This is a very fun game. Great for idle time as it is supposed to be. I personally always buy jaut the part for ads. Just me. It’s fun watching the forklifts running around and trucks too. I do like when parts are upgraded there are clear changes to those parts of the game. My problem is e bugs and game freezing. Cannot go back to the first world, from the first. The game does give little clues it’s About to freeze up. I have screen shots, if interested.

I love this game and it has great potential, but I have problems with a lot. When I TRY and watch an ad for the money, I’ll sit through the whole ad and get nothing for it either it will glitch on me or I just get nothing period and this has happened about 80% of the time so I am behind a lot of money. Another is when I unlocked the new map my train order are switched, for instance on my second map I have orders like 4 to 5 thousand and on my first map I get orders for like 500 all mixed up. But like I said I love the game idea, set up and all! But if the bugs were fixed for me this would be a 5 star game in my eyes.

Downloaded the game and loved it. Got tired of the ads. So I paid to have that removed. Great I love it more now. Then it went down hill. An update happened or something. Finished the first level and every time I would try to move to the next level it would lock up. So now I’m getting irritated. I check to make there is a restore purchases button. Which there is. So I deleted the game so I could reinstall it. Did that. Then I hit restore purchases AND IT DOES NOTHING. They are scam artists and I fell for it. So hopefully word gets around that they take your money and screw you over. Hopefully enough people have this problem and have this publisher removed from Apple.

I had a good time playing this game. for about an hour total over the course of a day or two. eventually i had the opportunity to expand to the snowy region… whenever i click on the button that’s supposed to take me there, however, all it does is get rid of the GUI and i’m stuck at the same mine, completely unable to do anything until I restart the game. this happens every single time i try to do it, and all it does is completely bug the game out. i don’t understand how this game has 4 stars with this major issue, I literally cannot progress past the first stage of the game due to a bug, that’s unacceptable. please fix it

I loved the game, maxed the first area, bought the no ads forever pack, but my app crashed when I went to go to the second area, and I was permanently stuck in the first, I couldn’t go anywhere, nothing worked, so I deleted the game and came back, restore purchases did nothing and I can’t even buy the pack again because it gets stuck infinitely loading.

I have been playing the game for a little bit very fun but I can’t seem to get to the store to make any purchases of chess or anything and nothing I can do with any thing like that. Also as soon as I got rid of the ads the helicopter and all that stuff became very scarce so now I don’t get to increase my income and all that type stuff like I used to but that’s OK

Okay so I’ve been seeing people’s comments about not being able to world switch and getting stuck in between I’ve experienced the same thing but while there isn’t gonna be a fix or update maybe in the future I learned how to bypass it glitching . As you can “watch ads” to get more speed on your forklift etc while you have the timer on the world switch doesn’t work but when you have no timer on the top left you are able to switch around worlds. Hope this helps anyone I just figured it out :)

The concept of this game is fun and relaxing. I got the first coal mine to 4 stars and tried to go to the second coal mine (the snow one). Game just kept freezing and I’d have to force close it. EVENTUALLY I did get into the second coal mine and now that I’ve maxed everything out in that mine and it’s 5 stars, I can’t go back to the first mine to get it that one to 5 stars. Game just continues to freeze if I click on the first coal mine. Not sure if there are other mines after maxing both those mines but this game needs a lot of bug fixes.

I would like to start off by saying that I love mobile idle games like this. However, this game has had far too many bugs and issues that are making gameplay unenjoyable. While I was playing I was finally able to go to the next area but the game would lock me out every time I tried. My idea of a solution was to reinstall, but after doing soi have not been able to restore purchases which I had made.

I purchased the no add option. Everything was working great until I unlocked the second world. I’d open the second map, and it would do nothing. I couldn’t do anything, it’s like CoalMiningInc froze.
So, I deleted CoalMiningInc and reinstalled it, thinking that would fix the issue, but it didn’t. The “restore purchase” button doesn’t work. I tap it, it kinda goes dark like it’s receiving the touch input, but then nothing. It doesn’t work. Can you please fix this issue?

The graphics are amazing look almost life like. I could play this forever. Plus you get all these link to apps that can make you money up to 2 million dollars a week. This game is setting a new standard in the gaming world. Plus the videos are funny and cute. Amazing job guys can’t wait to see what you guys come up with in the future.

After being able to switch to the next map the game tends to freeze. The only way to fix this problem is to exit CoalMiningInc and come back but after 5 minutes it freezes again, the game looks like its working but the vehicles stop moving all together. If i switch back to the old map and try to go back it will also freeze not allowing me to switch over. The further I progress in the game the more problems appear to the point where it seems unplayable.

I’m rating 4 stars due to how addictive the game is but I have gotten 5 stars on all 3 of the locations and I was hoping that the unknown region would become unlocked once these locations were completed. If there is a glitch to which the “unknown location” is supposed to be unlocked it would be great to know!

Good game overall we’ll put together easy to level up not pay to win but that all doesn’t matter when you can’t play yo the next level. I’ve maxed out my first two locations and can’t move on to the third because it won’t let me 5 star the location when I have all my upgrades maxed out. Please help if I’m missing an element of the game or please fix if it’s just simply a bug.

The game is fun, no doubt. However, previous reviews state the game doesn’t let you progress past the second map. I’m on the second map and it now glitches and freezes within the first minute of play, every time I restart. I’ve went back to the first map and now can’t get back to the second map. I’ve also paid the 8.99 for ad free play which is nice. So if others have done the same thing, why haven’t the glitches been fixed? For this alone I give it 1 star

Do NOT even attempt this one. Completely glitches between worlds, trying to watch videos, pretty much anything inside the game. So many ads that you have to watch to earn enough money, and once you pay for “no ads” the game pretty much stops working.

The game itself is very addicting and can make the time go by very quickly. However, as others here have said, once you max out everything on both first and second world, you are stuck at 4 stars on the second world and cannot progress.

I paid for the no ads. That was a plus. Finish the first one. To move to the second one. To not be able to do anything. Everything is max on my first game with 5 stars. Can’t even move back and fourth between worlds. Nor can u upgrade the next level. Where is the snow at that it talks about. I want a refund for the no ads I paid for. Since I’m not able to move on. If it can be fix. I will review.

On the ads that have the >> link and then the x, if you miss the tiny window that is the click area for either of those buttons, the add goes slightly darker, and refuses to let you do anything else and you have to completely close CoalMiningInc , thereby losing whatever you were trying to use CoalMiningInc for. Other than that, so far it’s been OK, but I’m still on first world, so we’ll see.

There is nothing more frustrating that being served ads randomly with no control over watching them or not, in the middle of a tutorial.

I played a bit past that, but just randomly getting an ad while trying to do stuff is so disruptive, uninstalled it - there are better options out there that don’t push ads on you.
