It says on sugargame store that data is USED to track you. That’s a big red flag! I liked the game and played it sometimes. Then I forgot about it. Now uninstalling apps I looked to first see the apps that would track me. This one was on top of the charts. Not only does it link my data to me, but it tracks me. I don’t appreciate that at all. To top it off I left a review yesterday. Today I got a request to reevaluate my review by the developer. That is scary 😱 but also I’m going to be honest more than ever before. Don’t install it unless you feel tracking you is no big deal. We don’t like stalkers but some how this is ok?

I love this game (the original) and while sugargame does a lot, idk who thought putting the 1 sugar challenge was a good idea without any thought that a fat thumb would be in the way//the lines being so finicky it’s just tedious. The solutions aren’t hard, but having to baby sit each pixel along the squiggly lines your thumb draw isn’t the funnest.
Great game in the iPad with the Apple Pencil though, much easier to play on that, there it’s a 3/5 because you have to have an Apple Pencil to enjoy the 1 sugar challenges (which start at level 17 // 10 minutes of game play)

The game is great and is a nice throwback to sugar sugar, but sometimes when I complete the level and all the cups are at zero, the button to progress to the next level doesn’t show up.
I tried doing everything to get it to work again, but in the end I would just have to press the restart button and do it over again for me to get to the next level.
It’s more annoying on the levels that are tougher to do because I just have to repeat it, I hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks!
by Oldthinker
It starts off as an extremely fun physics based puzzle game. As you progress, however, it starts getting into these levels where only three or four grains of sugar are dispensed at once, and you have to very quickly devise a way to get a single grain into each cup. It’s not that I dislike a challenge or am unable to pass those levels, it’s simply that those levels are not so much puzzles as they are arcade-style play, which is not what I was seeking when I installed the game.
by THUND3RCALL999
I love this game and always has, super replayable and addicting. But for some reason when I get all the cups to 0 it sometimes wont finish and I have to restart the level. It got to the point where I was spending 5 minutes trying to complete a level then it wouldn’t even work and I would lose all motivation. Although I seem to be the only one with this problem so user error could be the reason but it really doesn’t seem like it. Great game otherwise!

A great example of how advertising can ruin a perfectly good game. I'm not sure why some developers opt for ads over a $0.99-$2.99 game but any entertainment value is quickly lost when you get served total garbage ads after every level. Even better, the ads are themselves great examples of dark patterns that hide buttons to skip or even exit the ad. I'll admit, I tried it because it was free, and deleted it because it was free.
by Jillllllxxxxxxghhwjjeneh
Needs some options to skip a level … maybe watch an ad for it? Otherwise you can get stuck (as I am) and then you have no choice but to quit the game. It would also be good if there was an undo button. Fat fingers can really mess you up. And I’ve definitely had a problem someone else reported where a level just won’t finish even if you’re at zero. Have to reset and do it again. I’ve also had sugar drop in and not register and disappear even though it’s the right color
by Laughtermcleslie
I totally understand ads make the money, but I’m sure you would have a ton of more downloads and people keeping the game downloaded if there were at least 5 levels without ads. Other than that, really fun! 😊

I love the calmness and simplicity of this game. I think because there is no subtle feature for drawing perfect lines it adds to the intensity. Every level makes me audibly say, “Man, this game is good.” EXCEPT for the single sugar rounds. They are annoying to me and I feel like they have no place in this game. The whole rhythm is beautiful when it’s about the flow of waves of sugar, not trying to move one janky pixel on a line. Overall, still gets 5 stars.
by Whitefang267
It’s a good game, it’s fun and really an overall good game!! Definitely suggest it, I just didn’t really like the the graphics of the sugar ig, but really I’m just being picky. The rest of the game is amazing, and I recommend it :)

Just like another good review I saw down there by dude007 or something, this game brings back everything I used to love about my 1-day-a-week trips to the computer lab with my 4th grade dudes on a Friday afternoon😎. Such a simple and timeless game that I still enjoy to play today. Nothing else needs to be said.
Barte bonte games are a must.

I love your games and i wish i could have all the ones that will come out later in the future so i could play them not only that but i played this game on cool math in school when i was in school and lil, i love your games they r so good and brilliant i wish these games never stops
by Cixphy
I’ve been playing sugar for a while now till today and on coolmath when we had free days in the lab. I specifically remember seeing sugar on the recommended games list and I played it every time it did confuse me on some levels cause I didn’t know how to do it and along with Bart’s other games their all mind-challenging and that’s what type of games we need so thank you Bart for giving us hard games to play when we were young.

So this game is veryyy addicting. I saw this and thought it would be fun it has good levels that progressively get harder, and there are multiple components to each one. It helps you figure out the game. One bug that I noticed though, was the salt kind of dissapears when it touches the cup if it’s not the right color or if the right amount of sugar has already been reached. Over all this game has one minor bug, but it is immensely fun and addictive. Thank you developers for this amazing and fluid game!!!! 🍨🍭

This game is the right mix of puzzles to be both challenging and fun. Sometimes it requires you to think fast. Others times, it requires you to use logic and spatial relations to solve it. I finished in a few weeks, can’t wait for more levels to come out!
by Nutcoles
this game is so addicting and gives me total nostalgia from my childhood. only issue is there’s a bug for me; occasionally when I finish a level it says I didn’t complete it yet. However I don’t have to restart the whole level, I just have to restart sugargame .

