commute and it will randomly change the day and not even rearrange it appropriately. Also rides disappear and reappear all the time just refreshing a few times you get something different where sometimes is says there’s no rides available then another refresh and you got a whole list. Way more issues than this but those are the main, unfortunately almost too much to where I may not continue working with them.

DMV couldn’t change my license plate since it was a dual ownership, and the owner ship cannot be change to me since the other party is the one paying for it and she on the west coast, so they decided not to go thru the application. Didn’t bother asking why is my license plate different. I drive with Zum it’s basically the same as this but that app doesn’t have the DMV included into it, only West and East Coast area. So I’m giving HopSkipDriveCareDriver 1 star since, it was already bad from the start of the application.

Version 5.3.1 constantly crashes or unstable. Deleting and installing HopSkipDriveCareDriver didn’t solve the issue.

Hop skip driving is amazing the kids are always nice parents are great full. I highly recommend this job to make some extra money.

I’ve been driving for various rideshare companies for seven years. HopSkip Drive is by far the best I’ve worked with. The company is extremely fair towards drivers, the software works well, and the pay is good. You also get the satisfaction of knowing you’re helping out families.
