Idle Zombie Hospital Tycoon Reviews

Update- it’s been weeks with this glitch in their system. I’ve even tried deleting and reloading the game. Developers are non responsive. Deleting the game and getting one of the versions this game was copied from.

There’s a commercial you watch for rewards but frequently, the commercial just makes the screen go black indefinitely. The only way to fix is to completely close the game and reload. This happens every 3 or 4 minutes of gameplay. Wearing thin really quick. Otherwise, it would be a fun game.

But the rate at which you earn money really puts a damper on everything. Have a decent amount of money AND paramedics? Guess what. Games gonna cause an outbreak to decimate half or more of those paramedics and you better recruit more or you’re looking at yet another one till the poor guys are wiped out. Upgrading is nearly impossible because the rate at which you earn money without ads is impossible with the constant outbreaks that cannot be defeated or prevented early on without losing guys which you need…having things that are suppose to keep zombies busy don’t seem to actually do anything besides eat up money. Missions can be unclear. I had one to upgrade a bed to level 3. There’s only 2 places with a bed and I had them at level 3. Mission never completed.

I REALLY like this game. I can see myself getting easily addicted and spending a lot of time playing it. But unless I want to watch a BUNCH of ads, I just can’t do much each time I want to play. I’m not very far in the game, I just finished building ward 203, but I am moving no where fast. The upgrades to complete the task list are extremely expensive, but you don’t generate enough organic cash to purchase them. So, you end up having to watch 2-3 ads just to get ONE upgrade. So if I want to play and advance in the game, I’m spending all my time watching ads. So unfortunately, unless the cost of the upgrades are reduced, or the organic cash you make is increased, I won’t be playing again. Whomp whomp.

I was really enjoying the game however, not I can’t get to Dubai level even though I have finished building the island before it. Also if you don’t have the location open you won’t gain feeding zombie numbers or giving them medicine numbers so you can never earn those diamonds unless you just leave it open. Plus they only have a few levels but at least they have weekly levels.

I’d give it an easy five stars but for the past two weeks I’ve been playing it’s completely unplayable. When I load in to a hospital it takes at least about 12-16 seconds to register a touch or sometimes not at all, then when it does move it’s extremely laggy and most of the time does the wrong action. Please fix quickly and I’ll change the rating.

I really enjoyed the game and the whole ideas and design of helping and healing the patients while also creating labs and medical rooms is fun as I enjoy watching them.

But there seems to be a problem in being stuck while upgrading and creating new rooms and buildings. For example while building ward 203, the the timing is almost finished till zero and the builders are continue acting as if they’re working while the time is zero. there’s seems to be a bug as I need to finish it before creating the radiation room. It’s as if it’s just a demo I’m thinking, so yes please fix the bugs and other designs.

Late in the game when the facilities start getting huge zombies have trouble reaching their objectives on time.

Especially on moscow and zombie island they’re too slow or too far away to eat or do jobs. (ie troll factory or brain scanner) This causes unnecessary break downs and triggers zombie attacks.

On moscow with fully upgraded lunch lines it still takes too long for zombies to be able to get a tray before its time for work or recreation. I suggest making a second canteen but cutting the price for both in half for each sector.

Piggy bank safe size needs increased because when I make a $4m purchase I’m missing out on $1.5m


Zombie island just needs faster zombie movement or it needs to be smaller. Make lore up or something to where the zombies on this island are more feral or mutated and thus move faster or something

This game is amazing I love spent money on it but then all of a sudden you remove the bank option where you spend 50 gems and I really looked forward to always using that with saving gems and such but now it’s gone. Why remove it? It made me actually enjoy the game more I worked hard to get it then I can upgrade a few thing while I wait for them to be built. I’m on the harder levels so I spend days on this game so please make it come back🤧

It’s very fun. It does take time to build everything but it’s relatively easy. Before you move to different locations I recommend you finish everything in the previous city so you can fund the operation in the second.

Only downside is that it has you watch ads for gain quick cash which is nice.. but sometimes you watch the ads and they don’t give you the money. Wish there was a way to fix that.

Nice innovative game, but the default idle time is only 1h, for an IDLE game it should be more relaxed and idle to enjoy the process, i deleted the game because it needed me to log in over and over, the events were worse! To harvest gems from the raids i needed to log in every 20 mins to repair the Rides, distracts me a lot from my daily activities,
Although i deleted the game but still I give 4 star for the innovation and hard work

It seems to me like the idea of having the zombies work to make water and electricity should be in ALL areas, not just the side ones. I’d play a lot more if that were to be implemented. I spend more money just trying to have enough water and electricity to be able to build and upgrade that it is making me dislike the gameplay.

Always something to do… there’s a weekday event and a weekend event if u need to kill some time. Also, they don’t make you wait to be all the way done with one location before you can access the next one. You can play a few at a time once you hit a certain point!

Worth the no ads. First one in a long time I have enjoyed for more than a week!

This is over all a great game, a bit strategic at first but once you get used to how everything works it becomes easier to handle. I do have one suggestion though. If we was able to see all the different zombies stats instead of just only a overall it would help us out in controlling the situation. As is though keep up the good work. 😎👍

I’ve tried everything I could think of I can’t restart this game from the beginning without Game Center trying to load my old game data. I finished the game and want to start it over. I need a reset button in the settings or something to be able to play from the start without having to logout of Game Center every time I want to play this game. Please help!

Wow! You get a lot for opting to remove ads… the developers are significantly more generous than most games I have paid to remove ads. I’m happy to buy other bundles to support future game development. The game is fun and I enjoy the milestones/quests. Will be a long term player. Highly recommend this game to others who like tycoon-type games.

Out of all of the thousands of mobile games this one takes the cake. The game itself is amazing if you like stagey, there’s events and lore which show how much time that the cheaters put into the game and the best part are less adds and they don’t show up every 30s-60s! So if like games like those this is definitely for you!

I really love the game, it’s super duper fun and I love watching the facilities grow and expand. I thought it would be a nice touch if the humans got their own facilities too? Like a place to sleep or something, idk seeing them walking around while the zombies rest is cool and everything but it would also be a great use for extra funds. Just a thought.

Really just fun in my opinion. I really like these kinds of games. And zombies. So this is like my 2 favorite things in one. And also it has a storyline and a lot of references like Walter white, agent smith, Joel, etc etc.

This is a great game! The only problem is once you have accomplished everything there is nothing to keep you playing. Is it possible to add a start over feature where you keep all cards and diamonds collected? That would keep game play active while awaiting new hospitals.

I rarely write reviews for games but I have to say the amount of detail put into this game is amazing. I do wish the aggression level chart(s) were a bit more detailed to give a more specific look into it. I have no doubt that this game is going to continue to improve! I rarely spend money on games but I just might buy a pack or two :)