If you haven’t heard of Bart Bonte and his games yet, you’re missing out on creative, fun, engaging, beautiful games!!! This one, again, does not disappoint!! Sugar is perfect for when you’re trying to kill time with a fun game that isn’t mindless. You actually have to be creative and think about what you’re doing, unlike most games in this category! Great for all ages!!
by Jesslev21
This game is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing games I’ve ever played. I play this game while listening to music or anything else because it’s a puzzle game but also mindless at the same time. I cannot stop playing it even though I’ve beaten all of the levels about five times. I can’t wait for new levels to come out.

Great app so good I’m writing a review which I never do. I noticed a lot of people don’t like the how the sugar starts falling automatically and I think that adds to the challenge/simpleness straight forward essentially so I like that. I also kinda like how you can’t erase a lines so it makes you think really careful how you need to plan out your path. Some things I’m confused about is at some levels when the sugar falls on top of the cup and it not the right color match it won’t come back out. So a white sugar cub falling in a red cup the sugar is gone and the cup is still at same number. The game also has a bit of luck or chance with it. The reverse button is something that is commonly used to flip the gravity and when sugar is not going in the right direction it seems if you reverse the gravity a couple times while the sugar is still in the air you can get it where you want. Some more pros would be has nice design. Enjoy the colors in the game. If there were going to be some additions added to the game perhaps the size of line could be nice. Also different types of lines. A bouncy line, lines that could be transparent when needed, lines that only alllow certain colors to land on. Just giving some more ump. Anyways hope this gives insight to why sugargame is cool and why I like it.

Highly recommend, 1 of 2 games I’ve kept on my phone long enough to actually complete all the levels. Just a very well thought out game. Right when I got to the point where it started to feel repetitive a great and unexpected change to the gameplay sucked me back in! I won’t ruin the surprise, you’ll have to beat level 150 to find out!
by Droopaloop
I typically don’t make a habit out of phone games, but this one was the exception for me. It’s definitely a “puzzle” genre game, and undoubtedly challenging at times, but it’s really fun for two reasons IMO: • Like most free games, there are adds, but this one wasn’t nearly as frustrating and in your face, and there is nothing you need to purchase in order enhance your experience, or to keep playing. • It never became so difficult that I wanted to delete it or stop playing. The level of difficulty keeps you perfectly at the edge of wanting to continue and push on as you make better attempts to solve the levels. Honestly, the only downside is how addictive it is. 🤦🏻♂️ there was one night where I couldn’t sleep, I ended up playing until I had about an hour and 1/2 before work the next day. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the developers of sugargame for providing a game that is actually free and fun. I beat it and can’t wait for new levels to be released… Thank you!

If you are OCD or type A, this game will drive you crazy. It’s about trial and error. Very much a coder’s kind of game. If I…then those will…which would make…and then…Oops. Let’s try that again.
There are only a few that you will do immaculately the first time. There is no timer. You don’t get stars for doing it faster or neater or in fewer tries. The reward for solving any level is being able to take on the next level. You can always go back and play old levels, so that’s fun. And here’s what I love: the level is the same every single time. So if you start over it’s not like you lost your best chance because that was the optimal set up and now you’re stuck with suboptimal conditions. Nope. Do the level once, do it fifty times, same level. Nobody’s tracking how “well” you do it. It’s purely pass/fail. No GPA. As you advance, fundamental rules change, so it might take a few times of trying out the new realities before you understand all the little things. Feel free to just let the sugar run for the first time just to become acquainted with the level and make a plan. There are lots of tips I could give, but that would rob you of the best aspect of the game: figuring it all out! Bart Bonte does it again!
by U Know That One Guy
The concept is great, but it’s very minimalist with the design, leaving a very “unsatisfied” feeling by beating each level. I got to level 23 beating each level on the 1st try, but that’s not because it’s too easy of a game. I’m just really good at games. It’s perfect difficulty and the cleverness ramps up at level 17 with the single grain cup challenges. I really do love the cleverness of that aspect. Only the game has such minimal “polishing” that it’s simply boring to play no matter how good or how bored you are. And the music doesn’t help add any excitement. However, it’s the perfect amount of ads for a free game, and anyone complaining about it is simply in a bad mood or has personal problems and likes to take it out on game designers cause they have no life

Man, I grew up on Sugar, Sugar, so this has been a blast to play! Reminds me a lot of the good ol’ days when we used to play this in the computer lab at school. Gameplay is amazing and it’s so good to know that the original creator is still making games. Keep up the good work!!!
by Lizzywiz
I downloaded this game not knowing anything at all about it. I liked that it was a puzzle game and looked very simplistic. Man, this game got me hooked! 150 levels just isn’t enough, I’m craving more sugar! I’m off to search for more games by this developer. Thanks so much!

A “Bonte Smile” is what happens when I’m happily dealing with something challenging. Like all of Bart Bonte’s delightful games. They are wicked in the way the look so simple but quickly become challenging. I look forward to the next color, or animal or cup of sugar! Thanks, Mr Bonte, this is a new favorite for when I need some escapism.

Thank you for making this game! I always played the flash game of this this on the school computers, but because flash was shut down, i can't play it anymore. i just found this recently and I'm really happy about it!

I love sugar sugar when I was 4-5 while I was playing ABCya in my old PC. It was good memories and I loved it. Now that I am grown up, I decided to play that game again just for fun. It was better than the old version (well I like the sandbox mode). Such nostalgia...

I remember playing this 10 years ago and being astonished by not only the game but by the music the colors, and the overall vibe. So glad to see this on mobile

I have always loved ‘sugar, sugar’ so I am so excited to have this new mobile game!! Your games never disappoint and I am so thrilled to have a new one just like the originals!! Challenging levels, soothing music, and, as always, amazing game design!!!
