1. Worst free features of any dating app. 2. Most expensive of any dating app. Almost 20 dollars for a week, ridiculous. 3. Most scam profiles, not exaggerating, at least 50-60 percent of the profiles are fake. 4. Worst customer service. I reported someone who used an image of Kate Winslet from the Titanic as their profile photo. I get a response from a customer service member and was told “ this member uploaded this image in error 🥱🥱. You have got to be kidding me. When I sent a second email, I was told “ please send us additional information and contact with this member”. How much more clear can it be that a profile is fake than using a celebrity photo from a movie? Never pay for this service, if you want an app that’s half way decent, use Muzmatch. Salams isn’t great either, but it’s better than Muslima.

You will waste you money for the subscription. I believe there are many fake accounts and the reason is to make you believe that there are many people using Muslima. Those people will be online for long hours. You will see many people who have stopped using Muslima for months, those probably are real people.

I am not saying all of them are fake. But the fake profile ls are too much, and all they want is to give you the impression that Muslima is so create, however, once you pay, you will regret it 🙂.

Muslima isn’t normal. You are able to view matches day 1. Then when you try to log back in it says your account has been terminated and you must send a photo of your drivers license in order to protect your account. That sounds like a scam within itself! No app should be asking for PII. I work in technology and Muslima seems like a scam seriously. I even tried to create a new account and I got the same error. How can my account be terminated if I’m in the process of creating a new one? Very suspicious and seems like they want your info themselves for scam and identify fraud. Dont waste your time with Muslima.

Created an account, was on it for maybe half an hour until it logged me out out of nowhere. I try to log in, but I forgot my password. The forgot password page says a link will be sent to my if I have an account. I’ve been trying everyday for like the days now to reset my password, but I still haven’t received a link. So I tried to create a new one with the same email, but it says it recognizes my email as having an account. I’ve checked everywhere, including spam, and I still don’t have a link to create a new password. 🫠

Muslima is full of scam girls. I got scammed for 24k through Muslima. I know bunch of people got scammed for 31k and 10k. The girls are real but they work for scammers. Don’t come near it.

Muslima is literally a cash grab, Im sure there are real profiles but you'll never know if you don't pay an absurd amount of money just to be able to message! You can send one message and then it will tell you the person cant see it because they are on a "standard account". Likewise if you are on a standard account you cant see messages sent to you... and you will get hit with a number of messages to bait you into paying but they aren't real. Wasted my time making a profile just to be met with an imge of a lock. smh

Dont waste your time responding with some "please email us", no. Thats why Im leaving a review. How about giving us the ability to use Muslima without having to spend so much money. Unless the whole premise is fraudulence.

What’s the point of starting a Islamic Dating For Marriage app and there are so many unverified accounts and the cost to an upgraded member is exorbitant compared with tinder for example. I doubt Muslims started Muslima

These guys don’t know what they are doing. They may charge you, then delete your profile, the good luck to get your money back.

Don’t bother downloading. You can’t send messages unless you pay $40 dollars. Muslima is also stealing sensitive data about you and the profiles are mostly fake. Avoid

A lot of scammed photos, and upon reporting them to the admin, gave em the option to remove the scammer vs my subscription they support scammers. Not my loss.

Run away from Muslima, they are selling peoples information and datas, I registered on this site, haven’t done anything they deactivated my profile with no reason, I contacted admin, they requested for to send my international passport or drivers license which I provided. Do you know that the admin never responded nor give reasons why my profile is been deactivated, run away from them, they have my details and I want to know what they are doing with my personal drivers license and international passport without explanations…

First of all it’s been a month it asking my for my profile picture to verify my account, it won’t even let me go to my account and asking for pictures, when I submit my picture they will say we will reach u after 46 hours but you won’t hear from them, then if I want to try again they will say the same thing, I wish at least they would let me delete my pictures form that app I hate Muslima.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used! Please run away from Muslima, do not use. Waste of time and energy. Too many people trying to fool you into believing they’re somebody else. And too many other people from other countries keep messaging you and there’s no way to filter them out. So scary to see this is what single Muslim women are subjected to.

Several times on Muslima I’ve received messages from random men calling me the N word as a black Muslim woman that really made me upset and start to look at other Muslims of other nationalities different I didn’t bother nobody on that app to be called such a thing

Without buying membership, Muslima is basically worthless, you cannot do anything with it, also the fact that they’re many fake profiles.

Tons and tons and tons of fake profiles. It’s a good website but they’re just looking for a dollar that’s all they’re not really in the business of trying to connect people unfortunately.

These guys are really out of touch. My biggest complaint is my account being suspended because I requested a refund. These guys really don’t have a clue. I’m sure there are better alternatives and as a UXer I’ll be developing a competitor

Most of profiles are fake, and the real ones put fake pictures, I tried to report to Muslima administration but they don’t do anything, they keep all fake and scammers.

App has too many errors, gives issue logging in. Randomly stops working.

Horrible, they targeted me for no reason and locked me out and customer service didn’t even explain the reason why.

It’s 2022, why are pictures uploaded in 4 megapixels?? Also, you guys need to verify people, anyone can make an account here.

Forcing people to lose connections unless you pay is ridiculous now some people messaged and it allow me to chat but the majority I couldn’t chat with kinda anoyyed me most dating apps allow you to chat once u got a match i feel this a money grab …
