The new website and COtripPlanner are both totally unusable. Why did you take away the “Routes“ from the old website? I don’t need to see a map, with multiple highlighted colors that I can’t see because I’m color blind… I just need to know that on route ID 54 (from the old website Golden to Silverthorne)… what the speeds are between critical exits, any traffic alerts, road conditions, and a quick flip through of the available cameras along with that route… in a written text format. I don’t want to have to try and swipe along a multi colored Road, while pinching and un-pinching the screen on my smaller phone.

It’s going to be a tough driving season this winter in Colorado with the new website and COtripPlanner!

Finally don’t have to navigate to a URL, plus you don’t get the lag of drag from the old map interface.

Please use different icons on the map for cameras that have still photos, versus live video feeds! Maybe even allow the option to toggle between those two choices in the layers section as well?

Otherwise, so far so good.

Everything seems to work fine for me. Seems some of the issues others are having comes down to user error.

Used the website for years and found that much easier to navigate. There are too many “layers” and the info you need is hard to find. Tried to set up my own account but the capability is not available yet.

Most of the time the cameras in Western Colorado are not working. People on the western slope have to travel and go to work as well as others in the state. Also the old app made it much easier to open the cameras in your area. Now the entire state opens and not just the area that you last visited. You have to scroll and search for roads that you travel on a regular basis. The website is very very user unfriendly.

The new version of the website barely loads on my older phone. COtripPlanner allows me to use co trip features again.

Amazing and very reliable and! I’m extremely impressed with the fact that’s it’s actually free and you can use all the features!

The website used to have accurate leg travel time and road conditions. COtripPlanner does not update based on your travel, doesn’t report estimated leg travel time, and you can’t tell there’s traffic until you’re already stuck in it. This is worse than google maps.

The new version of COtripPlanner AND the desktop are terrible. Before you could easily see speeds, cameras, construction, closures, just anything. Now you can’t find anything. It’s ridiculous. Nothing is easy and quick to find. Overall, COtripPlanner , or both, are useless! Sad. Bring back the old version!

I find COtripPlanner to be very complicated and difficult to use. It’s too hard to get specific information about certain areas in the state. The old app was easier to use and was much simpler.

If I could give COtripPlanner a negative I would. This is the worst app you guys have ever come up with where are the weather stations. As a commercial driver I depend on them to know what the winds are doing so I don’t get blowed over this is horrible you need to go back to the old one or do you need to make a simple copy what Wyoming does. Sorry but this is terrible

This website for some of us is a daily need and many of the options that were available before are no long included. It make it hard to plan travel in the high country. Prior website was much more user friendly and gave valuable information.

Such a critical app for Colorado and it doesn’t work. Screens are frozen, can’t navigate, no response to touch. Did the developers test this at all, and did they ask for user input while developing? The website is better even though the old version was more user friendly. Please fix.

Not sure why COtripPlanner was released if half of the features don’t work. No account access, does not display major road closures (ie. I-70 closed in both directions for hours, etc…). No way to actually assess road conditions. The old website was a million times better and more user friendly.

When doing shots on the highway, I’m showing a lot of northbound today and I need southbound so both sides by 25 would be great and that would’ve bought a better review

The web site is amazing. I was hoping that the map in COtripPlanner would work the same way, but it doesn’t really work at all. None of the “buttons” do anything. COtripPlanner was not ready for release.

I used the travel alerts all the time the past few years. I'm super disappointed they aren't available anymore. Both the website and app are more difficult to use and it's hard to filter by highway which was my go-to.

The old co trip was so much better! Hopefully this new version will grow on me over time 😩 also why do I feel like the cameras I need most are down 90% of the time?? Frustrating!

I just want to see the previous list of roads that are closed or have chain law. Stop trying to be Apple
Or google maps and focus on road conditions. Why can’t you filter a search by road closures? So hard to see that I-70 is closed because there are 700 lines about wet roads.

No way to refresh to know if anything has changed since last viewing
No mention in camera photos of which lane is heading which direction.

You took everything simple and helpful about the old app and turned it into a lousy, subpar version of google or Apple Maps. Bring back the old speed info for the I-70 corridor. THAT was the helpful info!

The old site was better
